Aaron Rodgers

NegativeProjection60:15

The source declares Aaron Rodgers' season is over after a 20-3 loss to the Patriots. Rodgers is too old to move in the pocket and can't execute rollouts; while his arm is still functional, he lacks the mobility to escape pressure. The source notes Rodgers is averaging 3.5 yards per play and 11 points per game with the Steelers, who rank dead last in yards per play through two weeks. The source also criticizes Rodgers for not taking accountability in the postgame presser, instead blaming Mike McCarthy's play-calling rather than his own performance.

Insight page

Alec Pierce

NegativeInjury1:40

Pierce suffered an injury in Week 2 against the Chiefs, forcing Laquan Treadwell into a larger role for the Colts. The source notes Pierce had a 'whole offseason' of injury issues, including 'late surgery, or waiting to, like, see if he needed surgery.' He signed with the Colts at noon on the first day of free agency, announced his signing on Pat McAfee's show at 12:01, and then two weeks later it was revealed he 'needed surgery on my ankle the entire time' and was 'not healthy for training camp.' Collinsworth noted the injury 'changes the Colts offense a ton.'

Insight page

Bryce Young

PositiveProjection58:55

Young is the second-highest scoring quarterback through two weeks, behind only Josh Allen. He has been "unbelievable" and is the only player with more fantasy points than JSN besides Allen. He threw two touchdowns to Darren Waller (one on a rollout, one layered from the pocket between two defenders) and had an overthrow to Jalen Coker. The source notes that watching Young "you just forget often... that this man did actually deserve to be the number one pick and like had the talent to... he was so talented that people were like, even though he's really small, I get it." Young is playing well enough that one the source chose him over Aaron Rodgers in the draft.

Insight page
PositiveProjection60:04

The source argues Bryce Young is playing well in Carolina under Dave Canales, showing confidence and making plays reminiscent of his college days—spinning out of pressure, moving outside the pocket, finding receivers with lofted passes. The source credits Canales' coaching and Carolina's investment in offensive line protection as key factors; when asked to choose between Young and CJ Stroud for a franchise, the source still picks Stroud due to scheme/line fit, but emphasizes Young's resurgence in confidence and playmaking ability after looking shell-shocked his first two seasons.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

NegativeUsage31:00

CJ Stroud threw 55 times in Week 2 against Cincinnati, which the source characterizes as 'not a good thing.' The high volume was a result of the Texans' inability to run the ball effectively and being stuck in third-and-long situations repeatedly, forcing them into a pass-heavy game plan.

Insight page
NegativeProjection60:00

In a hypothetical franchise-building comparison, the source suggests Stroud would still be the pick over Bryce Young if starting a franchise from scratch at the same price, because Young's strong performance is partially attributable to Carolina's offensive line and coaching. The source states: "If you switched Bryce Young on the Texans behind that line and you gave CJ Stroud to Dave Canales in Carolina with, again, the offensive line Carolina has, I feel like Stroud would play better because the reason Bryce Young is playing well is that Carolina has paid a..." (transcript cuts off).

Insight page
NegativeProjection60:07

The source still ranks CJ Stroud ahead of Bryce Young when starting a franchise, despite Young's recent improvement, because Stroud's poor offensive line in Houston would be worse than Young's situation in Carolina. The source argues that if you switched Young to the Texans and Stroud to Carolina under Dave Canales, Stroud would play better due to scheme and line fit, but Stroud's current circumstances limit his upside relative to Young's recent trajectory.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

NegativeInjury33:30

Caleb Williams suffered a hamstring injury in Week 2 against Minnesota and was carted off the field. Initial fears of an ACL or Achilles injury were allayed when reports indicated it was a grade-one hamstring strain. The source suggests he could miss a couple of weeks but may return by Week 4 or 5 against Green Bay, though the exact timeline remains uncertain.

Insight page

Carson Wentz

PositiveProjection36:40

Carson Wentz did not turn the ball over in Week 2 for the Vikings against Chicago, aside from one interception that the Bears dropped. He managed the game effectively in a low-scoring, rain-affected contest and led the Vikings to a 9-3 victory.

Insight page

Chris Olave

PositiveRole40:49

Olave has been "absolutely fantastic" and "absolutely bananas good" this year. The source emphasizes that a good sign for a quarterback is feeding your top player relentlessly, and Olave is receiving that treatment from Shough. Olave has also credited the guardian cap with reducing his anxiety and making him feel more secure, which the source observes translates to more assertive, dominant play on the field. He is described as "probably the least famous, great wide receiver in the league" and "very, very good," with exceptional performance through two weeks.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

NegativeUsage37:00

Colston Loveland had one catch for three yards in Week 2 for the Bears against Minnesota, indicating minimal involvement in the offense despite being a notable tight end prospect.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeUsage36:00

Deandre Swift fumbled at the one-yard line in Week 2 against Minnesota on first-and-goal, costing the Bears a touchdown. This was one of three critical plays (along with a Sam Rausch drop and a blocked field goal) that determined the outcome of the 9-3 loss.

Insight page

Darnell Washington

PositiveRole60:18

The source singles out Darnell Washington as one of only two Steelers players worth owning (along with Jeremy Bernard), calling him cool while dismissing the rest of the team. This is in the context of the Steelers' offensive collapse and poor quarterback play, suggesting Washington is a bright spot in an otherwise dysfunctional offense.

Insight page

Darren Waller

PositiveRole59:10

Waller caught two touchdowns from Bryce Young in the Panthers' win over the Falcons. The source humorously notes that "all he does is catch touchdowns" and expresses surprise that he is "even still in the NFL," referencing his retirement with a music video years ago. Despite his past, he "actually is still incredible."

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeProjection29:30

Montgomery had three touchdowns in Week 1 and was the best player on the Texans roster that week, but in Week 2 against Cincinnati he combined with Woody Marks for only 18 rushing yards. The source believes Week 2's performance is closer to the 'real David Montgomery' and suggests his Week 1 success was an outlier rather than a sustainable trend.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

PositiveProjection72:07

DeVonta Smith looked like a top-five receiver on the Eagles' final two drives against the Titans, delivering when it mattered most. The source credits Smith with awesome performance in the clutch moments of the game.

