Allen is playing at an elite level and is a clear tier-one fantasy quarterback.

Josh Allen is playing at an elite level, finishing with 99th percentile total EPA in Week 2. Hayden Winks notes this is the best he has ever seen Allen play, citing his 100% success rate as a runner (11 positive plays on 11 attempts) and his ability to diagnose coverage.
