Player insights

29

Aaron Jones

NegativeUsage38:20

Included in winning 20k tournament lineup paired with Kyler Murray as part of alternative game selection strategy to avoid Detroit/Arizona onslaught.

Insight page

AJ Dillon

NegativeInjury42:29

Dillon returned from a broken arm injury three weeks prior, which made him immediately unplayable in DFS as he became the clear backup with no role.

Insight page

Antonio Williams

NegativeBust18:18

Speaker wanted to play Antonio Williams over Kendrick Bourne as a late swap in a specific game context with Stefan Diggs absent and McLuren on a snap count; the source would have played Antonio Williams over Bourne without weather concerns. However, Antonio Williams underperformed in the DFS slate, described as having sucked in the contest, making him a poor DFS play overall.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

PositiveRole27:58

Caleb Williams is expected to return next week, which the source views as an upgrade over the current backup quarterback situation for the Bears offense.

Insight page

Carnell Tate

PositiveUsage8:39

Tate's fantasy value is constrained by the Titans' losing record and game script dependency. Despite starting every game down 10 points, the Titans do not immediately shift to garbage time mode; instead they continue to run their base offense, which limits Tate's target volume and scoring opportunities. This structural offensive approach limits upside even in negative game scripts.

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveRole33:54

Source describes Christian Watson as 'a crazy difference maker' and notes he was part of a three-wide-receiver stack strategy designed to replicate Gibbs' upside in a tournament lineup.

Insight page

Cole Kmet

NegativeRole29:07

Case Keenum and Cole Kmet have a demonstrated connection; Kmet had 33 yards and 6 targets in the last quarter and a half when Keenum played, though the source notes this may not translate when Caleb Williams returns.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveValue1:00

Swift was identified as a must-play in cash games for week 18, considered solid enough to justify over alternatives like Jaylen Warren. The source locked him into the GPP lineup after the 1pm games as part of a core group including Begent, Jaylen Warren, Matthew Golden, Luther Burden, and the Titans defense. However, Swift was chalk at 83% DFS ownership and the source faded him in tournaments at 50% ownership given he was on the injury report, preferring other options like Jaylen Warren, Gibbs, Brilen Allen, Emanuel Wilson, Aaron Jones, Brown, JT, and CMC rather than play 50% of Swift. He was part of a DFS lineup that returned negative 12% sim ROI.

Insight page
NegativeUsage4:43

Swift was identified as a stone-cold lock must-play in the source's fantasy lineup, part of a rare six-must build (Gibbs, Brassette, Swift, Trey Harris, McBride, Michael Wilson).

Insight page

Drake Maye

NegativeValue35:35

Used in a contrarian 20k tournament lineup at 6% projected ownership as a quarterback pivot option to avoid the Detroit/Arizona game stack onslaught; speaker intentionally diversified away from chalky stacks and considered Drake May alongside Kyler Murray as alternative game selections.

Insight page

Emanuel Wilson

PositiveMatchup12:18

Emanuel Wilson's usage profile was projected to absolutely dominate Brilan Allen in a head-to-head matchup. Davis Mattek played Wilson in a winning lineup based on this usage advantage. At lock time, Wilson and Allen were projected dead even with George Helani active; if Helani were ruled out, Wilson would have been projected at least a couple more points clear. However, Allen ultimately outperformed due to superior rushing ability and tackling performance (eight missed tackles) rather than luck, despite Wilson's pre-game usage edge.

Insight page

George Holani

NegativeRole16:16

Speaker asserts George Helani is 'probably the worst running back in the NFL,' ranking him 96 of 96 among league running backs (32 teams × 3 RBs). Helani was benched for fumbling during the game, which opened opportunity for Emanuel Wilson. His poor play and benching directly affected backfield opportunity distribution.

Insight page

Hunter Henry

NegativeValue35:35

Hunter Henry used in a tournament lineup with 7.7% projected ownership; part of a contrarian stack strategy. Included in contrarian 20k tournament lineup at 7.7% ownership as part of speaker's strategy to avoid Detroit/Arizona onslaught and diversify game selection.

Insight page

Isaiah Davis

NegativeRole14:14

Isaiah Davis faces severe opportunity constraints due to short drive lengths; offensive coordinator Frank Reich stated 'none of our drives were long enough to get Isaiah Davis in the game,' indicating a structural limitation on his playing time. Additionally, Davis was banged up in training camp, and Brayan Allen appears significantly ahead of him on the depth chart. Last year Davis shared time with Brilen Allen after Breece Hall's injury, but this year's training camp injury has relegated him to a backup role. Despite talk during the week that the Jets wanted to use Davis more, he received only 32 snaps, limiting his backfield opportunity.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

PositiveProjection33:54

Isaiah Likely was 'one of the best sim plays' in the source's models, suggesting strong projected upside in tournament play. Likely was simming off the charts according to the source's analysis.

Insight page

Jalen Brooks

PositiveUsage5:13

Davis Mattek projected Brooks's targets per route run to exceed Marvin Harrison Jr.'s in this specific game, stating with conviction: 'legit Jaylen Brooks might I'm sure in this game he has a better targets per route run than Marvin Harrison Jr.' This represents a bullish usage outlook relative to a top-tier receiver.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

PositiveValue1:00

Warren was identified as the source's favorite play of the day in DFS but he did not get enough exposure due to his preference for Luther Burden. He was a want play for week 18 DFS but was difficult to fit into cash game lineups on DraftKings due to salary constraints; the source considered Warren a better play than DeAndre Swift and described him as 'so good and such a smash,' but ultimately played him on FanDuel instead where salary construction was more flexible. Warren was locked into the GPP lineup after the 1pm games as part of a core group. He was included in a winning 20k tournament lineup at 22% ownership; the source notes Warren's ownership was 'crazy low' compared to DeAndre Swift despite being the superior play after Rico Bostic ruled out, as late injury news caused widespread confusion and people missed how strong a play Warren became.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

PositiveValue38:20

The source expected Justin Jefferson to be significantly underowned in DFS contests in this particular spot, which represented a value opportunity; Jefferson was played in one of the source's DFS teams as part of a Kyler-Jefferson stack, which the source indicates was a good play.

Insight page

Kendrick Bourne

PositiveValue0:23

Bourne was undervalued relative to Aman-Ra St. Brown and Luther Burden according to the Blitz optimizer; the source identifies the optimizer's recommendation against Bourne as a major culprit in poor ownership decisions on the slate. Despite running 187 routes on the season with Marvin Harrison Jr. on field for 185 of them (maxing out his route ceiling), Bourne demonstrated the ability to earn targets independent of Harrison's presence and scored 12 DFS points. However, the source rated Bourne as the worst play among three receivers (Michael Wilson, Kendrick Bourne, Trey Harris) when he ran 32 routes with no role change, noting Bourne does not fit his typical play style and expressing reluctance to play him.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

NegativeValue26:40

Speaker made a Kyler Murray swap in DFS that cost him a win; he acknowledges he over-swaps compared to the field and should have stayed put with his original lineup. Also included in a winning 20k tournament lineup as alternative game selection to avoid Detroit/Arizona onslaught, considered as a quarterback pivot option alongside Drake May.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveUsage23:24

Luther Burden was locked into Davis Mattek's GPP lineup as a specific want play; Mattek wanted to pair Burden with Matthew Golden in a bring-back stack, indicating conviction in the pairing's upside potential.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

NegativeInjury30:16

The source is concerned about Malik Nabers' long-term health, noting he 'legit seems banged up,' though at 6,300 salary he may still be playable while healthy; there is also concern about the Vikings potentially switching to JJ McCarthy if they lose.

