Positive signalRole

Rashid Shaheed's value juiced by kick return scoring rule in custom league.

Rashid Shaheed is highlighted as a good returner whose value is significantly juiced by a league's new kick return scoring rule (kick return yards worth one-tenth of a point, equivalent to rushing yards). A bad return from the 1-yard line to the 15-yard line yields 1.5 points, making returners like Shaheed particularly valuable in this scoring format.
