I put Nabors in the tier that had him as like a high-end wide receiver too, assuming that he's healthy... I don't know how much we can really take away from that game. Jameis came in off the bench. They were facing a good defense. They were on the road... if you told someone before the season that Jameis Winston would be Malik Nabors' quarterback, I feel like Nabors would easily be ranked as a wide receiver one.
STACKED’s take
Nabers is high-end WR2 ROS despite bad Jameis game; shoulder injury and matchup context matter more than one week.
JJ Zachariason ranks Nabers as a high-end wide receiver two in rest-of-season rankings, assuming health. Despite a bad game with Jameis Winston against the Rams, Zachariason argues the game shouldn't define the outlook: Winston came in off the bench against a good defense on the road in a must-win spot, and Nabers played through a shoulder injury. Zachariason frames Winston as a quarterback who has historically carried wide receivers through passing volume and downfield throws; if told before the season that Winston would be Nabers' quarterback, Nabers would easily be ranked as a wide receiver one. Winston started two games last year with 201 and 366 passing yards, and in 2024 ranked only behind Jimmy Garoppolo and J[cut off in source].