Insight page

DK Metcalf

NegativeBust60:36

The source criticizes DK Metcalf for dropping passes and being a poor fit for Aaron Rodgers' offense. Despite Metcalf's $132 million contract, he has been terrible and legitimately can't catch the football. The source previously defended Metcalf strongly when he had Russell Wilson as his quarterback, noting that pairing is perfect for his skill set, but Metcalf and Rodgers is a terrible combination. The source acknowledges Metcalf's drops are not solely the quarterback's fault but emphasizes the scheme mismatch.

Insight page

Drake Maye

NegativeProjection68:24

Drake Maye looked bad in stretches during the Patriots' Week 2 win over the Steelers, short-arming throws and appearing to aim the ball rather than letting it rip. The source notes Bill Simmons sent panic tweets midway through the game when Maye threw a terrible interception. Despite the Patriots' win, Maye's performance raised concerns about his development.

Insight page

Emmett Johnson

PositiveRole0:35

Johnson is a new addition to the Chiefs offense who 'just kind of materializing for this team this year' and represents 'such a big difference in their offense.' The source notes he 'just feels larger than he actually is' and highlights a specific catch where he demonstrates athleticism with a jump-back move. The source also suggests Johnson's presence makes other Chiefs receivers like Travis Kelce and Taequan Thornton more effective by opening up the offense.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

PositiveProjection29:00

Jamar Chase made arguably the catch of the year in Week 2 against Houston; the source describes it as pure reaction with no anticipation—he turned around late, tracked the ball, caught it, and spun. Chase is described as matching the hype of being the best receiver prospect in 10 years and has been exactly what was promised since entering the NFL.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

PositiveProjection70:35

Jalen Hurts led the Eagles to a 24-20 comeback win over the Titans with heroic play on the final drive, looking the best he has in months. Despite throwing two interceptions (including a back-breaking one in the end zone) and the Eagles' poor offensive execution for most of the game, Hurts delivered when it mattered most. The source credits his second-half performance as fantastic and notes he had moments where he looked awesome, though the overall game was messy.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

NegativeInjury37:20

Jaden Daniels dislocated his left elbow in Week 2 against Dallas, marking the third time this injury has occurred in his last four games. He previously dislocated the elbow in early November last year against Seattle, returned, and immediately re-injured it. The source expresses concern that this is becoming a recurring problem and suggests the more frequently an injury occurs, the easier it becomes to re-injure. The injury was non-contact, caused by the center tripping him, and the severity and timeline for return remain unclear.

Insight page

Jayden Higgins

NegativeInjury30:00

Jaden Higgins tore his ACL and is out for the Texans, further depleting their receiving corps alongside Nico Collins and Tank Dell.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

PositiveUsage65:00

Jalen Waddle returned to form in Week 2 with a team-high 10 targets against Jacksonville, catching 8 passes for 143 yards. The source credits the Dolphins with sending a message after Week 1's underutilization, making Waddle the focal point of the offense. He was moved all over the field—running crossers, motioning in, playing outside and in the slot—and the offense looked completely different with him as the primary target. The next closest receiver had only 3 targets.

Insight page

Joe Burrow

PositiveProjection28:00

Joe Burrow has never started 2-0 in his career; the Bengals are 2-0 this year and have been famously slow starters historically. The source notes this is a positive development for the team's trajectory and suggests the improved defense is enabling early success.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveUsage0:58

Taylor scored two touchdowns in the Colts' overtime loss to the Chiefs, contributing to a 'Stars and Scrubs game' where he was one of the elite performers alongside Kenneth Walker and Patrick Mahomes.

Insight page

Josh Allen

PositiveProjection54:14

Allen is the only player with more fantasy points than JSN through two weeks. He put up 40 fantasy points against Detroit on Thursday night despite having the flu and shivering in a tub before the game. He had 248 passing yards, 72 rushing yards, and five total touchdowns with zero turnovers. Allen has nine touchdowns through the first two Bills games and is averaging 38 fantasy points per game, which is the highest scoring first two weeks of a season since 2000—"basically having the best two weeks in the history of fantasy football." The source emphasizes he is "the best player in the NFL and the best player in fantasy" and notes that "he could be your only good player and you still have a chance to win the fucking league."

Insight page

Justin Herbert

NegativeProjection0:15

Herbert had worse statistics against the Raiders than Malik Willis had the previous week, and the source notes he 'played like shit today.' The source criticizes his pocket presence, saying 'he actually kind of is bad in the pocket and has bad pocket presence' and that 'the way he moves in the pocket sometimes is stupid' due to 'lack of awareness.' Herbert 'tries to do too much' and 'holds onto the ball too long,' attempting to make every play. Despite his strong arm, his movement in the pocket is problematic, and he fumbled after trying to stiff-arm a defender. The source concludes 'I think I have to too' lean away from Herbert after previously considering it.

Insight page
NegativeProjection20:10

Herbert was outplayed by Kirk Cousins in Week 2; the source notes Herbert has been 'really bad' and compares him to a malfunctioning high-end stereo system with all the bells and whistles that never works in practice, suggesting his talent doesn't translate to consistent on-field performance.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

NegativeRole0:48

The source suggests Keenan Allen 'seems like he'll get suspended at some point,' which would further impact the Colts' receiving corps. With Pierce injured, the Colts' passing game will rely heavily on Josh Towns, Laquan Treadwell, and Tyler Moore.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveUsage0:12

Walker had over 170 scrimmage yards in both games to start the season, which he never achieved in any single game with the Seahawks. The source calls him 'unstoppable' and 'a game changer' for the Chiefs, noting he is 'the first Chiefs player with back-to-back games of 170 scrimmage yards since Larry Johnson in 2005,' a legendary season. His presence changes defensive game-planning, forcing teams to respect the run and giving Mahomes more space.

