Chase Brown struggled to run the ball against the Jacksonville Jaguars, recording nine carries for only 10 yards, but he remains valuable in PPR formats due to his 11 catches for 71 yards.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

Despite a fumble and a breakout performance from teammate Roschon Johnson, the Chicago backfield is expected to remain a split. Swift's long-term role in the offense is not considered to be in jeopardy.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeBust10:40

David Montgomery is a 'dead zone' back and a massive disappointment whose fantasy value is declining due to a split backfield that increasingly features Woody Marks. Fantasy managers were likely chasing a 'Joe Mixon year' that has not materialized.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

NegativeInjury26:55

Jamar Chase is currently in the concussion protocol following a face mask penalty that forced him to leave the game.

Insight page

Joe Mixon

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

Insight page

Roman Wilson

PositiveSleeper25:33

Roman Wilson is identified as an interesting waiver wire target who has carved out a role in the offense.

Insight page

Roschon Johnson

PositiveBreakout20:04

Roschon Johnson (referred to as Kyle Manangi) had an explosive Week 4 with 30 carries for 147 yards and two touchdowns. He is a key part of the Chicago backfield rotation and a must-start if healthy, though he is currently being monitored for a thumb injury sustained late in the game.

Insight page

T.J. Hockenson

PositiveProjection15:57

T.J. Hockenson delivered a throwback performance in Week 4 with 13 catches for 119 yards on 13 targets. Showing a strong connection with Kyler Murray, he should be elevated to low-end TE1 consideration, moving past his previous TE12-18 range.

Insight page

Tee Higgins

PositiveRole32:26

Despite injury concerns, the source notes that Tee Higgins is completely locked in for his role.

Insight page

Tyler Huntley

PositiveValue14:13

The source recommends that Superflex managers and Lamar Jackson managers prioritize adding Tyler Huntley via the waiver wire as a contingency plan; he should be kept on the radar as a backup option given the current volatility and injury frequency at the quarterback position.

Insight page

Woody Marks

NegativeUsage11:42

The Detroit backfield is becoming a split situation, with an increasing role for Woody Marks moving forward.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveUsage14:43

