From the episode

DK Metcalf can't catch the fucking football. $132 million for giving him to drop the goddamn football. I've said this from the beginning. I think DK Metcalf and Aaron Rodgers is like a terrible combination.

Metcalf can't catch; $132M contract wasted, terrible fit with Rodgers.

The source criticizes DK Metcalf for dropping passes and being a poor fit for Aaron Rodgers' offense. Despite Metcalf's $132 million contract, he has been terrible and legitimately can't catch the football. The source previously defended Metcalf strongly when he had Russell Wilson as his quarterback, noting that pairing is perfect for his skill set, but Metcalf and Rodgers is a terrible combination. The source acknowledges Metcalf's drops are not solely the quarterback's fault but emphasizes the scheme mismatch.
