Surratt is a deep-league stash, but other rookies are higher priority.

Elijah Surratt is an intriguing deep-league stash for the Ravens given the injuries to Zay Flowers and Jacoby Lane. While Friedman likes his skill set, he notes that Surratt lacks physical dominance and is currently behind other rookie stashes like Caleb Douglas or Antonio Williams in priority.
