NeutralRole

Cooper has three TDs in three games but remains a speculative flex in Eagles rotation.

Cooper is ranked 48 in the replacement situation with Devontae Smith out. He had seven targets and two touchdowns last week and has three touchdowns in his last three games, but he's characterized as a 'what the heck flex' due to uncertainty about which Eagles receiver will produce against the Jaguars' weak secondary.
