Jacobs returns from Exempt List as starter but faces rust and OL concerns.

Jacobs will return as the starter after a 6-game absence on the Exempt List, but he should inherit a similar role to 2025 after the RB room fluctuated without him to start the year. MarShawn Lloyd was never trusted in pass protection and will likely be a lower-volume change-of-pace option, with Pierre Strong Jr. being available in pure dropback situations. Jacobs would do well to match 2025's RB12 on RB9 usage average with the Packers' OL in a tough spot and his own time off likely working against him.
