Mendoza developing behind Cousins; Davis praises work ethic and learning ability.

Raiders owner Mark Davis confirms Mendoza is learning and developing behind Kirk Cousins as the first overall pick and future franchise quarterback. Davis praises Mendoza's work ethic, competitive streak, and desire to be great, noting he is "like a sponge in terms of learning."
