McCarthy's Giants debut vs. Texans is a real test after poor Vikings tape

J.J. McCarthy will start for the Giants in Week 7 against Houston after coming out of the bullpen in the second half against the Saints; his mobility is a plus and could help mitigate the Texans' elite pass rush, but his 2025 tape in Minnesota was poor (hence his fifth-round trade price), and this is a real test against a very good team with an elite defense.
