McCarthy's debut start offers spark but faces elite Texans defense.

Giants QB making first start in Week 7 after coming off bench in second half vs. Saints; could provide spark to offense and mitigate Texans pass rush with mobility, but faces real test against elite defense and uncertain offensive line health; prior 2025 tape shows significant struggles (fifth-round trade price), and source skeptical he avoids mistakes for full 60 minutes.