Insight page

Kirk Cousins

PositiveProjection0:36

Cousins 'outplayed Justin Herbert' in the Raiders' Week 2 victory over the Chargers, demonstrating superior performance in the same matchup where Herbert struggled significantly.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

NegativeMatchup46:06

Jackson had one truly terrible pass—a pick that basically ended the game against the Saints. The Ravens are now 15 losses after holding a double-digit lead since Jackson became a full-time starter, the most in the NFL. Despite playing well overall and moving the ball in chunks, Jackson and the Ravens lost in a pattern the source describes as inexplicable: "they played well. Lamar played well. Everything looked good. They were moving the ball in chunks and then they just lost." This is the Ravens' recurring problem, with 11 of their 15 such losses coming at home.

Insight page

Laquon Treadwell

NegativeRole0:58

Treadwell, who had only three targets in the NFL since 2022 and was out of the league for two years, played a crucial role in the Colts' game against the Chiefs due to Alec Pierce's injury. The source notes this is his 11th year in the league, making him part of the 1% of first-round picks who play 11 years. He made big plays despite limited recent experience, including a controversial catch where he fumbled after being touched by a Chiefs defender.

Insight page

Malik Willis

NegativeProjection0:36

Willis outplayed Justin Herbert in the Raiders' Week 1 game, with Herbert posting worse statistics against the Raiders in Week 2 than Willis had the previous week. This comparison is used to highlight Herbert's struggles and the Chargers' offensive dysfunction.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

NegativeBust72:24

Marvin Harrison Jr., the fourth overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, had zero targets, zero catches, zero yards, and zero touchdowns in Week 2 against Seattle. The source questions whether Harrison has the mental makeup to be an NFL starting player and suggests he may not be able to handle the physicality of the league. The source compares his trajectory unfavorably to other busted high picks like Corey Davis and Laquan Treadwell, questioning if this is the worst wide receiver pick in NFL draft history if the trend continues.

Insight page

Nico Collins

NegativeInjury30:00

Nico Collins is out for the Texans, which significantly impacts their passing game and forces them to rely on Xavier Hutchinson and other backup receivers. The source notes that without Collins, the Texans are 'in a tough spot' and their offense is severely hampered.

Insight page

Omarion Hampton

NegativeRole20:20

Hampton fumbled in Week 2 against the Raiders, contributing to the Chargers' self-inflicted offensive struggles. The source notes he is 21 years old and has unusual eating habits (ranch dressing on spaghetti), but no specific fantasy role or usage projection is provided.

Insight page

Patrick Mahomes

PositiveProjection0:43

Mahomes had 382 yards and three touchdowns against the Colts in overtime, continuing his elite performance. The source notes he 'looks awesome' and that 'Mahomes looks like Mahomes,' emphasizing his return to peak form. His performance was described as 'vintage Kelce-Mahomes' with the Chiefs operating at their highest offensive efficiency in three years.

Insight page

Quentin Johnston

NegativeUsage0:36

Johnston dropped a pass in the Chargers' loss to the Raiders, contributing to the team's offensive struggles. The source notes 'Quentin Johnson dropped a bat' and 'He dropped one pass,' suggesting continued reliability issues.

Insight page

Rashee Rice

NegativeUsage0:58

Rice had a crucial catch attempt broken up by Colts rookie Gushikin on his first play of the game. The source describes this as part of a 'Stars and Scrubs game' where elite players like Mahomes and Kenneth Walker dominated while role players and backups filled out the rosters.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeBust66:50

Ramondre Stevenson fumbled again in Week 2 against the Steelers, losing his lead-back role to Travon Henderson. The source notes Stevenson also fumbled against the Steelers last year, making this a repeat mistake. After the fumble, Henderson took over and the Patriots moved Stevenson aside, suggesting the team has lost confidence in him as the primary back.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeUsage71:40

Saquon Barkley did not perform well in the Eagles' Week 2 win over the Titans. He left the game immediately on his first touch and the Eagles averaged only 2.5 yards per carry, suggesting the running game was ineffective and Barkley was not a factor in the offense.

Insight page

Tank Dell

NegativeInjury30:00

Tank Dell is on injured reserve for the Texans, joining Nico Collins and Jaden Higgins on the sidelines and leaving the Texans with a severely depleted receiving corps.

Insight page

Travis Kelce

PositiveProjection0:50

Kelce had 100 yards and a touchdown against the Colts, with the source noting this performance 'felt like Travis Kelsey from 2019.' The broadcast reported Kelce is in much better shape this year than last year with a new trainer. The source attributes his improved performance to being 'lighter,' 'more spry,' and 'faster,' suggesting he 'got in wedding shape' for his recent wedding.

Insight page

Tyler Shough

PositiveProjection40:01

Through two weeks, Shough is the number five quarterback in fantasy and leads the NFL in passing yards (first or second depending on timing). He has orchestrated two consecutive comeback wins for the Saints: last week from down 21-0 in the third quarter to overtime, and this week from down 17-9 with six minutes left in the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter alone against Baltimore, he went 12 for 14 with 119 yards and two touchdowns. The source notes he has "really surprised" them, as he was expected to be a cautious Derek Carr-type prospect but has instead looked "really impressive" and "really good" since his poor first-half performance against Detroit.

Insight page

Tyson Bagent

NegativeRole34:00

Tyson Bagent is the Bears' backup quarterback and will likely start in place of Caleb Williams for the next 1-2 weeks. The source notes the Bears organization loves Bagent, though questions whether he is actually good. Ben Johnson will have the opportunity to call plays with Bagent as the starter.

Insight page

Xavier Hutchinson

NegativeRole30:00

Xavier Hutchinson is filling in for the injured Texans receivers but the source describes him as someone who 'means well, but kind of can't catch,' suggesting he is not a reliable receiving option and is more of a placeholder than a fantasy-relevant player.