Insight page

Malik Washington

NegativeInjury31:44

Malik Washington was planned for the source's winning 20k tournament lineup but became a late scratch due to injury news; the source notes 'we all thought until 10:30 this morning we were going to be able to play Mike Washington Jr.' but ultimately was ruled out, forcing a last-minute lineup adjustment. Additionally, the source's DFS models liked Washington as a cheap wide receiver option at 12.5 base points and 23.1 ceiling with 13.9% projected ownership, but the source explicitly rejected the play, saying 'no chance, dude,' expressing general aversion to playing Dolphins receivers due to the team's poor talent level and non-competitive football.

Insight page

Malik Willis

NegativeValue32:12

Speaker drafted Malik Willis in FFPC main events as a scramble play for quarterback when Mahomes was unavailable, but expresses regret and aversion to playing Dolphins players overall. Speaker preferred other options like Beijing over Willis, indicating Willis was a desperation play rather than a preferred choice.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

PositiveRole23:24

Speaker states 'I think Matthew Golden's really good' and locked him into a GPP lineup as part of a bring-back stack with Luther Burden. Golden was included in a three-wide-receiver stack strategy designed to replicate Gibbs' upside in a tournament lineup.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

PositiveValue4:02

Wilson was considered a must-play at $6,200 salary given the game environment, his target volume, and projection. The source believed Marvin Harrison Jr.'s absence was worse for Wilson than for Kendrick Bourne, as Harrison does not earn targets independently. Wilson ran 44 routes, indicating high volume and role concentration in the Arizona offense, and was part of the source's rare six-must build (Gibbs, Brassette, Swift, Trey Harris, McBride, Michael Wilson) that the source believes is a winning configuration. Wilson scored 7 DFS points and had 31% DFS ownership. However, the source acknowledged Wilson was a poor DFS selection in a Kyler Murray-based lineup, noting that when playing Kyler, the better pairing would have been Aaron Jones.

Insight page

Mike Washington Jr.

NegativeInjury40:05

Washington was injured and limping around during the game, which led to reduced touches and increased usage for backup Dylan Lowry in the backfield.

Insight page

Roman Wilson

NegativeBust17:21

Roman Wilson was a poor cash game play with 30% field exposure. Davis Mattek argued playing Roman Wilson in cash 'got zero mojo' compared to Jeremy Bernard. The only argument for Roman was not data-driven but rather Aaron Rodgers' perceived liking for Wilson over Bernard—a 'really thin argument considering sample size on the Roman Wilson stuff.' Wilson ultimately scored zero points in the DFS slate. Later, Mattek noted he wished he could have had Wilson back in the flex spot on his best team, suggesting his models liked him, but the actual performance and cash game context made it a clear fade.

Insight page

Tre Harris

PositiveValue5:53

Harris was a classic DFS cheap receiver play with a route ceiling. Davis Mattek noted Harris was actually going to have a great game, targeted or first read on six of the Chargers' first 10 passing plays. Mattek was comfortable with the Harris play given injuries to other Chargers receivers (Certan and Riley Moss out), identifying him as one of six stone-cold locks in the slate. Despite getting injured during the game, the pre-game analysis showed strong opportunity.

