Underdog Fantasy Football Show on Jaylen Waddle

PodcastFantasy Football Week 2 Recap - Rethink Everything!September 21, 2026

From the episode

Jalen Waddle... 10 targets, 8 receptions, 138 yards... he might be a little bit more boomer bus than I really wanted him to be. But I mean, again, the offense was not clicking today and he still had these major, major booms.

Waddle had a massive rebound game but may be a boom-or-bust asset

Jalen Waddle rebounded with 10 targets, 8 receptions, and 138 yards. Matt Harmon notes that while Waddle is being used in the slot and on manufactured touches, his role has a high ADOT, making him potentially more boom-or-bust than expected, but with significant upside.