Insight page

Xavier Worthy

NegativeInjury0:48

The source notes that 'every time he gets hit, it seems like he' gets injured, suggesting durability concerns. Specifically, the source thought Worthy hurt his shoulder on a deep incompletion but he did not and returned to the game, though the pattern of injury concerns remains.

1:27My name is Danny Heifetz, and I'm joined by Danny Kelly And that was a weird intro.
1:32It's late. It is overtime. The Chiefs just beat the Colts.
1:36It's 33-30, and it took so long that it's broken my brain.
1:39I don't know what year it is, because the Chiefs are just an inevitable, unstoppable winning machine, and the Chargers fumbled six times.
1:46And a bunch of others, like, I mean, Mike McCarthy and Aaron Rodgers are kind of passive-aggressively blaming each other for losing a football game.
1:54I don't know if it's 2018 or if it's 2026, TK.
1:57Time is a flat circle, I once heard. Yeah, the Chiefs look good.
2:01Look, I actually was pretty impressed with the Colts in that Sunday night game, but yeah, the Chiefs are inevitable.
2:07Overtime, never give the ball back. It's like never starting a land war in Asia.
2:12Why are you giving the ball back to Patrick Mahomes with three minutes left in overtime?
2:17Yeah, I don't care that it was fourth and eight.
2:20It's like, you know if you kick that field goal, you're losing the game.
2:24Oh, come on. You're giving them shit for that?
2:27They called a play, and if there was going to be a blitz, they were going to go for it.
2:33I actually respect that they even tried it. Better than Aaron.
2:36Aaron Glenn would have just ran the clock out.
2:39Okay. Aaron Glenn's a horrible coach. I don't know why that's the comparison.
2:43Call a timeout, run a different play. You're guaranteeing a loss.
2:46You're on the road. It's Patrick Mahomes. Everyone, literally everyone on Twitter was like, oh, there's no way in hell the Chiefs aren't scoring here.
2:54Both teams were just marching down the field. Everyone knew immediately.
2:57It's a good thing the Chiefs won, because I think if the Colts won, I don't really know what my takeaway would be.
3:04Like, it'd be weird. Like, I feel like I just assumed the Colts are going to win the game, the whole game.
3:11I mean, the Chiefs are going to win the game the whole time.
3:15And then when the Colts just kept hanging around, it made me consider if the Colts are actually a good team.
3:21And that, you know, the Colts we saw from last year, the first eight weeks, I don't think they're that.
3:27But they might be closer to that than some opposite version.
3:30I thought the Colts were really impressive today. And Mahomes and everything was great.
3:35And he looks awesome. And Kenneth Walker's unstoppable. And it's like a completely new offense.
3:39But, man, Colts, you got to give it to them.
3:42No Alec Pierce. Like, they looked pretty good today.
3:45I thought considering how much the Colts are relying on Laquan Treadwell in 2026, I was pretty blown away at overall how they competed.
3:52I don't know. The Chiefs, though, they do. They are just back.
3:56Like, they have a strong offensive line, which is always the weak point.
4:00But Ken Walker and Emmitt Johnson just kind of materializing for this team this year.
4:04Such a big difference in their offense, those two guys.
4:08It's first of all, just having that number 10.
4:10Also, Emmitt Johnson just feels larger than he actually is to me.
4:14I don't know why that one catch he had where he's just doing, like, the jump back, jump back, and then going forward.
4:21But I feel like they make Travis Kelsey faster.
4:24I feel like they make Taequann Thornton more open.
4:26Like, what they do, they just, you know, the whole point of the Andy Reid offense is they want to be able
4:33to use the whole, like, you know, every blade of grass.
4:36It actually feels like the Chiefs are using every blade of grass now.
4:40I feel like this is the best this offense has looked the last two weeks that the Chiefs have looked in three years.
4:47Heifetz, you said you don't know what year it is.
4:50Also, Travis Kelsey having 100 yards and a touchdown in this game felt like Travis Kelsey from 2019.
4:56And he said, they said on the broadcast that Kelsey's in much better shape this year than he is last year.
5:02And then he got some new trainer. He's doing new whatever.
5:06To me, it's very obvious. He looks good. Yeah, he's moving well.
5:09He got in wedding shape. Yeah. 100%. That's what it is.
5:12You got to look great for the wedding. And he seems lighter.
5:16He seems more spry. He seems faster. Makes a ton of sense.
5:20This was an interesting game. Obviously, it was like, I mean, John Taylor, Ken Walker, this already feels like these are the best two running backs right now.
5:28But there was a lot of weird reviews in this game.
5:32I mean, it was weird enough the whole Keenan Allen got a first down, but we have one camera angle of it like it was the JFK assassination.
5:40They showed the other angle. And it was like, oh, first down.
5:44We can see the ball. I was so confused by that, and I want to make sure I understand what happened.
5:50They were saying that Keenan Allen almost definitely probably got a first down, but we can't see when he caught it, and
5:57we don't want to assume, so we can't just give it to him.
6:01As if Sunday Night Football, they literally have like 40 cameras at this game, right?
6:05Yeah. I respect it because Tirico was actually like, I don't get this, and this is dumb.
6:10And you know that- Wouldn't let it go, which was great.
6:14Yeah. When the broadcasters are like, all right, this doesn't make any sense.
6:18I know that the call is incredibly stupid. Does the NFL not have access to the Sunday Night Football feed?
6:24I feel like they- I thought they do. No, they do.
6:27They definitely do. So that- yeah, it was just very bizarre.
6:31It's like maybe they didn't have that angle. It's not that simple, but like the refs are using the television cameras.
6:37Like NBC is giving the referees the angles. But then that became prologue for the end of regulation, which was insane.
6:43Sorry, not the end of regulation. No, the first discussion of the Colts.
6:47The first discussion for the Colts, right? Which became the Laquan Treadwell catches this- It ended up not being so consequential, but
6:54at the time it seemed insane where he makes this- Basically has this huge catch, puts them inside the red zone for Indianapolis.