0:00the man, the myth, the legend. Sammy Reed decided, "Hey, man. I'm going to go touch grass." And I said, "Hey, the
0:05people have always wanted Adam Levitan on the show for Approve it week." You know, they get Peter on in week 18. But
0:12he makes a mockery of God's game, Adam.
0:14He really does. He doesn't take it seriously. He doesn't know that from Tuesday till Sunday morning, we are grinding to a nub every decimal trying
0:23to decide between Kendrick Bourne, Antonio Williams, and uh and uh Roman Wilson. We're saying, is this a McBride week? Is it not a McBride week? We're
0:33reading the training camp reports. We're we're in the weeds, Adam, and I don't appreciate what Peter does to our beautiful game.
0:40>> It's insulting, but it does drum up a lot of action for week 18, which I always appreciate. you know, in these
0:44streets these days, anybody who is willing to drum up action for cash is good in my book.
0:52>> That's true. That's true. It was uh I mean, basically the the the most straightforward imaginable week in uh in
1:00in cash games, the the must plays were DeAndre Swift, Jir Gibbs, Jacobe Brassette. I thought I thought those were the must must plays. My want play,
1:11well actually my want play, Adam was Jaylen Warren. There was really no way to make it work though. There was no way
1:18to get Jaylen Warren in the Braille Allen spot. I I don't think Did you try and look at that?
1:23>> Uh yes. And I could not do it. But I actually went out of my way to play Jaylen Warren on FanDuel. Um and you
1:31know that was not like a lot of people played Aaron Jones um on FanDuel. And so yeah, that was good. You know, the
1:37Jaylen Warren was just guy is just so good and such a smash. But yes, on DraftKings, I did not see a clean way to
1:43get to Jaylen Warren. I considered even going to >> um over Swift, like Jaylen Warren over Swift. Like I thought Jaylen Warren was
1:50a way better play than Swift, but then you would have had to get off Jets defense. And you know, I thought Swift
1:56was was solid enough. So So yeah, you know, that's the advantage of playing both sites is like I don't beat myself
2:01up when um I don't have someone I really like on one site.
2:05>> There were there were a couple. So, they're work. I I'll admit I always like that. You can ask Le or you can ask
2:10Wiggins about this. I always do try and get a little bit creative to try and get to some of the the want plays before
2:15lock. So, I did look at a team that was uh Mr. Secret Begent at quarterback.
2:21>> Oh, no. And then it was Warren over Allen and then I don't remember who it got up but it got up to someone over
2:28Kendrick Bourne and then down to the Tennessee Titans of defense which obviously would have been I even with the Warren smash would have just been
2:36absolutely uh would would have been throttled. I did I will admit I did think about trying to mess with a Be
2:42agent mostly because and it's very funny to look at the results seeing that Michael Wilson got seven and Bourne got 12. I didn't really think that Marvin
2:50Harrison Jr. not playing. I I did not think it did absolutely anything to Kendrick Bourne a at all.
2:56>> Wait, I I see I I thought that Marvin Harrison gone was worse for Michael Wilson. Kendrick Bourne has a dick.
3:02Kendrick Bourne can earn targets. Marvin Harrison does not. I thought it was worse for Michael Wilson. I was still always playing him. And I can actually
3:08considered Michael Wilson a must at 6200 given the game environment, given his targets and given the way we had him projected. But yes, I thought it was
3:17worse for Marvin. Yeah, I just thought it meant Kendrick Bourne would be on the field more. So, yeah, I thought it was
3:22definitely better for Kendrick Bourne that Marvin Harrison was gone.
3:26>> Okay, so uh Kendrick Bourne had run 187 routes on the year and Marvin Harrison Jr. was on the field for 185 of them,
3:37which you can take that one of two ways.
3:39The one way, and this is the way I took it, was he's not going to run any more routes because he was already on the
3:45field with Marvin Harrison Jr. for all these routes. So, it wasn't like, oh, this guy's gonna go because the the classic DFS cheap receiver is what we
3:53did with Trey Harris, which is the guy who has a route ceiling who now, and it's funny because Trey Harris ends up
3:58getting injured. Although Trey Harris was actually going to have a great game, by the way, and I'm not even like a
4:03Char, you guys know I absolutely hate the Chargers. He was going to have a great game. He was targeted. like he was
4:09either targeted or um the first read on like six of their first 10 passing plays they did like uh they didn't end a round
4:17to him like they they tried they tried to get him the ball um it just you know he he's a charger so that means he got
4:24injured >> and he's not that good you know I mean but you know especially if Certan and Riley Moss were both playing I would
4:31have been like all right you know you want to do something other than Trey Harris maybe I can see that but given
4:36everybody that was out and Riley Mosan out. I'm totally fine with the with the Trey Harris play. I I think that was
4:43fine. I actually had him uh Yeah, I had him as a must also. Like I had literally six must on this. That might be a new
4:51record for me. I thought Gibbs, Brassette, Swift, Trey Harris, McBride, and Michael Wilson were all musts. And like anytime I think I I have that many
5:00guys I think are stone cold locks, like I know I'm going to win. I don't know if I've ever lost when I've had like four,
5:05five, six musts. Uh, >> so there you go. Uh, welcome to the program, Nate. There you go. Kendrick Bourne ran 32 routes. Michael Wilson ran
5:1344. Trey McBride ran 50. So Kendrick Bourne's role did not change, which I mean, isn't Jayen like isn't Jaylen Brooks's targets per route run going to
5:23be better than Marvin Harrison Jr.'s?
5:25Like I I'm not even I'm not even [ __ ] around. Like legit Jaylen Brooks might I'm sure in this game he has a better
5:31targets per route run than Marvin Harrison Jr. I played I played Kendrick Bourne obviously, but I did think it was the worst play of of the three receivers
5:40of Michael Wilson, Kendrick Bourne, and and Trey Harris.
5:44>> So, one thing about like and the 2v2 that I looked at was Bourne and Jets D versus Roman Wilson and
5:50>> Roman Wilson >> and Tit and Titans D. That was the one that I thought was somewhat close. But one thing that I think like in these
5:57spots when you play both Bourne and Wilson like you raise your floor, right?
6:02likely one of them or or both of them are going to fail in a spot like this.
6:06So, I thought you did raise your floor a bit by playing both of them. And obviously like people underrate Jets defense. I think we had a really nice
6:13projection on them. It was >> they were the third highest projected defense raw points of the whole slate.
6:18>> Yeah. And this dude David Bailey is like a huge hit for the Jets. So, you know, I thought I I never I try not to let
6:25defense like really sway me too much, but I thought it was close between Bourne and Wilson. So having the defense upgrade there I thought made sense.
6:32>> I mean Nate, I got to be honest, Kendrick Bourne does not seem like a Nate play. Like I felt like I felt like
6:38you were like begging to try and find your way to some you you were going to you were going to spend like honestly I
6:46thought you might show up with uh with with not Brassette. I I thought you might show up with Begent or Kyler or
6:52something in order to not play Kendrick Bourne. It's so not a Nate play. I mean, I didn't want to play Kendrick Bourne,
6:59but I I don't know. I mean, I I thought the build was just so obvious this week.
7:03As soon as as soon as the Marvin Harrison news came out, as soon as everything fell into place, there was just no getting off. I mean, I I don't
7:11know. I saw the Roman Wilson thing. I saw the uh Emanuel Wilson thing, but I I just felt so comfortable with this
7:17build. So, I don't know.
