Davis Mattek on Carnell Tate

Titans' base offense limits targets despite early deficits

Tate's fantasy value is constrained by the Titans' losing record and game script dependency. Despite starting every game down 10 points, the Titans do not immediately shift to garbage time mode; instead they continue to run their base offense, which limits Tate's target volume and scoring opportunities. This structural offensive approach limits upside even in negative game scripts.