0:03Top 10 fantasy football takeaways from week four of the season. I'm Theo Griminger right here at Rotoire. Just got done watching the late games on
0:14Sunday. Some really, really exciting ones. The Chiefs stay undefeated.
0:19Raiders Raiders hung with them. We love seeing the Brock Bowers touchdown in the fourth quarter, especially if you have Bowers shares. I mean, Bowowers going
0:27from like a quiet game to being a very high-scoring tight end game. That was awesome. Love seeing that. Today was a
0:34fun one. This was a wild one. There was some really, really good games. Um, we started out the week in in strong
0:40fashion as well. So, like the the Cleveland game, we're going to get to that. We're going to talk about Pittsburgh. We're going to talk about
0:46Cleveland. Obviously, this is the first early morning European game we had.
0:51Colts just roll. Mariota gets knocked out of the game. Jonathan Taylor, uh, 20 carries, 95 yards, and two touchdowns.
0:59That's the story of the day from Indianapolis. Um, Taylor has three two touchdown games on the year. Just awesome stuff from Taylor. Uh, really a
1:08locked in running back. And for him, it's like we sort of take him for granted because of just how special the
1:15years have been from guys like Jir Gibbs, guys like Kenneth Walker. But Taylor, unbelievably good pick. um very solid just keeping you like right there
1:25if you drafted him. You know, you don't feel like you necessarily have the league winner, but you feel like you have a foundational piece that can help
1:32you win your league. Three games over 20 points scored out of four for Taylor and a really nice bounceback from last
1:38week's sort of dud. Uh he had a subpar game in week three. We love seeing him bounce back. So, so many ways we could
1:45we could start the day here. Um but we got to talk about CD Lamb. And CD Lamb, this has been one where CD Lamb's even
1:54had games this year where he's been really good and I've been like a quick mention of him. But I've got to talk
2:01about CD Lamb just like from a deeper deeper perspective.
2:06Awesome stuff from CD Lamb. Awesome stuff from the Dallas Cowboys. I think when we look at the Dallas Cowboys, it's another perfect storm team for fantasy
2:15football. They're really one of the teams we can lean on and feel so good about things. We talked about Detroit earlier in the year, a team that scores
2:23a lot of points and conceds a lot of points. That's fantasy football gold, but CD Lamb just another level today.
2:31Cowboys win another shootout. So, last week in Brazil, they lose at the buzzer to uh to the Baltimore Ravens. Ravens hit that that field goal at the end.
2:41Dallas loses at the buzzer. another like high-scoring game, a 3431 game. This week they run it back. Cowboys win against the Houston Texans. An awesome
2:52game for fantasy football. Another 30-pointer. Cowboys 34, Houston 30. The story of the game could have been Javvante Williams. Like we'll give a
3:02shout out to Javvante Williams. Javvante Williams of course gets you 31 points, five catches, three rushing touchdowns.
3:08Great stuff from Javvante. But the story of the game is the target domination from CD Lamb. And I think a lot of the
3:15discourse in the preseason from me and from many other people were who's the better pick at ADP, CD Lamb or George
3:22Pickkins at cost. Wasn't necessarily a head-to-head thing. It was sort of like, are you into George Pickkins in the third round? Are you into CD Lamb at the
3:29one-two turn? Well, CD Lambet two turn has just been awesome. Not only did CD Lamb prevent you from going with guys
3:37like Saquon Barkley who got injured today and has been non-existent in the earlier weeks, Amarian Hampton, who's been a disappointment, scored again
3:45today, but has been a disappointment as a pick. CD Lamb not only got you like an edge pick there, but he's been terrific.
3:52Had 17 catches today. That's a Dallas Cowboys record. Had 21 targets. That's 11th all time among any player in NFL
4:03history. 21 targets. That's the the high for the season. Um and really a kind of a cool cool coincidence. We go from a 17
4:11target week last week uh with with um Michael Wilson and then we get a 21 target week. We love these massive
4:18target weeks. It's great for fantasy.
4:21CDLM also gave you a 48% target share today. Just next level stuff from CD Lamb. Dallas is a team we're chasing. CD
4:29Lamb locked and loaded, completely ahead of everybody else in that team, dominating usage. It feels a little bit like CD Lamb's wide receiver one season
4:39from years ago. Lamb has one wide receiver one year now. He's not going to get there this year. There's I think
4:44there's just way too much competition.
4:45guys like JSN, all these incredible players. But CD Lamb getting this sort of usage, getting this sort of uh big-time performance in a close game
