From the episode

James Cook, steady day, 16.3 fantasy points, but we'll continue to say it until the cows come home between Josh Allen at the goal line and the Bills not throwing the ball much to James Cook and he had just two catches yesterday. His ceiling is capped.

STACKED’s take

Negative signalProjection

Cook's ceiling capped at 16.3 points; can't reach top-5 RB tier.

James Cook had a steady Week 4 with 16.3 fantasy points but his ceiling remains capped due to Josh Allen's goal-line touchdown dominance and the Bills' limited passing volume to him (two catches in Week 4); he cannot scrape into the top-five running back range with Gibbs, Bijon, Jonathan Taylor, and Kenneth Walker III who are performing at a higher level.
