From the episode

Jamie, what's your interest level in adding tank Dell? Minimal. Uh, he's going to do more for the Texans than he will for fantasy... maybe I shouldn't just poo poo tank Dell and say that in deeper leagues, he is worth a bench spot.

Dell is a deep-league bench stash with potential upside.

Interest in adding Dell is minimal as he may contribute more to the Texans than to fantasy lineups. However, given his past chemistry with C.J. Stroud, he is worth a bench spot in deeper leagues.