4:55that Dallas needed to win, it would have been heartbreaking for Dallas to lose these two highscoring games back to back and they lean into CD Lamb when it
5:04matters most. Just just tremendous stuff. So, I mean, Lamb, if you drafted him, you're feeling fantastic about things. We want to continue using
5:13opposing quarterbacks against the Dallas Cowboys. Though, just as like a another quick note, I mentioned CJ CJ Strad on the Sleepers and Streamer show that I do
5:25on Saturdays right here on the YouTube channel here at Rotoire and also it drops on the podcast feed. CJ Strad was
5:32like a pretty easy one this week. I said he'd be a borderline QB1 this week. 347 passing yards, two passing touchdowns
5:40for Strad. Strad was really good and he's been good all year. He was eighth in passing yardage heading into the week. Uh at we again I'm recording this
5:50before Sunday night and Monday Night Football, but Stradd will continue to be very much in the in the top 10, if not a
5:56little bit higher in terms of passing yards. Uh really really strong stuff.
6:01You you have Strad now getting his alpha back though. So Strad was not passing for any touchdowns. Now he gets Nico
6:09Collins back. And this was like a big breath of fresh air. Grown ass man.
6:14Alpha is Nico Collins. I mean, you see it year in year out where he puts up these these big scoring weeks and he
6:20does it. He's he's just different. Nico is just different. It's a big outside wide receiver throwback and the guy is just just a grownass man out there.
6:29Makes an impact his first week back and the focal point of the offense returns.
6:34Nico Collins ends up with seven catches for 118 yards and two touchdowns.
6:40Just looks awesome. And David Montgomery is just so far from being a good pick this year. He's the dead zoniest of dead
6:48zone backs. And I think when we look back in retrospect, I think we were chasing that Joe Mixon year a little bit
6:53too much. But I think a lot of managers who drafted David Montgomery are like, "What's going on here? This is this is
6:58just no good." Another week for David Montgomery that was a massive disappointment. Uh, it looks like a lot of Woody Marks moving forward. A lot of
7:05lot of like split backfield here. Um, get a I get a I get a shout out here. I gave this one. We don't get them all
7:12right, but the Sleepers streamer show, we go deep on that one. And I threw out the Taekwon Thornton call at the end.
7:19I'm like, if you're in desperation mode, this is the desperation play. Taekquin Thornton. He had two touchdowns in this one. We won't get them all right. So,
7:25we'll bookmark this one for the viewing audience. I hope that you guys uh hope that you guys are paying attention to
7:31that show. That show's a lot of fun.
7:32That show's always like a deep research show. This show is like top of the food chain. Usually talking about big performances, injuries, stuff that's
7:39like very surface level, very, but very fun to talk about, of course, cuz it's so new. But the sleepers and streamers
7:46show on on Saturdays, that show we go super deep. And we've had some really good calls, including a running back call that was maybe my best one of the
7:53year. Uh we're not going to get them all right, but when we get them when we do get them right, we we like celebrating
7:57our wins. We like owning our losses here at Roto Wire. Uh, and we're going to get a lot of things right, I think, rest of
8:02the way because we're starting to learn about all these teams. But Nico Collins, just you're feeling great if you got him
8:08back. Really, really good stuff right there. This is also got to be a Kairen Williams appreciation day. And he's another player that I sort of gloss
8:17over. I mean, how much have I talked about Puka all summer? How much did we talk about Devonte Adams the last couple
8:23of weeks? And it's just been Kairen just Kirn slow drip. Kirn slow drip.
8:29Kairen ends up with just a phenomenal game. And I think what's interesting is the Kairen Williams passing game usage has been terrific.
8:40Gets career highs in with 10 catches for 67 yards. Careerhigh in targets this week for Kairen as well. And Kairen has
8:49not necessarily been this I mean we've always looked at him as a back with two-way ability. And I think that was
8:55sort of the that was sort of the reputation he brought to the league from Notre Dame where you thought maybe Kairen ended up being this really good
9:02pass catching back. But he's going to end up setting career marks as a pass catcher this year. Williams had this career game in terms of pass catches.
9:13And then I'm pulling up the exact stat just because I don't want to misspeak on this one, but Kairen, this is
9:18back-to-back weeks with him catching the ball very well. six catches last week and he had 10 this week. So 16 catches
