From the episode

it was the best version of Josh that I saw where everything he did, he was so kind of in command and control in that game...He was very much cleats in the ground, and everything, you know, was just slow. It looked like the game was really, really slow for Josh.

Allen showed elite command and control against Texans; best version Kimes has seen.

Mina Kimes highlighted Josh Allen's Week 1 performance against the Texans as the best version of him she's seen, noting he was in command and control despite facing a defense known for flustering quarterbacks. She emphasized his composure—"cleats in the ground"—and how slow the game looked for him, suggesting he's operating at an elite level heading into Week 2 against Detroit.