7:01And then Laquan Treadwell stands up and the ball gets punched out immediately.
7:05And then it's whether Laquan Treadwell was grazed, like a light breeze just swept by him or not, and whether he was touched.
7:12And I feel like they literally, NFL was like, we don't know, but we feel like if the NFL League office gives
7:19the Chiefs a win, literally on Sunday Night Football, everyone's just going to never drop the referees like the Chiefs thing, and they had to calm down.
7:27I think the letter of the law in terms of how the rule is written, I do think that it was the right call.
7:34I don't know. Like, it was really, really close, obviously.
7:37So if you didn't see, basically, the Chiefs defender grazed Treadwell's hip as he had, like, almost simultaneously as he actually gained possession of the football.
7:45Because he was bobbling it for a little bit.
7:48Yeah, he was bobbling it. The guy touched him before he actually secured it.
7:52And then right when he secured it, the guy barely grazed his hip, and then he got up and ran, and then he fumbled.
7:59So they called him down based on that graze, which is, like, spiritually, like, it's a weird football thing to say because he's, like, barely touched him.
8:07But, like, letter of the law, I do feel.
8:10In my gut, I told you guys at this time, do you think they got it right?
8:15I don't know. It was really close. They definitely got it right.
8:19I think in the beginning, everybody only saw the shoulder grab and then the jersey touch, but then there was, like, a third.
8:26The hip touch at the end, I didn't see the first couple of times.
8:30And then once they pointed that out, it became more clear.
8:34So I do think they got the right call.
8:36I just love that the NFL, it really does feel like every other week, there's, like, a play that I've never seen before.
8:43And I'm like, I don't know how they're going to call that.
8:47Dude, yeah. Their casebook, isn't that what they have?
8:50Some casebook of just, like, really unique plays? It must be so fucking huge.
8:54It's remarkable how many times I'm like, I've never seen that before.
8:58It's every week. You're so right. I mean, this Gushikin guy coming in for the Colts and just instantly, like, breaking up
9:04a crucial Rasheed Rice catch, like, immediately and just making a tackle on his first play.
9:09This was a Stars and Scrubs game. It's like Jonathan Taylor gets two touchdowns.
9:13Kenneth Walker is everywhere. Patrick Mahomes. Like, and then you have Gushikin.
9:17You have Laquan Treadwell, who I believe was out of the NFL period for two years.
9:22I can't believe he was playing in this game.
9:25I mean, you know, it's not so fun. But, like, when these guys can't make a team, like, they try and try and keep working out.
9:32And they don't usually ever get back. Laquan Treadwell was straight up, did not have a target.
9:38He had three targets in the NFL since 2022.
9:40And he was a crucial game tonight. Do you know what the odds are of playing?
9:45I would like to know this. I don't know it off the top of my head.
9:50Like, what are the odds of any given prospect, take it in the first round, say, that plays 11 years in the league?
9:57This is Treadwell's 11th year. I'm like, he has defied the odds.
10:01He's probably, like, the 1% of players drafted in the first round that play for 11 years.
10:06So, anyways, it's just kind of fascinating that he was in there making big plays.
10:10That was obviously partly because Alec Pierce got hurt, which sucks, but it's just not surprising.
10:15Kind of like the whole offseason that he had, the injury, the late surgery, or waiting to, like, see if he needed surgery.
10:22And then, you know... The whole Alec Pierce signs, goes in Pat Mc...
10:26It signs at noon, 12 on the dot, goes in Pat McAfee for free agency at 12.01, and it's like, we're so happy.
10:33And then two weeks later, it's like, by the way, I needed surgery on my ankle the entire time.
10:39Not healthy for training camp. Gets injured tonight. It just...
10:42And Collinsworth immediately noted, like, it changes the Colts offense a ton.
10:46I don't know. Yeah, that's too bad about Pierce.
10:48But then, you know, so if he's gone, then Keenan Allen seems like he'll get suspended at some point.
10:54So it's going to be Josh Towns and a lot of Laquan Treadwell for the Colts.
10:59And Tyler Moore, yeah. But then the Chiefs defense played great.
11:02I mean, again, other guys, like, I mean, no.
11:05I mean, LeGarrius Sneed being back for the Chiefs has totally reinvigorated the secondary.
11:09No Williams, like George Karloftis is playing great. They just...
11:12I don't know. The Chiefs, they do feel like a Super Bowl team again.
11:17I know that's a stupid thing to say, but I don't just mean, like, Mahomes is back.
11:22They have the interior offensive line. They have cornerbacks.
11:25Again, punching the ball out. Like, I know that the ball ended up not counting, but the Chiefs are making plays on defense again.
11:32You know what I mean? Like, they feel like they have all the little things they need to actually win the Super Bowl.
11:39I agree. They have the juice. They just need to stay healthy.
11:42I mean, they still feel thin. It's like if Kenneth Walker pulls his hamstring, I'm like, uh-oh.
11:48Like, you know, it's like Xavier Worthy. Every time he gets hit, it seems like he...
11:52I thought he hurt his shoulder on that deep incompletion.
11:55And then I think... I guess he didn't. And he came back in the game.
12:00And you have a sheet of rice. And it's like, they do still feel like everyone needs to be on the field.
12:07They're not like the Niners, where, like, for some reason, they could just make it work with, like, college kids out there.
12:13But, yeah. I agree. They look great. Okay. Anything else in Sunday Night Football?
12:18I just think the Ken Walker thing can't be understated.
12:21Heifetz, you brought it up. It's like, it changes the way defensives have to play them.
12:26It just changes sort of, like, the gravity of how you...
12:29How you can play Patrick Mahomes and, like, too high stuff.
12:32You have to respect the run more. Like, it's just...
12:35It is really consequential. He has over 170 scrimmage yards in both games to start the season.
12:40Which he never had 170 in any game with the Seahawks.
12:44And so, I just think he looks... He is a game changer for them.
12:48Craig, to your point, though. If he gets hurt, it could really hurt them.
12:52Although, I do really like this Emmitt Johnson guy.