9:27this past two weeks combined. That's about half of his output last year total. So you're seeing this well-rounded Kairen Williams uh stuff
9:36and it's it's just fantastic. And with Kairen Williams, he really saved the day. Shawn McVey has been owned by Philadelphia. He'd lost five straight to
9:46them and it looked like it was going to be another loss. Two picks for Matthew Stafford. Um, but Kairen really just put
9:52the team on his back. 36.7 PPR points.
9:56Again, 16 catches over the last two weeks combined. 21 total catches. Here's the exact number. 36 catches last year,
10:0534 the year before, and he's got 21 already heading into Sunday Night Football. and he's still got, you know, we've still got some some tremendous
10:14running backs coming up, but heading into Sunday Night Football, pre-B Robinson, prej on the week, and he was the RB3 on the
10:26week last last week. So, Kairen Williams is looking at like one of the better values you could have drafted at the
10:31running back position. Uh, really tremendous stuff. This was a huge win for LA against Philly on the road.
10:38Got to mention the breakout performance from Carnell Tate. Carnell Tate, huge
10:46game. Nine catches, 145 yards, 4.39 yards per route run. That's elite stuff right there. And I I'll give a shout out
10:57to Ian Hardit, my co-orker here at Rotoire. He had a great post on X. Ian's a great person to follow on X. He always
11:03has some really good stat polls. But the only 21 year olds with more yards in a game in recent times are Jamar Chase,
11:12Justin Jefferson, Malik Neighbors. So like Carnell Tate, this is a big one.
11:17And he's going to have to overcome his circumstances in Tennessee. This is not an ideal circumstance for Carnell Tate.
11:24You have middling at best quarterback play from Cam Ward. You have offensive line issues. But I do think this is a
11:32massive step in the right direction. I think Carninal Tate looks like a proper alpha right now.
11:39Carninal Tate is in a great spot. I think moving forward. I think when the team does a little self-reflection, a little rational coaching, how can you
11:48look at the way Carninal Tate performed today and not go into week five and every other week moving forward with a
11:54huge game plan to get this this player the ball and make him the focal point of the entire offense just looks right. So,
12:00I think if you've you've drafted Carnell Tate, it's frustrating because I think a lot of you had him on your benches this
12:06week, but I think next week moving forward, if you have him in the wide receiver three spot, you have the flex
12:11spot, you're feeling really good about things. But that's not the story of the game. So, Carnell Tate again, 39% target share, 73% air share, 4.39 yards per
12:23route run. Awesome, awesome stuff analytically. But the story of the game in Baltimore is Lamar Jackson. We are on Lamar Jackson watch. We don't know what
12:33this is going to turn out to be, but we do know he didn't play in the second half. He had a really, really good first
12:39half. So, this is one of those things where you're like, "Thank you, Lamar, because you went down at halftime after you scored all these points." Like,
12:47Lamar Jackson's not going to be the reason you lost your week this week. He looked like he was going to be the
12:52reason you won your week this week, but you still get in most scoring formats, you still get 18 points out of Lamar
12:57Jackson. He was just lights out in the first half. Baltimore had 24 points in the first half. That's all they had at
13:03the end of the game. So Lamar Jackson, we don't know what's going on. We know that he left the game. We know that
13:09there's going to be further testing. Um, if anybody has a recent update in the chat, would love to hear it, but right
13:16now it sounds like we're on on Lamar Jackson watch. We don't know what this is going to turn out to be. Um, we're
13:23going to get testing on Monday, testing on Tuesday. Stick with us here at Rotoire. We're going to drop all sorts of injury stuff. Might have some good
13:29announcements on injury news. We're going to do some cool things on the injury front here at Rotoire. That's coming up. Keep an eye on that one. Look
13:36for an announcement potentially this week. Uh, maybe some cool collabs, some cool content we're going to do. Um, but this is not cool for Lamar Jackson
13:44managers sort of having to sit around.
13:46If you're a Superflex manager, Tyler Huntley, get him on speed dial in this waiverwire run. If you're a Lamar Jackson manager, you're putting in bids
13:53right now for Tyler Huntley just in case. Uh the quarterback position has been a choppy one this year. Lots of guys dealing with injuries. We've seen
