Flock Fantasy on George Pickens

Boom-bust profile; ranked behind Higgins (bye advantage) and DeVonta Smith

George Pickens looks like a boom-bust wide receiver that you absolutely have to start because the ceiling is incredibly high but the floor is also incredibly low, very similar to T. Higgins, Lamb, and Chase. He is being ranked behind T. Higgins because Higgins has already gone through his bye week, providing a clear tiebreaker. Pickens is also being ranked behind DeVonta Smith due to the Eagles' target situation.
