Yahoo Fantasy Football - Josh & Hayden on Sam LaPorta

Tight end five on season; consistent metronome in Lions' pass-heavy scheme.

Sam Leaporta is ranked as tight end five on the season and is identified as a consistent metronome in the Lions' pass-heavy offense alongside Amon-Ra St. Brown. Matt Harmon describes him as one of the Lions' reliable weekly targets in a scheme driven by defensive weakness and offensive line concerns that force the team to remain pass-heavy. Leaporta is expected to remain a primary target going forward.