14:01it with Jaden Daniels missing time. Man, they could have used Jaden Daniels today. We've seen it with Caleb Williams. We've seen it with Jackson
14:08Dart. And now we're on Lamar Jackson watch. So, doesn't feel catastrophic, but it doesn't feel good right now.
14:15There was a boot. I believe he's wearing a boot when he left the the stadium. And again, if anybody has any recent
14:20information, let me know in the chat.
14:22But I am like you waiting for medical reports from Monday and Tuesday with Lamar Jackson. Uh stick and we'll we'll stick with the Waverwire report. Come
14:30and check that one out. That show should drop probably early Monday before Monday Night Football. Maybe Monday afternoon.
14:36Depends on how extensive we have to get.
14:38Um last week that one took me a long time, but that's been that's always been a fun show. Appreciate you guys
14:43supporting that one. Z Flowers, some some cool stats. And I actually got this stat from Summer Sports where Z Flowers ran 19 routes from the slot today. Uh
14:54this was the most of any game in his career. So they're using Z in really creative and awesome ways. We've talked
15:00about Zay as a potential league winner.
15:02Uh I'm going to have to adjust my rest of season rankings. I had Zay right ahead of CD Lamb and I think that was
15:08wrong after this week to say the least, but I think Zay's really close. Is Zay ahead of Drake London? Is Zay ahead of
15:14Chris Ave? Zay's really a top five wide receiver. It's just wide receivers so good at the very top this year. So,
15:22there's really a group of like eight eight or so wide receivers that I think have truly alpha roles moving forward.
15:29And Zay's absolutely one of them. Eight catches, 118 yards, and a touchdown on 10 targets. That's a 34% target share for Zay Flowers if you're keeping it
15:38home. Another stat from summer sports talking about his usage. This is the third most crossing routes he's ever had in a game today. So, some some really
15:47high level stuff right there from Z Flowers. But the story of the game watching Lamar Jackson, of course, Derrick Henry scores against his former
15:54team. We get a tight end throwback week.
15:57We get TJ Hawinson like shout out Undertaker meme like whatever whatever gif you you use for a guy coming back.
16:05Not from the dead. TJ Hawinson wasn't dead, but it was one of these players where you you've seen TJ Hawinson be
16:11like a top three tight end like multiple times in his career, but it feels like feels like 10 years ago at this point.
16:16It's like he's just kind of in the in the background for Minnesota role player, but Kyler Murray Kyler Murray loves loves loves tight ends. And I'm
16:24getting a couple of of updates in the chat. Uh somebody saying lowgrade high ankle sprain. Lamar will play next week.
16:31I don't know. This is what the speculation from the chat. I'm going to wait and see. But there is a walking
16:36boot associated with this. And I do think that the chat is correct on this one. They were up. They were up huge at
16:42the half. There was zero pressure to play Lamar. I get that. But the boots the boot. So, we'll keep an eye on that
16:47one for sure. And Ian Rapaort is saying it's dayto-day with an ankle. So, we we'll see what comes out. This is the
16:53power of of having a really really educated audience and doing live shows on Sunday night before Sunday Night Football. So, shout out to the podcast
17:01audience. Come join us on YouTube. We're growing each and every day over here, dropping shows that can help you win in
17:06fantasy football. Um, TJ Hawinson, just talking about him, throwback the clock type performance from TJ Hawinson. We we sort of talked about this in in the
17:17preseason, how we looked at the hyper usage for Trey McBride. And don't worry guys, I'm not going to make a TJ Hawinson Trey McBride
17:25comp. I'm not going crazy here. But we talked about the hyper usage for Trey McBride, how there would be all these
17:32first reads, this incredible target share, and I sort of made the argument that that's sort of how Kyler is going to view Justin Jefferson. Well, we
17:39didn't have Justin Jefferson today, but we did have a tight end thriving with Kyler Murray. We've had heard some like nice quotes from Kyler Murray about TJ
17:48Hawinson, and you never know if it's just sort of lip service about a a veteran teammate and all that kind of
17:54stuff. Um, but we've we've got uh TJ Hawinson throwback performance, 13 catches, 119 yards on 13 targets. So, a
18:05lot of you who played TJ Hawinson as the chalk in DFS were rewarded with like an awesome game. The problem is a lot of
18:12people were playing Trevor Lawrence, Parker Washington, guys like that in DFS, but TJ Hawinson was that good kind of chalk in DFS. Looked fantastic. So,
