Shipley ranked RB24-30 in committee backfield; avoid starting.

Will Shipley is ranked in the RB24-30 range and is not someone to feel great about starting; the best an Eagles running back has done this year is 11.9 fantasy points, and Shipley will likely split carries with Damian Pierce in a committee approach rather than receiving a full-time role.
