Start Kincaid if DJ Moore is out; Bills need to throw to stay competitive.
If DJ Moore is out, the source would start Kincaid this week because the Bills will need to throw to be competitive; the Patriots' defensive strategy of doubling Kincaid and making contact was enabled by DJ Moore leaving early, so without Moore out, the Bills may be forced to rely on Kincaid more.