7:19>> I I was >> I don't like Kendrick Bourne, but the Trey Harris thing also might have been a little bit thin, too. So, I I don't know
7:26which one I felt worse about.
7:29>> Uh, I don't I don't think the I feel I feel fine about the the Trey Harris play. Like, he's I mean, look, he's
7:36attached to a shitty quarterback, so that is what it is. But that I mean, that game was It was also, I mean, we
7:44haven't even >> I just went all in on Trey Wilson. I had Trey Wilson everywhere, too. So, I had him in tournaments that Michael Wilson
7:49or Trey Harris. You just You just confused both. you just confused allow >> I had Trey Harris like everywhere.
7:56>> So I that that's the play that I feel the worst about today. But I I do think this Arizona offense is so concentrated
8:03with those guys.
8:04>> Uh >> and they have they're going to drop back 50 times every game. They're like they they're locked into it.
8:10>> That's the thing. It's it's 38-4 or whatever it was and they just keep dropping him back. I mean Troy Brassette
8:16came into this game averaging 41 drop backs a game this season. He was at more than that last season. He's like, they
8:21don't care, you know, like so it's a huge huge advantage to to have that.
8:26Obviously, >> most most teams, this is this is true.
8:30Most teams will just give up. They will just run the ball. They will get I mean this is this is like a huge problem with
8:36Jets players. This is a problem with Brown. This is a huge problem actually.
8:39If you are like a Carnell Tate guy, this big problem with Carnell Tate is they do not even though they're they start every
8:45game down 10 points. The Titans do not go back to immediate garbage time mode when they still try and run their
8:51offense. Like I think Jeremiah Love got 11 carries today with eight of them coming in the first half, I believe.
8:58Like they they don't even pretend to run a real offense and they and they keep going. I mean, McBride scored. What?
9:03Didn't McBride scored at the two-minute drill, like as the like [laughter] like it's an insane scam that Trey McBride has running here.
9:11>> Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. That was one of the most ridiculous catches I've seen, too.
9:14Just like meaningless garbage time, fourth down. One of the most ridiculous catches um I've ever seen. That was very expensive for uh Mr. Leone there as as
9:22the chalk kind of got there on him um late. But yeah, um yeah, it was good.
9:27>> Yeah, >> that was also a grown ass man catch. I mean, don't don't don't make it seem like that was some slop. That was
9:32awesome.
9:33>> Look, every everyone knows Trey McBride is really good, but I think we can all just be honest that like >> No, not everyone knows. People literally
9:41for five years thought that he couldn't score touchdowns because he had Kyler Murray as his freaking quarterback. You guys were trying to
9:48years.
9:48>> No, you know what? This is actually one of my my big big big pet peeves. They never let Kyler execute offense like
9:55this. They would they would get down and they would they would be still trying to run Zonaban Knight into the line. They
10:01never let they never let Kyler drop back 50 times in a game. They they they totally like Jacobe Brassette is running
10:08a [ __ ] sevenstep drop back offense from from the first kick. They would never let Kyler do that. I mean Kyler I
10:14don't think would be that good at it.
10:16But >> we we do need to talk about how low Trey McBride was owned in cash games. The fact that like it's 2026 week five and
10:25the the easiest play of the entire slate was only 60% owned in cash games is just >> dude >> unfathomable.
10:32McBride was more McBride was more owned than Gibbs. Gibbs is to me way >> I thought that I mean obviously I
10:39thought McBride was a stone cold lock in this slate context but Gibbs was less owned than McBride in double-ups.
10:45>> Yeah. This this ownership right here. So this is the big $50 double up. So 99 entries. This was the biggest GPP that
10:52was above $25 on the whole site. 999 entries. These are these are the people who um the these are the people who read
11:00Adam's cash game review article on ETR every Sunday night. These people should know better. I do. You know what, Levitan? That's actually a good
11:08shout. 66% Gibbs is the worst ownership in the history of the big $50 double up.
11:15I've never seen people play worse than this.
11:17>> He was our best value by a mile. He was also minus 450 to score anytime touchdown. Minus450 to score in the
11:24anytime touchdown market and like yeah he was easy to fit. So I mean yeah >> who do we who do we think the culprit
11:31was? What what what optimizer what optimizer who I mean well I I will say the blitz the blitz as well I was going to say I found
11:41our culprit >> I found our I found our culprit. Uh the blitz.com Amanro St. He's Amra St. Brown and Luther Burden over Kendrick Bourne
11:52and Jir Gibbs. There's your There's your culprit. I That's why >> I don't I think there's a lot of people uh even in that $50 single entry. I
11:59guarantee there's people on their phone taking a dump and putting in lineups. I >> I in the $50 single entry double up. You
12:05think they're phone [ __ ] bros, dude?
12:06How did they even find that contest?
12:08>> No, dude. There was a there was a build that had Aman Rah and uh Emanuel Wilson over >> Oh, we're going to Buddy. That's called
12:17This is called a dramatic reveal. I've been saving the Emanuel Wilson discussion.
12:21>> Yeah. Um Yeah. I I I think like these kind of slates are fine for for
12:30double-ups. I seeing this Gibb 66% makes me wish that I had played more doubsups, but typically when I think it's so
12:37obvious like I'm going to play as many headto-heads as >> No, this should be the worst type of slate for double ups where I don't think
12:44I don't think ever the three of us have all played the same team. Me, Nate, and Sammy all played the same team. I I
12:52truly I mean maybe it's happened once or twice. I I don't I don't think so, though. And then we just straight up
12:58onev1 you Levitan. And boy did we run hot because Manny Wilson was set to uh with his usage absolutely smoke
13:07Brilan Allen in that game but uh does does not get there because >> No. No.
13:16>> This is not a Brillin Allen got lucky.
13:18Brillin Allen is a legitimately better rusher.
13:21>> Agreed.
13:21>> Well, that that is true. Yeah. Brillin Allen legit had like eight missed tackles for us or something today. He was unbelievable,
13:31>> but he's a much better rusher. I mean, this is not a >> but this is not a Nate. I've I listen to
13:37the show like as much as I possibly can.
13:39This this is this is not a talent question when we're talking about one v1's at right. And by the way, if
13:44you want to put my team up against your team and then hide the players, you'll see everybody can see the one v one that
13:49we had. We had the exact same team except I played Manny Wilson. you guys played Brilen Allen. I I have three
13:55reasons or maybe four that I played Brilen Allen. I'm curious your guys take on these four reasons I played Manny Wilson over Brillin Allen. First, team
14:05level floor. Like Seahawks are going to be good. They're going to be competent.
14:09They're going to be scoring.
14:10>> 32 plays last week.
14:12>> The Jets are not like the Jets had 32 plays last week. Second, at the time that we went to lock, I was not sure
14:17that George Hani was going to be active.
14:19Our projection had Brilan and Emanuel Wilson dead even with Helani in. If Helani gets ruled out, we would have had Emanuel Wilson at least a couple more
14:28points clear of Brilen Allen. Third, there was talk during the week that they wanted to use Isaiah Davis more last week. However, Isaiah, they only got 32
14:37snaps off. Isaiah Davis didn't get to play a lot. And lastly, for the late swap, bro, Davis is like the king of
14:42over late swapping.
14:45You get the optionality if you play. So, I I still think I still think Emanuel Wilson's right. And if the if that