18:22this could be a trend. I think we don't really necessarily know Minnesota. We don't know Minnesota being a uh what they're going to look like in with with
18:32Murray until I think Jefferson's out there. I think just we don't know the full story. We do know Minnesota's winning games this year. Winning games.
18:39They're they're one of the only undefeated teams in the NFL right now.
18:42They get another win against Miami. Did like just enough. Nobody's going crazy over their performance, but when they get Justin Jefferson back, we'll see how
18:49this thing goes. But TJ Hawinson, Kyler Murray, there's a connection there.
18:54There is a willingness to target him. I think TJ Hawinson needs to move up to like low-end tight end one consideration
19:01after probably being a low-end tight end too this week. For a lot of you, probably bumped him up because of the
19:06lack of Jefferson. But I think when we're making ties at the tight end position next couple weeks and there's always a lot of like indecision when it
19:14comes to tight end 12 through 18 range.
19:18We're going to keep this this uh performance in the back of our mind. The Dolphins fought in this one. They fought
19:25a little bit against Kansas City, too.
19:26They're not like giving up. They're just very very challenged team. Ali Gordon, you picked him up on the waiver wire.
19:31You're feeling good about things. Only nine carries, but ran very well. uh had a really long run. Uh you're feeling good about things for Ollie Gordon if
19:39you picked him up and you spent the fab.
19:41I had a get you through type performance for sure, but TJ Hawinson, interesting one there. Now, let's talk about Ben Johnson. And I always people are always
19:51kind of making fun of me. I'm always talking about Ben Johnson. Ben Johnson this, Ben Johnson that. But I mean, he's
19:56one of the best play callers we've ever seen. And we see this running game domination from Chicago today. Just unbelievable stuff. This is Kyle
20:04Manangi. And on my sleeper show, I said he's the stream at running back this week. This is the one you want to stream
20:09at running back this week. Little bit.
20:11DeAndre Swift missed some time this week. It felt right. It felt like a game they're going to win. I felt like they'd
20:16lean into Manangai and maybe you'd get a 15-point week out of him. I didn't think we'd get this. Many goes nuts. Kyle
20:22Manangai has an absolutely awesome game.
20:25Uh goes crazy. Um has 30 carries, 147 yards, and two touchdowns.
20:32You just Fantasy football is a funny thing. I have like a a team that I drafted here um right on the right on
20:39the channel and it was an FFPC main event and nobody loved this team. This team was like one of these ones where oh
20:44the did a couple good things. The team's probably middle of the pack. Well, started Manongi today so that team's going to get a nice W and that team is
20:50was off to a decent start. I think they moved to three and one this week.
20:54Manongi really really good stuff right there. Um I don't know about in the chat saying the the the DeAndre Swift fumble.
21:00I don't know about that. I think it's a split. I think Swift they really like and I think they really like Kyle
21:05Manongi. And I think this is a if we just do our history here, there's been multiple instances with Ben Johnson
21:14having two top 24 performers at the running back position in multiple years.
21:19You think about the Jir Gibbs, David Montgomery weeks. Those those happened often. You think about the uh Jamal
21:28Williams DeAndre Swift years in Detroit and then last year we had an RB 18 RB15 finish for DeAndre Swift and we also had
21:37very usable weeks for Manongi. So Manongi the the fumble I don't think is going to change things long term for Swift. But I do think obviously gave a
21:46window for Manongi today. So I'm pushing back on the this is this is not going to be like part for the course. This is not
21:52This is going to be a back field where two running backs are going to get time and two running backs are going to get
21:56touches, but Manangi looked fantastic today. Um, and a couple of stats for you. This is the first teammates in the
22:06first teammates in Chicago Bears history to have 300 rushing yards through the first four weeks of the season. and they're the first duo um since Walter
22:17Payeyton and Roland Harper in 1978 to each have 200 yards in the first four games. So, this is unheard of. Both of
22:25these players heading into Sunday Night Football are top seven in the NFL in rushing yards total for the year. So, again, both of them top seven in rushing
22:35yards. Both of them with more than 300 rushing yards on the season. We will mention the Kyle Manangi thumb injury.
22:42They they mentioned and they mentioned that at the end of the game he's going to get checked up on that one. Not sure
