STACKED’s take
Jacobs' return immediately establishes him as Packers' lead back with 3:1 touch advantage.
Jacobs returned from suspension in Week 7 and immediately demonstrated his value to the Packers' offense. He generated three first downs on seven targets as a receiver—a feat that took MarShawn Lloyd and Pierre Strong multiple weeks to achieve. Jacobs ran the most routes of any Green Bay RB and saw more stacked boxes than Lloyd, indicating his gravity creates opportunities for teammates. He out-touched Lloyd almost 3:1, with all but one red-zone carry going to Jacobs. The source notes opportunities won't be an issue, though efficiency as a runner remains limited by Green Bay's offensive line (which allowed Jacobs to be hit at or behind the LOS on over half his carries against Detroit).