14:50punter catches the football, you guys are sucking my [ __ ] right now. You guys aren't you guys aren't gloating. If the if the punter
14:58catches the football, Brilen finishes with 12. He got the 100 yard bonus and the touchdown because the ball went through the punt.
15:04>> I see I see Brilen Allen getting 24 carries. 24 carries.
15:08>> Got the bonus, Levitan.
15:09>> He did not get the bonus. He would not.
15:11They would have had >> Yes, but but he >> They would have been in pass only. No, no, no. They would have been in pass
15:15mode because they were going to punt the ball deep into the jet zone and they would have been passing.
15:19>> Oh yeah, you're right. They were down.
15:20They were down.
15:21>> No, Adam, this is this is this is a bad take. At the end of the day, Brilin Allen at 5,400 with 24 rushing attempts
15:28and four targets and you faded him. This is one of those weeks. This is a week where it's I don't know who's who's who
15:35who came up with this, but it's a prove it week in cash. This is just let your opponents make a >> I came up with that. How many touches
15:41did Emanuel Wilson have, Nate? How many opportunities did Emanuel Wilson have >> it? I mean two yards carry two yards carry maybe
15:50>> 20 carries and two catches. This was a better miss tackles force. We're playing cash.
15:57You're talking about missed tackles force in a oneame sample of running back. Let's say the Jets get smoked in this game and Deshun Watson's been
16:03playing great. Let's say the Jet the Jets get smoked in this game. Or let's say the punter catches it. You're sitting there with an 11 ball from
16:09Brilen Allen because the Jets suck. You let the Jets run the Jets running bad last week with what 32 total plays and
16:16and that that was just clearly an anomaly. The Jets aren't going to have they'll play volume this week.
16:22>> Oh, I I agree. What happens if George Keani gets ruled out then then what do you say?
16:26>> Keani's ruled out. We're on the wrong side of it. I will say Wilson ran a little bit good in game
16:34because he did get benched and then Helani played worse than he did. He got benched for fumbling. I mean, frankly, like I say this a lot about a lot of
16:43players. I do think George Helani is probably the worst running back in the NFL. [laughter] Like, if you if you think about So, so there are 96 running
16:50backs, right? Because 32 teams each have three running backs. Helani is probably 96 of 96. It's him or Damen Pierce. Very
16:58It's very close um between between the two of them. Who who is uh legitimately worse? I thought about playing Wilson, but to the late swap thing, the issue
17:08with late swap is who you don't even need it because no one played in the early game. So, I was like, you're
17:14you're not actually getting any optionality because >> you I guess so in our lineup, the early guys were >> um if you if you don't include Brilen
17:25Allen, our early guys were were the Jets and Swift >> just Swift. Yeah, Swift and Jets.
17:30>> And you wouldn't have gotten enough information off that. I mean, I guess if the Jets got like one point, maybe you
17:34would think about doing something.
17:36>> I mean, there was 30% of the field that had the zero from Roman Wilson.
17:41>> If you played Okay, listen, dude. If you played Roman Wilson and Cash, you got no mojo, dude. You got zero mojo. No, none.
17:48None. I I can see it in tournaments, but if you played Roman Wilson and Cash knowing who Jeremy Bernard is, you got
17:55no mojo. I I would have played I would have played Jeremy um ahead of Roman, I think, in in Cash. Yeah, I I thought
18:02Roman was the the best argument for Roman was not like a data driven one at all. It was that Aaron Rogers has some
18:08liking to Roman Wilson that he does not have the Jeremy Bernard. That was a really thin argument considering sample size on the Roman Wilson stuff. So yeah,
18:17I I I didn't you know I don't think Roman Wilson was as bad as as you make it out to be, but yeah, I mean I'm
18:22obviously born side.
18:24>> I got I got saved. I will say I did get saved a little bit. I wanted to play Antonio Williams over Kendrick Bourne
18:31with no Stefan Diggs and with McLuren on the snap count and I I 100% would have done it without all the weather. I I I
18:40100% would have played Antonio Williams over Bourne. Well, not 100%. I would have liked to have played Antonio Williams. And I don't even know. I mean,
18:48I can look how many routes he ran.
18:51>> Sorry, I just looked up the Brilland Allen routes. Brayan Allen ran 28 routes to Emanuel Wilson's 14.
18:57Yeah, and I thought there was some variance in that in that they had literally talked to me about getting Isaiah Davis more more work, you know,
19:03and so I I agree with you. I thought that was the most likely case that Brillin was going to be full-blown
19:07workhorse, but not 100%, you know. So, >> yeah.
19:11>> Do you just to be serious for a minute though, do you take some of the Brilan Allen like we haven't seen him in a
19:17legitimate workhorse role in the NFL yet? like his talent is still a question where we know >> the reason Nate the reason isn't good at
19:26football >> right how many how many scoring opportunities do you think there are for Seattle in a game versus Jets in a game
19:32how many inside the 10 carries inside the five carries are there for Emanuel Wilson typically on average versus a Jets team
19:40>> I mean it showed in what happened in the game because he didn't even have a good game and he still scored because
19:46Seattle's just going to have so many more like the Jets the Jets barely won this game against the awful Browns in
19:53the rain. I I mean, I'm with Nate and then I think Brilen Allen is way better than Emanuel Wilson.
20:01The the team level context, the Isaiah Davis quote was pretty interesting.
20:06Shout out to uh our our boys at Mike Nuggets because they had the the video of it, but it wasn't so it wasn't them
20:12saying like, "Oh, we don't want to play Brillin." But it was literally like the I think the exact quote from who said
20:18their OC Frank Reich. It was like none of our drives were long enough to get Isaiah Davis in the game, which is like
20:24I mean, that is that's so dark that you can't have a drive long enough to play your second running back at all.
20:29But like to me, you know, we we like me specifically, I become enamored with the talent for all these guys and like I've
20:38been waiting for a spot to jam Brillin Allen like his literal whole career. So I I was it was pretty easy for me to get
20:44him in here against >> and that's totally fair. Again, I thought it was we had the exact same projection on these guys. Literally the
20:49exact same. So, you know, obviously I thought Brilen Allen was was a really good play. Also, I mean, yeah, like on a
20:55one week on a oneweek sample, I don't worry about talent in a one season sample. I worry about talent a lot. In a
21:02dynasty setting, I worry about talent massively, you know, but I'm surprised that you guys are coming at me with the talent argument. I'm not I'm not really
21:08coming at I mean we literally had a >> because they were the same price and they it it's because they are the same
21:13price and they projected for similar like workloads and so I I do think in this point talent >> should be a needle mover but
21:20>> and we did have the we did have the Jets defense too uh which also correlates like a little bit like the Jets defense
21:27is going to be a pretty bad play and and I did think I mean Brilen it's funny because he literally didn't catch a pass
21:32at all. did run a bunch of routes, but I I did think he could contribute as a pass catcher. I mean, frankly, we saw
21:38>> I thought he just ran so bad last week that it was like the only thing for him was upside. The overall team volume was
21:45so low last week. It was like that was clearly an anomaly. There's only upside where Emanuel Wilson is like priced for
21:52an efficient offense. And it if Brilen will if Brilin gets any efficiency I mean it's just >> well clearly that's why we had them with
