From the episode

He did have 16 carries for 61 yards last week. But guys, we have to get him involved in the passing game. Zero targets last week. That's not going to cut it.

Irving has volume but zero targets last week; Bucs' passing game anemic.

Bucky Irving had 16 carries for 61 yards last week but zero targets, which is concerning. While he has enough rushing volume and talent to warrant starting, the lack of passing game involvement is problematic. The Buccaneers' offense was inefficient with Jalen Daniels (19 of 27, 148 yards, 5.5 yards per attempt, 8 carries for Daniels), limiting Irving's upside.