22:48how severe. It doesn't seem severe, but you never know about these thumb injuries. They can be weird. But let's considering that Kyle Manangi is fine
22:56and the thumb turns out to be nothing.
22:58He's absolutely in the lineup because he looked fantastic. Again, 30 carries, 147 yards, and two touchdowns. The Bears have two running backs who have put up
23:08great stats this year. Um, no other team, no other team in the NFL, um, has had two such games with 230 plus rushing
23:19yards. Uh, the Bears have had four since 2025. And then you also had the stat that, uh, I think this was Red Zone
23:27dropped this one. The Bears had 34 first downs and that was more than the Jets had plays. And this the other stat, the
23:34other wild Chicago stat is this is the first time since 2014 that Chicago didn't punt. So they didn't punt for the
23:44first time since 2014. This is domination. We will keep an eye on the Manungai thumb injury, but as long as he's okay, he's going to be in our
23:52lineups and the Bears are just a machine under Ben Johnson. Uh eventually we're going to get Caleb Williams back. We're going to see the full picture again like
23:59we did in week one. uh completely locked in team. Another team who's off to a really, really good start is Deshun
24:07Watson and the Cleveland Browns. They're three and one. Now, we talked about Thursday night where Denzel Boston continues to play at a pretty high
24:16level. Four catches for 89 yards. Then you also get the the Quinch Sean Judkins game where we talked about like Judkins
24:26uh you know there's a bunch of David Montgomery drafters out there right now who wish that they had some Quinchan Judkin shares. 17 carries for 53 yards
24:34and a touchdown. But what's notable about Judkins was six catches for 43 yards. So that was something last year where we talked about with Judkins where
24:43could he be this well-rounded back? Can he catch some Can he catch some uh passes? And we're starting to see that a
24:50little bit. So, very interesting stuff.
24:53But the Browns play the Jets this week.
24:56They could be off to a 4-1 start. So, the the whole idea that this team was going to completely fall apart. That
25:02ship is sailed. Todd Monkin calling plays well. The young talent is there.
25:07Fannon saved his week with a touchdown this week. Nothing special. Denzel Boston has had a couple of really strong weeks. Casey Conpsion looking solid, but
25:15Judkins, I think the well-rounded game with Judkins. This is signal for us moving forward. Browns get another Thursday night win. One of like the the
25:24odd things in the NFL, this streak for the Browns. Never been against the Browns on a Thursday night. First place, first place uh Browns is just wild
25:33through four weeks. Shout out to the chat for that one. I'm sure I'm going to talk about Roman Wilson. Roman Wilson
25:39I'm going to talk about uh in the uh waivers show. Roman Wilson's got a role.
25:44He's interesting. Uh we know Jaylen Warren's on a heater, but Roman Wilson uh definitely definitely an interesting one. Make sure you're checking out the
25:51Waverwire show. I'm gonna start uh really doing a lot of Waverwire stuff tonight. Just sort of how I my process is. I usually start writing the
25:58Waverwire article uh during Sunday Night Football. There's always so many names, so I have to get it out of the way. Uh,
26:04if you want access to that article or any of my work, go to rudderwire.com, use the code theo40, get 40% off, and
26:10then I drop the the Waverwire show here.
26:13The column is always deeper. There's always a little more there, but the show will drop sometime tomorrow. Roman Wilson will be on there. Um, talking a
26:21little bit about I'm getting somebody saying, "Good call on T. Higgins." I said T. Higgins would have 30 points this week on the Jacob Gibbs show. Um,
26:27he had 26.7, so he didn't get the 30, but he came close to it. Um, this Jacksonville Jaguars team is an
26:35absolute unit against the run. No one can run against Jacksonville. Like, no one I think it's now, let me get the
26:42exact stat here because I wrote this one down. Uh, they haven't allowed a 75 yard runner in 21 games. Disgusting. T.
26:50Higgins 157 receiving yards on 16 targets. Yeah. Jamar Chase leave the game on that like that nasty face mask uh penalty where now he's in the
26:59concussion protocol. But T. Higgins completely locked in. Dante Meyers, I think if you're in like a a deep league, a wide receiver heavy league, we're
27:08definitely going to talk about Dante Meyers on the Waverwire show, especially if uh Chase misses time. Looked good.
27:14Dante Meyers had seven catches for 82 yards. But then we talk about the the running backs and Chase Brown, nine carries for 10 yards. Insane. This run
27:25defense is completely locked in. Chase Brown can't run the ball against them.