22:01the same projection you know like clearly that that we you know we were projecting 32 plays >> we have also I it is worth noting we
22:08have seen this exact scenario before Bree got hurt last year and Braille Hound and Isaiah Davis were in a legitimate time share. The the
22:16difference this year is that Isaiah Davis got hurt or banged up at some point in training camp and they must have just viewed him as being like
22:26pretty significantly behind Brilen Allen in a way that they because remember there was there was a spot at some point last year where Brilen Allen got played
22:34in cash and was in like legitimately like a a straightup time share. I don't remember what week. It probably was the
22:40first week after Bree got out. But like it's it's not like it's it's a a neverbeforeseen um spot here. So, >> but the good news is all four of us won.
22:49So, you know, it's a happy day.
22:51>> Yeah. People, you know, it's not no one no one wanted this. This is this is for sure the worst outcome for this show was
22:57that we all just like easily won like with no sweat in any way, shape, or form. Like, as soon as the Jets like
23:04cracked like 12 points, it was like, "Okay, well, this slate's over." Cuz Roman Wilson had zero. Antonio Williams sucked and the Jets defense was like you
23:11had to have it and so it was I mean look at look at the ownerships bet 83% swift 83% Brailin 31 Michael Wilson 84 Bourne
23:2140% Treyer like like straight up like no sweat so uh apologize to the people I the people love the the shows that
23:30people love the most on on this is when I lose and Nate and Sammy win. Um, and replacing that with me losing and
23:39Levitan and Nate winning would have been an all-timer for the people. So, I'm I'm apologetic that we were not able to get
23:44there.
23:45>> Yeah, it's it's a bummer. But, I will say the the good news is Cath games are not dead and we still have many weeks of
23:52profitability in front of us and people are going to play this bad. So, like >> I don't know. I don't know.
23:56>> I don't know what I mean. These lineups are >> Gibbs should have been 90%.
24:02>> McBride should have been 90. I think McBride's ownership is almost worse because tight end was such a very clear like I these ownerships are like it
24:12feels like still 2022. Like this is crazy.
24:15>> Yeah. I mean we had McBride like in value like three clear of any other tight end. You really rarely rarely
24:21rarely ever see that at tight end.
24:23>> Yeah. Um all right. So we can go to our GPP stuff now. And I actually was maybe in a semiinteresting spot. So I'm
24:30curious your guys thought on this. So I was dead to win after the 1pm games because I played a Beijing team. So I
24:37had Begent, Jaylen Warren, DeAndre Swift, Matthew Golden, Luther Burden, and the Titans defense at lock. What was left in my lineup must have been it
24:47would so it would have been Michael Wilson, uh, Aronda Gadston, and Jir Gibbs. So I swapped from Michael Wilson to Wadd, I swapped from Gadston to KD,
24:58and I swapped from Gibbs to St. Brown. I I think I I think that and it was this was like a 14 15% sim team before lock
25:07like it was it was like fine but not I just wanted to play it frankly. I just really wanted to do a bent burden with
25:13the the golden bringback. Those were those were all my want plays there.
25:16Would would you guys have swapped that or would you have just kept Gibbs for the men cash?
25:22>> You're ask you're asking you're asking the wrong guy but I don't think you were really drawing live to win after your
25:27start anyway.
25:28>> For sure. I for sure was not drawing live to win. Shouldn't you just be going for the main cash no matter what? Then
25:33>> that's what So like um Nerdy Tener has done a bunch of like work on this of like oh what should I do in these late
25:41swaps and he found he told me that one of the most surprising things he found was in this spot where basically they
25:49were like where like 2018 DFS would have been oh dude you got to swap or whatever but the sim is actually saying all your
25:55equity is in minashing so you should probably stay. I the issue that I thought was I thought KD could have been
26:04a massive differential. Like I thought KD could have gotten like 30 in this spot and you normally are not able to
26:10swap to a Titan that can get that many.
26:12But the the swap uh was obviously bad because my fieldaware ROI here was negative 10% after the swap which so I
26:23gave up what from 14% to 10%. So, I gave up uh a good I guess if you do that math of a hundred bucks, I gave I what I gave
26:31up like what 47 bucks of equity or something there.
26:34>> It's it's so crazy to me like I you know when I listen to the your guys show like I would people ask me for advice all the
26:40time. I a lot of people I tell you guys I say you guys are under swapping.
26:44You're not swapping enough. I want to scream to Davis. You are swapping way too much in everything. Cash, tournaments, e, everything. Like,
26:52>> well, >> there's already been one week this year.
26:55I cost myself a win, but I should have just stay. If I just stayed, I just easily cash everything and and I cost
27:00the Kyler vers shock swap.
27:02>> But you might be the only DFS player on Earth that over swaps. Everybody else unders swaps. You You might be the only
27:07one that actually over swaps on Earth.
27:10>> Nate, would is that was that a stay put for you?
27:13>> I would have stayed put. I mean, yeah, I think you do over swap and I think the field I don't know. I at that point I
27:19would just try to get men.
27:21>> Did either of you guys do Beijing stuff at all?
27:25>> No, I only played three teams and they were all brassette teams. I mean, I can talk about why, but I I I actually only
27:30played three tournaments and and they were all brassette. And the other thing about this is like I actually went for a
27:35full fade in tournaments on Swift. Like this 50% on Swift given he was on the injury report this week. There were some
27:41comments about Roshan Johnson too like and I thought Swift was an awesome play obviously but 53% when you have Jaylen Warren Gibbs Brilen Emanuel Wilson uh
27:50Aaron Jones Brown JT CMC I didn't really want to play 50% DeAndre Swift I guess you know would be my biggest problem
27:57with this lineup.
27:58>> My the the bet my favorite play of the day was Warren but it I did not get saved enough because I cannot stop with
28:07Luther Burton. I can't get and you know what it's gonna happen again next week because I'm gonna say dude he got he got
28:1213 targets like the volume's like it's gonna I'm gonna I already know I can you could fast forward to next week Luther
28:17Burton's gonna have 12 points and I'm going to be like no dude you guys don't understand the volume he's so good the
28:22volume's so good Dunay is so bad >> Caleb's gonna be back next week too >> in like some ways I mean obviously after
28:29watching Bean today like please never ever let me see Tyson Bean play football again like that's it dude >> it's definitely an upgrade over Beij I I
28:37would say for Burden. It might not. I don't know. We haven't seen the Caleb Burden connection work out, but Case Kino and Burden definitely have a
28:43connection. Even Even today, I I don't think Burden had any of his worst games.
28:48It was all under he got he got 33 he got 33 yards and six targets in the last quarter and a half that um
28:56>> that Keenum played. But yeah, uh whatever. Smoked. And also, I'm also curious your thoughts on this too, Adam. the Titans defense at 12%
29:05because they were the last defense you could like squint. That's so bad. That's also terrible of me. Like just play the
29:11Jets, dude. Just find get the 600 bucks to play the Jets.
29:14>> I know. I think I did that too on on Titans on one of my teams. Um yeah, it's not great. I will say Titans on FanDuel
29:20because Commanders were 3,300 and Titans were 31. Titans were not as owned on FanDuel. obviously commanders smash them but or beat them but yeah I mean
29:31obviously playing the like desperation defense in tournaments is something I I try not to do but I think I did it this
