Jackson's year-to-year dips place him below elite tier; Todd Monken system reduced circumstance sensitivity.

Lamar Jackson's numbers have taken some dips year-to-year, placing him outside the elite tier of Mahomes, Allen, and Burrow; however, he's still considered among the top quarterbacks; the source notes he came onto the scene as an MVP-caliber player in a specific system but needed to transition into the Todd Monken offense to become less sensitive to circumstances.