27:29No one can. and they sort of abandoned it. Chase Brown had 11 catches for 71 yards, caught all of his targets. So, if
27:36you're a Chase Brown manager, you love it. But I think moving forward, we understand that running backs cannot run against these Jacksonville Jaguars.
27:44Jacksonville will give up catches to opposing running backs, but no one's running the ball against Jacksonville.
27:49Jacksonville is a real deal team right now. They're just rolling people. Uh we see them getting the win this week against Cincinnati. We saw them going
27:57into New England win winning 35-6.
28:00Uh we'll keep an eye on anything with with uh Higgins as well. A lot of these guys getting a little bit banged up.
28:05We'll we'll cover all these injuries. I see people in the chat. Um RJ Harvey, people talking about that game. Harvey catching a ton of passes out of the
28:12backfield today for Denver uh in that loss to San Francisco. But Jacksonville, this is a team where you're not going to
28:19get rushing production from your running back against them. They're just lights out. This is a well-rounded football team. Parker Washington completely shut
28:27down. Uh this is one takeaway. We're going to dive into it a little bit, but Washington didn't do anything today. Uh
28:33Bashel Tutin 17 carries, 73 yards, no touchdowns, but you got to like the volume. You did get the the long Chris
28:40Rodriguez uh touchdown that was a little bit tilting for Toutin managers. Going to wrap this thing up pretty soon. I know Sunday Night Football starting.
28:49We've got uh one thing to watch with Arizona. This is like the one where if you had Arizona in a in a teaser this
28:57week, you're you're not feeling really good about things at all. Um I had a buddy who had Arizona in a big tease and
29:02and ended up losing on that pick six at the end. Uh tough one, tough roll out.
29:07But the thing that I'm worried about is what's going to happen now with Jacobe Brassette where we felt good about things after week one. And all week long
29:17I've sort of been talking about how can we get Jacobe Brousett to win here in New York and sort of not worry at all
29:22about Brassette getting replaced so we can sort of not worry at all about Trey McBride, Michael Wilson, all these guys.
29:28But loses another game today, has three interceptions on the road in New York.
29:34Really, really tough stuff right there.
29:36Really, really tough stuff right there from uh Jacobe Brassette. So, we're going to keep an eye on that one.
29:42Lots to talk about. I think that we've got to talk about Kenneth Walker. We could talk about the tight ends in
29:48Vegas. I mean, a really good game from Michael Mayer and obviously we get a a touchdown catch from Bowers at the end,
29:55but Michael Mayer, if you play tight end premium, should absolutely be rostered.
30:00Mayor ends up with eight catches for 82 yards, 10 targets. You also have 11 targets for Bowowers. So, Bowowers gets six catches for 86 yards and a
30:08touchdown, but Mayor also getting touches uh and excuse me, targets and catches. Uh, this is a 12 personnel team. This is a team using multiple
30:16tight ends. And got to give Clint Kubak credit. Got to give Clint Kubak credit because he's utilizing his personnel in a very smart way, which is what we
30:26expected from Clint Kubak. So, Michael Mayer, you could do worse than having Michael Mayer on your bench. I think he's a a really good player with a role,
30:34but Bowowers is the man. Brock Bowers is the man. Uh this he's an unbelievable talent and I think everything's lining up very well for Clint Kubak and Bowers
30:43to have an unbelievable performance.
30:4527.6 points last week in week three now 20.6 points in week four. Bowowers is locked in. Kubak and Bowowers feels like
30:55Kubak and JSN last year. But the story's got to be Kenneth Walker and we talk about him all the time because he's
31:02sensational. We talk about where will he end up when we rank free agents of the last like 25 years. When we go offensive
31:11skill position free agent the most impactful for fantasy football. Talk about Saquon Barkley 2024 as like the the poster boy for this. But Kenneth
31:22Walker is right there. 177 rushing yards and two touchdowns. The Chiefs beat the Raiders on the road in Vegas. Kenneth Walker has had at least 20 touches in
31:33every game this year. Ridiculous explosiveness, incredible player. Couple other notes for Kansas City. Rashi Rice exited the game. We know Taekquin
31:42Thornton had the two touchdowns. He's banged up. But the thing we lean on with Kansas City is Kenneth Walker is just an
31:49unbelievable talent. A quick note that this show is brought to you and all my shows this year brought to you by
31:57Better. Make sure you go check out better. Awesome stuff over there.