29:35week too if I look at my team >> it's so it's so hard not to do it because like we we're just so used to
29:41being like yeah well defense dude you know it doesn't it doesn't matter it's like you know it's unpredictable you could there was you know Straoud is good
29:49for a meatball sub here and there you know so it it is what it is all right Levitan this is your team that was
29:56pretty good in the power sweep. Got up to 29th.
30:01Jacobe Brassette 30%. Manny Wilson 27%.
30:04Jaylen Warren 21. Justin Jefferson.
30:07love it. I that was my my other team I played was a Kyler Jefferson. And I should have just played pet. Uh
30:13Christian Watson also golf clap there.
30:16And [ __ ] neighbors, dude. Talk to me about the neighbors play because I I I couldn't get there and I really wanted
30:21to.
30:21>> It's just rain fud everybody. Oh, Adam, it's raining. There's no way they can score any points in the game. There's
30:28some drizzling going on. I mean, 6,300 for Malik Neighbors. I am concerned about Malik Neighbors long term. Like, still, he legit seems banged up. If they
30:37lose, they're going to go to JJ McCarthy. But my gosh, while he's healthy now at 6,300. That's crazy. But the the thing I want to talk about with
30:43this team was one of like the things that Leon talked about this week on established Million and Dink was like, how can you play Cardinals Detroit in a
30:52smart way? One way was not doing the Brassette double. So I played my worst team was a Brassette Wilson skinny. My
30:59best team was a Brassette McBride skinny and then not doing a bringback. Now you know maybe I should have, but if you
31:05play Arizona Brassette without Gibbs, you're immediately getting unique. And then my other goal was to find upside that can hopefully beat Gibbs with the
31:13wide receiver position. So Jefferson Watson Neighbors, I was like, man, just let these guys beat Jir Gibbs and I'll be cooking. Um, Jir Gibbs obviously
31:23shoved a 40 ball down my gullet, but like if Jir Gibbs has 20 here, you know, that's a whole different story. Um,
31:29obviously I wish I could have the Roman Wilson thing back there in the flex, but >> what what did you guys have him for
31:36projected ownership?
31:37>> Which one?
31:38>> Roman Wilson.
31:40>> Let me check.
31:41>> Cuz our our stuff our stuff kind of liked him, too. Our our stuff um that I don't I don't fully X out plays all that
31:48often. The cheap wide receiver that our stuff liked was Malik Washington and I was just like [ __ ] no chance, dude. So
31:55out on that.
31:56>> We had 14.8% uh Roman Wilson in small field on DK and Malik Washington 13.9%
32:04but uh yeah, you know, um Roman Wilson we only had for 9.5 points and 19.4 ceiling. We had we actually had Malik
32:14Washington for better. Uh 12.5 base, 23.1 ceiling. I just I I I I I'm good, I think, on just not playing
32:22any Dolphins this year. I I think I'm straight. I'm not gonna play Caleb Douglas. I'm not going to play Chris Bell. I I'm dropping like I drafted a
32:28bunch of Malik Willis and like these FFPC main events and stuff and I I you know, Mahomes is on by so I was
32:34scrambling for quarterback and I I I think I ended up playing Malik Willis in one. I think I started Beijing over him
32:40in another. But like I just I'm not doing it. I'm out on the Dolphins experience. They're not playing competitive football. I'm out. I'm not
32:46doing it. They're the least talented team in the in the maybe in the history of football. I mean, they're just so
32:50bad.
32:51>> It is.
32:51>> And people people are still trying to defend Achan as a second round pick. I I I don't want to go off on a tangent
32:56here, but gosh, I mean, >> oh no, come on. Please give it give it to Chess Liam. Tell him [ __ ] Achan
33:00was terrible.
33:01>> I mean, we said this before the season that Devon Achan was the worst second round pick I could ever remember in the
33:06history of fantasy football. Like, by far. Um, >> I generally speaking, I I'll tell you one that was close that I was on and I
33:13think I learned my lesson. Do you remember the year that that David Wilson was coming off an insane year?
33:19>> Giants David Wilson.
33:21>> No, sorry, not David Wilson. David Johnson.
33:24>> Oh, Cardinals David Johnson. Yeah, >> Cardinals David Johnson. And he ends up finishing the season running back nine.
33:30But it was like the worst, most unusable, miserable slog to the finish line. And I think I learned my lesson there, which is like it doesn't matter
33:39how good the running back is because David Johnson, kids are too young to remember, but like he was the the absolute goat of goats at the time, but
33:47like the team was so bad that there was just nothing that could be done about it. Yeah. So I'm I I I was lighter on on
33:54Han. Yeah. Um as well. And then [ __ ] Christian Watson, dude. I mean, again, I just like with the Burden thing, I
34:01cannot stop with Matthew Golden. I I can't >> I mean I think Matthew Gooton's really good. Christian Watson is like a crazy
34:07difference maker. So yeah, I mean I thought all three of those wide receivers had a chance to be Gibbs and that was like the whole idea of the of
34:14the lineup. Obviously I think I should have probably had Brat double McBride and and Bourne, but I was so adamant on
34:20playing the skinny to try to be unique.
34:22Um maybe that was bad.
34:23>> Yeah. Well, they're they're the people are people are asking in the chat.
34:27They're saying how much money >> I wouldn't have won. It doesn't matter.
34:29I wouldn't have won.
34:30>> Okay. The the interesting thing to me is the the neighbors play. Like I almost would have like if I'm betting on
34:36neighbors like Winston Winston would be the play over brassette. You get all the ownership fade and you get like I mean neighbors can't get there without
34:47without Winston doing it. And so yeah, >> I don't know. I I probably that'd be the one thing I would have done in this
34:51lineup is if you're making the neighbors play go to Winston.
34:54>> I think that's fair. And also for us like likely was simming off the charts.
34:58Like one of the best sim plays that we had was Isaiah likely. So yeah, that would have been a good team.
35:03>> Yeah. Well, hand hand up to me, man. I I was scared of the rain. I was scared of the rain, Adam. I said, "Oh, no. Oh, no.
35:10It's >> this wasn't even the worst rain. I mean, the Jets Cleveland was was the worst rain. This was like light rain off and
35:16on." Like, >> that's why that's why Adam decided not to play Brillin Allen. And [laughter] >> hey, was Sun was shining. Oh no, dude.
35:24The ETR fanboys found me. They found me.
35:27I hate it. They hate it. Uh, okay. Nate sent me a lineup that uh he ran bad at the end here. Where is it? I just had
35:36it. Oh, here you said.
35:37>> I just put it in the chat.
35:38>> I just had it I just had it pulled up.
35:40Um, I gotta say I give this lineup I give this lineup a 100 out of 10 for originality, brother. Drake May 6%,
35:48Jaylen Warren 22, Braille Allen 24%, JSN 13%, Deario Douglas 1.8, Eftton [ __ ] Chisum III 1.4%. Hunter
35:58Henry 7.7 Jir Gibbs in the Saints defense. They'll never respect my goat enough, man. They'll never ever dude. I don't care that Fton Chisum only got 10.
36:09Eftton Chisum a a true none. No, a 100 out of 10, Nate. 100 out of 10 for Fton Chisum. And the the crazy thing about
36:19this lineup, Nate, is if anyone else did Demario Douglas or Eftton Chisum, I bet my last dollar, my very last dollar,
36:27they did it to get Aman Ross St. Brown, Trey McBride, and Gibbs in together in a team. They're like, I got to save some
36:33money. I got to do whatever I can to get all these Detroit, Arizona pieces in.
36:37Um, only Gibbs from that game in here. I mean, just you gotta you got to hand it to him. And you get what? You got cucked
36:44at the end uh in first place here by what?
36:47>> I I'm literally watching this and I'm like I need 008 points and this is the last drive with Seattle and I'm like
