From the episode
What we saw from Kyler Murray last week was flashbacks to his end of days in Arizona where as soon as there's pressure, he's throwing it short and T.J. Hawkinson is his guy. You might as well call him Trey Hawkinson or T.J. McBride, whatever you want to call him because he was in that exact same role.

Murray's pressure-driven checkdowns to Hawkinson mirror his Arizona McBride role.
Kyler Murray's play style and rapport with TJ Hawkinson is highlighted as a key factor in Hawkinson's Week 5 upside. The source notes Murray showed flashbacks to his Arizona days where he throws short and to Hawkinson under pressure, similar to his role with Trey McBride. Murray has already developed rapport with Hawkinson and threw him a deep target in a recent game.
