Mahomes, Allen, Burrow are pretty much always in there...Even Josh Allen, there are vacillations in the type of Josh Allen we get. The quality was always at a certain level because of how special of a player Josh Allen was.

Allen maintains elite tier despite scheme swings; quality consistent since year 3 despite volatility.

Josh Allen is one of three elite-tier quarterbacks (with Mahomes and Burrow) who maintain consistent high performance regardless of circumstances; however, even Allen's play has vacillated based on offensive scheme changes—from high-volume passing with Stefan Diggs to recent run-heavy, downfield-focused approach—yet his quality has remained at a certain level since year three.
