Flock Fantasy on Josh Downs

Downs won't start and lacks value in trades; flex-eligible on weak roster.

Josh Downs lacks sufficient fantasy value in trade contexts; the source would not accept a trade offer of JJ for Chase Brown and Josh Downs because Downs would not hit the starting lineup. Additionally, Downs is competing with Jordan Addison for flex consideration on a roster with weak depth, indicating limited production and depth concerns.
