Waddle is a high-upside play against a weak Cardinals defense

Ian Hartitz views this week as a 'last chance' for Jaylen Waddle, projecting a breakout performance against a Cardinals defense that ranks in the bottom three in EPA allowed per dropback. Hartitz remains optimistic about Waddle's talent, noting he is a high-level player who has not received enough target volume to date.
