You might notice one of the biggest absences here in the C tier is Chuba Hubbard. I have a hard time elevating him because it doesn't look particularly inspiring as he's doing it. A lot of it is very grinded out type stuff. Right now he is the fifth highest scoring running back. I'm lowest on the site. I'm going to move him up from 32. I'm going to place him at 25, one spot behind Ashton Jeanty.

Upgraded 32nd to 25th; fifth-highest scoring RB deserves more respect
Moved up from 32nd to 25th in rankings. The source initially had difficulty elevating him because his production looked uninspiring and grinded out, noting he has gone through similar stretches in past seasons with benching and injury concerns. However, recognizing he is the fifth-highest scoring running back and that the source was lowest on the site, the source decided to give Hubbard more respect and moved him up one spot behind Ashton Jeanty.