36:54okay just get me a get me get me a JSN target. Get me a JSN target. He breaks he breaks containment. He gets it. He
37:01jumps and I'm like this is easy money.
37:04And he drops it. I've never seen a more frustrating JSN drop in my entire life.
37:08And I was like >> well he was clearly concussed Nate.
37:10That's the thing is he he was clearly concussed and should have been pulled from the game, but uh yeah, >> it wasn't a concussion, wasn't it? His
37:17ankle.
37:18>> Yeah, >> his ankle was banged up before, but he got smoked right right in his shoulder pad on his last catch of the game.
37:26>> I thought this was >> What tournament, Nate?
37:29>> It was a 20 max like uh what was it? Uh >> the NFL 40k front door 20 entry max.
37:36>> Oh wow. 11,000 people. Jesus, man. My god.
37:40second place by 008. I was literally like I thought I had that one in the bank. But >> dude, second 11K is incredible.
37:48>> That was more of just a fun lineup that almost finished. Well, but I I would rather break down my I'll Davis, I'll
37:53send you the uh actual one that we should >> Well, here I have the I have those contest sims pulled up for I've got I
37:59can check the two the 200k red zone. I can check the 400k spy, the 75k red zone, and the 50k red zone if any of
38:06your teams in that are interested.
38:10These are the only contests that I have up that are cashed.
38:13>> Oh, well, pull the um the one I just sent in the private chat, the touchdown team, the 20k, >> Kyler Murray, Aaron Jones. This the
38:25team level onslaught, Nate. I mean, it's so good. DeAndre Swift, Trey Harris, Justin Jefferson, Malik Washington, Trey McBride, and Jaylen Warren. So, okay. I I'm curious, Nate.
38:36Was this like conscious plan of you going into the week like all right I'm gonna be lighter on Detroit Arizona than
38:44the field or these are just some of the lineups that were interesting to to look at now? No, I had to do some intentional
38:52things because I I like the typical lineups that I built were way were just going to be way too chalky because all I do is onslaught
39:01and it's like everybody was doing the onslaught of that game and so it was like so I had to change some things this
39:06week and and try to get different and so what I was trying to do was essentially just refuse Detroit Arizona onslaught
39:14and I was only going to play anybody from that game not in an in an onslaught and so I trying to find
39:20another game that would just go off anything. So whether it would be Drake May, whether it would be Kyler Murray, um I tried to get different in a lot of
39:28different ways, but obviously still having like McBride and Gibbs. I wasn't going to go with a bunch of like the secondary chalk pieces like the Jameson
39:37Williams and Leaporta stuff, but even though that turned out okay. But yeah, so this was an intentional lineup. I I I mean, obviously with Trey Harris and
39:46some other things didn't go my way, but I thought the Warren ownership was like >> Warren ownership was crazy [snorts] low
39:53compared to Swift, Adam. That that that seems like just because was it because Warren wasn't mentioned in content all week because we thought Rico was
40:00playing.
40:00>> That's exactly it. I was going to talk about this on the on the solo pod. We see this every single time there's late
40:05news and there was so much injury news.
40:06People were like overwhelmed by it. Rico gets ruled out and it doesn't register with people how good a play Jaylen Warren is.
40:13>> And and really interesting that we haven't even talked about this yet. Um we all thought until 10:30 this morning we were going to be able to play Mike
40:21Washington Jr. Uh and and then turns out that you were not able to although this is very this was very bizarre. Genty
40:29clearly is injured in this game and is like limping around and they gave a bunch of touches to Dylan Lowi including
40:35his first NFL touchdown because and this is so funny because like he's from there cuz like he's he he went to he went to
40:42the University of of New Hampshire. So they were like >> I what what other what other reason would there be?
40:48>> I don't know. But I I was I had a note to myself to look into that because it makes zero sense whatsoever.
40:53>> I I I bet I bet you look into it. I bet you'll find an article on Mass Live that's like, "Oh yeah, Dylan Na'Bi's
41:00whole high school was there. His grandma was there. He he got uh he gave he gave his touchdown." I you know,
41:06>> it had to be something where they thought it led to like a better pass.
41:10>> I'll text him and ask him. I'll say, "Was that the game plan or it was like Mike Washington banged up?" I'll I'll
41:14literally ask him.
41:15>> Yes, please.
41:16>> Okay. But the the other thing I liked about this lineup was I I thought Justin Jefferson in this spot >> was gonna come like super underowned and
41:23I thought like if he beats Aman on Raw >> and like Yeah, I just felt really good about the Jefferson thing. So
41:31>> Jefferson Kyler I thought was was >> let's see if we do we think my Jefferson Kyler lineup simmed well. This will be
41:38this will this is a good sweat for me to figure out if I actually um played good.
41:42>> What was it?
41:44>> It was in one of the red zones. So, I'm going to try and find it right now. I don't remember which one it was in.
41:50Uh, not in that one. I played I played uh I'd have to go Well, and the contest just locked so or the they just switched
41:59over to completed.
42:02>> Uh, there you go. Nope. Negative 12% sim ROI. Uh, Kyler Murray, DeAndre Swift, Brilen Allen, Justin Jeff. See, this is
42:11this is how you can tell I'm bad, dude.
42:12because I played Michael Wilson on this team. Totally >> when you go Kyler, you got to go you got to go with the full Aaron Jones.
42:19>> Uh Antonio Williams, Gadson, Jir Gibbs, and the [ __ ] Chargers defense. All right, dude. Put me in jail for playing
42:25the Chargers defense. This team, this team sucks. This team's really bad.
42:29Antonio Williams was not a good play.
42:32Okay, Gadston, I did not catch this until the game literally started. But Kar is back. I I heard no reporting on
42:38this. the the main Chargers beat writer just quit his job to go be a beatw writer for uh Adam Levitan's Philadelphia 76ers. So I missed this
42:48entirely. I would have had zero Gadson in any format. I I I had no idea that Charlie Clard was back from literally
42:55breaking his arm three weeks ago.
42:56>> Yeah, they listed him questionable and like when there's a week with this many injuries, it just people just don't talk
43:01about it. But yeah, I knew he was questionable. I knew it was a game time decision. Yeah.
43:07Hey, negative negative 12% fieldaware ROI is not that bad. Negative 36% sim ROI is pretty bad though.
43:15>> Not ideal tight end plays. You can't be playing that.
43:19>> I mean, Gadston Gadston with all the receiver injuries, no Kar. I' I'd probably do it again, I think.
43:28But but once once Kar was in, he becomes he becomes immediately unplayable. Like he's he's an absolute stone cold. Uh, zero. [snorts]
43:38Yeah. Uh, all right, guys. There we go.
43:41We did it. We solved it. Levitan, thank you for joining us.
43:45>> Uh, thank you for having me, guys. I love the show. Keep it up. Keep the cash game alive. And uh, yeah, I'm happy to
43:51fill in uh, anytime I can. If you guys want me, as long as we keep the uh, cash game torch going for people who like to
43:58play the best plays.
44:00>> Yeah, play play the best plays. Uh, all right, guys. We will be back. Uh, well, I'll be back with all you guys tomorrow
44:06and then we'll be back next week. Uh, shout out shout out to Sammy for touching grass. What a [ __ ] loser.
44:11Can you imagine touching grass? Can you imagine touching grass on a Sunday? I think he I think he said he's at a
44:16concert on a on a Sunday, dude.
44:19>> What are you I can't I I literally can't fathom. I cannot even imagine what that would be like, brother. No shot. No shot
44:27for me, man. Uh, all right. Let's get this Matt Hner first touchdown. Make me a cool grand and I will see you guys
44:33back