12:55He looks really good. I think it's a good...
12:58I think the Kenneth Walker thing is a good example of, like, the conditional nature of paying star running backs.
13:04And how, when it's the last piece of the puzzle, it can change the entire team.
13:09But when it's the first, it can be the worst pick you make.
13:13Or the worst contract you give out. Like, giving Kenneth Walker to a team like the Chiefs with Mahomes, where everything is set.
13:20And you need that one more piece of explosiveness.
13:22Great. Throwing Jeremiah Love on a Cardinals team is, like...
13:25Not exactly going to make a huge difference. Right.
13:28Josh Dubow at The Athletic had the stat. Ken Walker is the first Chiefs player with back-to-back games of 175 scrimmage yards since Larry Johnson in 2005.
13:36Which was a legendary season. Dude, Mahomes looks like Mahomes.
13:39Yeah. He had 382 yards and three touchdowns tonight.
13:42The other person I want to shout out is Khalil Benson.
13:45The undrafted free agent rookie left tackle that I was kind of prepared to pin the entire Chiefs season on if it went wrong.
13:53It's like, why are they leaving it up to this guy?
13:56And he's been fine. And I kind of just think, honestly, all these NFL teams whiffed on Indiana, weirdly.
14:02Even though Mendoza obviously was the first pick. Because the combo of Kaelin Black not being invited to the NFL combine.
14:08And then the starting left tackle for Mendoza on a 15-0 championship team doesn't get drafted.
14:13And I'm like, clearly they didn't have years of scouting on all these FCS guys that ended up going from FCS to undefeated in like two years.
14:21And so I don't know why. But for whatever reason, the Chiefs just have like another tackle that's serviceable that they didn't
14:28even have to take in the draft. But anyway, let's get to the rest of the games.
14:33A lot of rain. A lot of injuries. Kind of a slog.
14:37Brutal week of injuries. Yeah. Craig, winners, losers. I don't know if you want to start positive.
14:42Who's your first winner of the day? Or loser?
14:45Honestly, it was kind of a slog of a day.
14:48Maybe we go loser. It was a slog of a day.
14:51Week one was a lot of points, a lot of fireworks.
14:54Week two was a lot of injuries, a lot of slop, a lot of wet mess.
14:59And there was no weather in this game. And yet it felt like there should have been my biggest loser of the day.
15:06And a team I want to spend 10 minutes screaming at is the Los Angeles Chargers, who lost 26 to 14 to the Raiders.
15:13They're 0-2. Jim Harbaugh has never gone 0-2 in college or pro.
15:17Oh, really? They might go 0-9 when you look at their schedule.
15:21I thought this team was horribly coached. That's where I want to start.
15:25This team is horribly coached. They are getting penalties left and right.
15:28Max Crosby abused Joe Ault. They had no answer for that.
15:32They have the second most offensive penalties in the league.
15:35They still don't look right offensively. Everything's a mess.
15:37Herbert had worse stats versus the Raiders than Malik Willis did last week.
15:41And Heifetz, you mentioned this yesterday or last week.
15:44You were kind of like, I'm kind of leaning away from Justin Herbert here.
15:48Dude, I think I have to too. He has a little bit of Baker in him where he tries to do too much.
15:55And he holds onto the ball too long. And he's always trying to make the best play.
16:01And I feel like he actually kind of is bad in the pocket and has bad pocket presence.
16:06His arm is amazing. He can make any throw.
16:09But I think the way he moves in the pocket sometimes is stupid.
16:13And it's lack of awareness. I really feel that way.
16:16And I don't know if that's just because him trying to make a play.
16:20He's so big and strong. He thinks he can just like fend people off and stiff arm them, which he tried to do today and then fumbled.
16:28But this team is an absolute embarrassment. Do you agree with that, DK, that Herbert has bad pocket presence?
16:34I think so. I think. I don't know about.
16:37Yeah. I will say I think he's a little mechanical and labored in the way that he goes through things in the pocket.
16:44It just feels sometimes slow. And he's just like a beat behind in terms of where he needs to be.
16:50Of course, you kind of forget that stuff when he can make these rocket throws six yards down the field or whatever.
16:56But yeah, I tend to agree. Sometimes it just looks like he's a beat slow on stuff.
17:02And that's a huge deal, obviously. It's also a huge deal.
17:05And I agree with everything you said. But there are other things that are compounding with the Chargers.
17:10It's not just Herbert. Herbert's been bad. But like you mentioned Alt, he had like four holding penalties or something in this
17:17game, including one in the end zone, which went for a safety.
17:21If your all pro tackle is like fucking up, like that's not a good sign.
17:25Omar in Hampton. I don't I still don't know if he's good.
17:29Like on half of his runs, I'm like, this guy is a frickin runaway beer truck.
17:34He looks awesome when he's running downhill. He's running through guys, breaking tackles.
17:38He is really hard to take down. And then other times I'm like, I don't know if he's good.
17:43It's kind of the Derrick Henry thing. Derrick Henry has proven it over the years that he's amazing.
17:49But there's times where I'm like, he can't even break a tackle.
17:53He can't he can't get past this guy. And then Hampton fumbled in this game.
17:57Everyone fumbled. They had six. They're just fucking sloppy.
18:00Like, it's to your point. The the coaching is not there because they're so sloppy and it's it feels like they're, you know, it's all snowballing on them.
18:08And everybody's trying too hard. Everybody's pressing and they just suck.
18:12So this game. So the charges. So again, the charges lost 26 to 14 to the Raiders.
18:17Yeah. Or Austin Gale is probably freaking out. I know.
18:20So but it's the second consecutive week. The charges lost 26 to 14.
18:24And it's to the Raiders and the Cardinals who both won three games last year and combined or tied for the worst record in the NFL.
18:32Those were their first two opponents. Now they have the hardest stretch that any team has in the entire NFL for the next nine weeks.
18:39Do you think real quick? Do you think the schedule makers were like, fuck, we got to give we got to give
18:46this team all these bad like really, really tough games.
