Downs is a lineup lock; Commanders secondary allows most fantasy points to WRs.

Josh Downs is a lineup lock for Week 4 against the Colts, primarily due to matchup. The Commanders secondary has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season and has allowed a wide receiver to exceed 35 fantasy points in back-to-back weeks (CeeDee Lamb and Jackson Smith-Njigba). Downs has a huge target share in the Commanders offense and faces a Colts defense that is near the top in passing yards allowed.
