McCarthy's debut start faces Texans' elite pass rush led by Anderson.

McCarthy's first start comes in a difficult road environment against the Texans, a team that has won two straight after an 0-4 start with a defense that pressures the quarterback (18 sacks this season, led by Will Anderson Jr. with 7.5 sacks). The loud road environment and fast-playing defense present a significant challenge for a young quarterback in his first full week of preparation as a starter.