18:49The we'll just do it to the Chargers because everyone expects them to fall apart.
18:54Throw me a freaking bone. Do you want me to read off their next couple of their next schedule?
18:59It is worth reading. Every time you look at it, it is pretty incredible.
19:04OK, next two weeks at Buffalo at Seattle. They come back home against Denver and then they have to go to Kansas City and play the Chiefs.
19:12Then they play. They have their buy and then they play at the Rams.
19:16Well, I guess it's the same place. But and then they have Houston in Baltimore.
19:21Would you say it's like a 50 50 shot?
19:23They're 0 and 9. No, not 0 and 9.
19:26But like if they win one, if they win two games, I'll be pretty surprised.
19:31Two and seven. I will. I'll say this. I don't quite agree with you guys about the Herbert thing.
19:36I think that that's dramatic. I mean, Quentin Johnson dropped a bat.
19:40I mean, what else is new? He dropped one pass.
19:43Herbert looked. Herbert played like shit today. Like that's fair enough.
19:46But I'm saying but he also threw a pick.
19:49He dropped the ball in David Njoku's lap that he did a Mark Andrews volleyball set at the ball in the past into someone else's arms.
19:57That wasn't Mark Andrews' thing. The game should have been worse.
20:00Six fumbles. They recovered all but one. I was going to say, Herbert also had a fumble.
20:06The Chargers got a gift from God where it was third and long.
20:10Herbert fumbles the ball forward. It probably should have been an incomplete pass.
20:14I don't know why Kubiak didn't challenge that. It was going to.
20:17It should have forced a fourth and long. Instead, it was a fourth and one.
20:22Then Vegas has 12 men on the field so they get a first down.
20:26Out of a timeout, which was quietly the worst coaching they had all day.
20:30And then O'Mary and Hampton fumbles. And I'm like, this team can't get out of its own way.
20:36But the truth is Kirk Cousins outplayed Justin Herbert today.
20:39Like that and Clint Kubiak outcoached the Chargers. And I did have an intrusive thought watching this Chargers team.
20:44Well, never mind. This is not intrusive. This is just the thought of like, obviously, the Mike McDaniel thing, we're going to
20:51have to at some point just be like, all right, were we just all conning ourselves?
20:56Did he con us? Did we con ourselves? What's going on?
20:59But I did have an intrusive thought, which was, you know how last year, now that you see what happened with Mike
21:06McDonald winning the Super Bowl and the Ravens moving on from John Harbaugh, clearly the Ravens should have fired John Harbaugh and
21:13hired Mike McDonald a couple of years ago, right?
21:15Sure. Yeah. What? Well, my intrusive thought is maybe the Chargers should have hired Jesse Minter.
21:20Oh, I see. Oh, yeah. He's saying like, wait, Jesse Minter's.
21:24He's like young, incoming defensive coordinators. They should have hired their head coaches and hired them.
21:29Yes. Maybe both Harbaugh guys were kind of coasting on the credentials of like Mike McDonald and Jesse Minter and these younger
21:35defensive coordinators have kind of been propping up the system when they had Lamar Jackson and Herbert and maybe the Harbaugh's had
21:42kind of been sitting atop this thing that they weren't really, you know, like you see what like the Chargers The Ravens
21:49lost today, by the way, just for the record.
21:51Yeah. Well, yeah, sure. In horrific fashion, but yeah.
21:54I know. Well, I said it was an intrusive thought.
21:57I don't know if it's a good take. No, that's fair.
22:00I just kept thinking about it. This is like, this is less than an intrusive thought.
22:05This is kind of maybe just, you know, too obvious and a little cliche or whatever.
22:10But the idea that Madison Beer is at fault here is very funny to kind of explore.
22:15Herbert was great when he was a virgin. No, I'm like, dude, I remember in high school, my basketball coach, he said
22:22something along the lines of like, I don't want you going home and getting comforted by your girlfriends.
22:27Like you guys got to like feel this loss and like internalize it and have it really feel like you got to
22:34like really, you know, like get to know this, this hurt and this anger or something like that.
22:40He's like, I don't want you going home. And it's like how fighters can't, can't, don't ejaculate before a fight.
22:46Exactly. Yeah. And I'm like, I'm just thinking like, I know this is like probably not really the case, but like Herbert has been really bad.
22:54Well, here's the thing DK, he doesn't have to go home to be comforted because she was right there on the practice field twirling his hair.
23:01You know what I mean? He's right there. Herbert to me is like, he's like one of those souped up stereo systems
23:08that never works where it's like from like 2008 and it's like, no, no, I got all the bells and whistles.
23:15It's like, look, it's surround sound. It's going to sound incredible.
23:18And then every time you try to set it up, it's like, why isn't it working?
23:23I don't understand. The little remote, like it doesn't work.
23:26It like rattles so much. You invite your friends over, it's not working.
23:30And they're like, can't we just use the normal speaker?
23:33And you're like, no, no, no. Trust me. It's like incredible.
23:36It's like the craziest thing you've ever heard. Trust me.
23:39PC load letter. What the fuck is that? Soundbar.
23:42It's an under options. That's what he's like, where it's like technically when you're at the, when you're at Best Buy, unbelievable
23:49when you see the system, when you take it home, not for me.
23:52That is good. I also, you got me thinking now about the fighters and then not, I guess.
23:58It's not even, it's not even the, just the, the ejaculation or not.
24:02It's just, you're not like focused on the loss.
24:05You're, you're going home and you're like, yeah, it'll be fine.
24:08I get to go home to a Madison pier.
24:11Right. You should be going to the gym. Did you guys see on the broadcast?
24:15They talked about how O'Marrion Hampton puts ranch dressing on his spaghetti.
24:19That is also a red flag. Cause every now and then you remember these guys are literally 21 years old.
24:25I like it. I think that's cool. I want that out of my running back.
24:30He's like, he's like buddy, the elf. I'm like, whatever.
24:33If he likes it sounds maybe a little bit, it's kind of good to be honest.
