Herbert's career-worst play amid injuries leaves Chargers with no path forward.

Herbert is playing the worst football of his career by far; in the past when injuries surrounded him, he played hero ball and looked unreal on film, but now the opposite is happening and he is playing really bad. With both poor play and injuries around him, there is no out for the Chargers.
