Travis ETN is the starter. But at the same time, like Alvin Kamar is not just fading right out into the background. Kamar is going to have usage as a receiver.

Returning from injury; expected primary starter for Jaguars.

Travis Etienne is returning from injury and Michael Penn, who has him on his own fantasy team, expects him to be the primary starter for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Penn's expectation is that Etienne will be 'the guy that you want' going forward, though Alvin Kamara will retain some receiving usage in the backfield.
