Fantasy Football Happy Hour with Matthew Berry on De'Von Achane

PodcastWeek 3 Fantasy RecapSeptember 28, 2026

From the episode

Devon Achane, one of my favorite players in the NFL... torn ACL. He will miss the rest of the season... Oli Gordon played 87% of the snaps... both guys need to be picked up... I think both guys are going to be a committee.

Achane out for season with torn ACL; Gordon and Wright to split carries.

Torn ACL, will miss the rest of the season. His injury opens the backfield for Obi Gordon and Jalen Wright, though Wright was a scratch in the game where Gordon played 87% of snaps. Gordon is averaging under three yards per carry in 20 career games but has more touchdown upside; both backs will likely operate in a committee on a bad Dolphins team.
