Boone Knicks has, it's been embarrassing... he got into a QB duel with Justin Herbert and they were in a fight to get to 125 and neither quarterback did... 123 passing yards against the LA Chargers.
STACKED’s take
Embarrassing performance; 123 yards vs. Chargers in critical get-right spot.
The source criticizes Nix's performance as embarrassing, noting he checks down repeatedly even when receivers are open deep downfield, failing to give his team a chance to win. While Nix played well against bottom-12 defenses, he struggled badly against top-10 and top-6 defenses. Against the LA Chargers—a soft matchup—Nix put up only 23 fantasy points and 123 passing yards, losing a QB duel with Justin Herbert where both quarterbacks struggled to reach 125 yards. This poor performance against a non-elite defense raises concerns about his floor and consistency. The Cardinals' scheme of playing too high at the highest rate in the league creates a potential get-right spot, but if this matchup doesn't produce, his tenure is likely over.
