Video: Jacoby Brissett is THE streamer you need in Week 8
Joe Burrow going up against the Tennessee Titans. Eight touchdowns against zero interceptions since Joe Burrow told the world that, you know, it wasn't Armageddon or anything after the Bengals were sitting there at two and two... Titans secondary, I mean, they just allowed the other starting NFL QB in Ohio to throw for 300 yards

Burrow QB3 in PPG with 8 TDs/0 INTs; Titans secondary vulnerable

Joe Burrow has eight touchdowns against zero interceptions since the Bengals were 2-2, and is QB3 in fantasy points per game to this point. He faces the Tennessee Titans, whose secondary just allowed the Browns QB to throw for 300 yards for the first time in his career wearing a Browns uniform. When Burrow is right, he does big things, and the Titans matchup is favorable.
