Jacobs' expected return won't shift Packers from pass-first offense.

Jacobs is expected to return to the Packers, but the source doesn't think his return will change the offense from its pass-first approach driven by Green Bay's horrible offensive line. This suggests Jacobs' role may be limited despite his return.
