Barkley, who is expected to be back and playing this week for the Philadelphia Eagles. I ranked him right about 34 overall. The fact that Will Shipley is out and that Tanner McKe is the quarterback should increase his PPR floor

Ranked 34th; McKee arrival boosts PPR floor despite weaker offense

Expected to return and play this week for Philadelphia Eagles; ranked 34 overall. Will Shipley's absence and Tanner McKee at quarterback should increase his PPR floor, though may decrease touchdown upside due to weaker offense. Gets elite matchup against Dallas Cowboys.