24:37A little sprinkle of that in my bite of spaghetti.
24:40It's probably decent. No, I, I like that. You're pretending that you'd entertain this, but if we went to, I would try it.
24:47I would try it. No, you wouldn't. I a hundred percent would try it.
24:52Ranch dressing on a bite of spaghetti sounds totally fine to me.
24:55How is it that different from ranch dressing on a slice of pizza?
24:59It's like, it's like gluten and tomato sauce. I can't figure out your eating habits.
25:04Cause you hate when there's an IHOP commercial for French toast.
25:07You're disgusted. Pasta's not bready. Think about this. Pasta is basically bread, sauce, and cheese.
25:12What is pizza? Bread, sauce, and cheese. Ranch is fine on pizza.
25:15It's not that crazy. The texture's all different. Yeah, sure.
25:18Texturally. I don't think it's that crazy. I'm just going to say that.
25:22It sounds trashier than perhaps it is. Okay. I can't figure you out.
25:26That's good. I was going to keep you guessing.
25:29I know. Like, I never would have been a million years guess Craig would defend that.
25:34Well, I'm not saying I would eat that every day.
25:37I'm just like, eh, try a bite of it.
25:40That's something I would defend, Craig. You should be ashamed of yourself.
25:43Don't judge me. I do overall think, though, the Chargers, we should be incredibly concerned with this team.
25:49They stink. Yeah. They're awful. I'm glad I jumped off after week one.
25:53Thank God. I'm very close to jumping off. Now's the time to buy back in, Craig.
25:58No one will see it coming. Well, I was going to say, do anyone here believe that they're a buy low?
26:04I mean, I know the answer is probably yes because it can't be any worse, but.
26:09No. No. No. I don't. I don't. It can be worse.
26:12Now they start playing good teams. Yeah. They literally, these two teams that just beat them 26 to 14 each were literally
26:19tied for the worst record in the NFL. And credit to the Raiders.
26:23Kubiak coached a good game. Kirk Cousins, I can hear Austin screaming.
26:26Like, they played well. But the Chargers played worse.
26:29I also have to shout out, this is from OptaStats.
26:32The Chargers are the second team in NFL history to lose back-to-back games by double digits, both coming at home against teams
26:39that had a winning percentage under 20% last year.
26:42The only other team to do that was the 1926 Racine Tornadoes, who played one more game before folding.
26:47Before folding. They should fold the Chargers. They folded.
26:50The Racine Tornadoes folded. Their life. They're like, you know what?
26:53We should just give up. Yeah. If the Chargers lose next week, 26-14, the Chargers should fold.
26:59We lost to the guy who can't think. The guy who can't think said something.
27:03That's where the Chargers are right now. We lost to the guy who can't think.
27:08Dude, I went on the- West Man Tooth. I went on the Wikipedia for the Racine Tornadoes, and it said that they
27:14were founded in 1916, but they had to take a break because of World War I, and then the Spanish flu.
27:21Right. Right. That's the fucking team. The only other team that did this.
27:25The Chargers are like the Spanish flu. All right.
27:27Let's go positive now. Yeah, DK. You got a winner.
27:31I'll give my winner of the week to the Bengals.
27:34I think the Bengals look like a whole different team this year, especially on defense, where they are dramatically improved at least through two weeks.
27:41Dexter Lawrence looking like maybe one of the most impactful offseason acquisitions any team had, as you remember, and Heifetz to his everlasting chagrin.
27:48They traded the 10th overall pick, I believe, for Dexter Lawrence.
27:52And through two weeks, the Bengals, they're fifth in pressures, tied for first and sacks, sixth in QB hits, and there's a stat havoc rate.
27:59I don't know if Nate Tice made this up or if he's just passing it along, but I've heard him talking about it.
28:06It's basically the percentage of plays with a tackle for a loss, forced fumble, pass breakup, interception, or sacks.
28:12So basically plays that create havoc on defense. They're ninth.
28:15Last year, they were 30th. And in all those other stats, they're like 23rd or worse last year.
28:21And so weird. I wonder what changed. Yeah, this defense, man.
28:24And they also got Boya Mafe, who's continuing to make plays.
28:27I don't know. This defense looks a lot better to me.
28:31And they started fast. They're 2-0 this year. Joe Burrow has never started 2-0.
28:35Yeah, they've always been famously really slow started. Well, they kind of did last year, but at what cost?
28:41What do you mean? Anyways, but... I think they did last year, but the Joe Burrow got hurt.
28:46I don't believe they were. No. They weren't 2-0.
28:49All their seasons blowing together to me. What's that?
28:52Oh, you're right. They were. They were in 2025.
28:54My bad. Jamar Chase made... This one's cooler, though, because he's still healthy.
28:58Jamar Chase made maybe the catch of the year.
29:01Right, because Burrow got hurt in the second game that they won.
29:05Last year, anyway. It doesn't matter. Because Jake Browning came in and finished that game and won that game.
29:10Right. Technically, has Joe Burrow ever started 2-0? I don't know.
29:14He hasn't finished 2-0. Well, you're not supposed to finish.
29:17We learned that. That's the entire problem. That's why Justin Herbert can't be 2-0.
29:21That's right. The Giants traded him. He had the crazy play on 4th and 1 where he just shot into the backfield, made a big tackle.
29:29Yeah. I don't know. I've just been really impressed with them.
29:32By the way, they beat Houston 20-6. What's going on with Houston?
29:36Are you guys starting to worry a little bit about Houston?
29:390-2? Yeah. Yeah, they're bad. Okay. They had... David Montgomery and Woody Marks had 18 rushing yards today combined.
29:45Montgomery is a real puzzler because he had three touchdowns last week and won everybody who had him probably their week one
29:52and was the worst player on their roster this week.
29:55And it's unfortunately, I think, closer to today is going to be the real David Montgomery.
30:00And once again, it looks like the third and long Texans are back.
30:04Also, no Nico Collins kills them. They're just in a tough spot.
30:07And the Texans and Chargers, not that they're that similar, but like I do...
30:11They're teams that the offensive line, in the lieu of like fixing it, jumbled a lot of the interior pieces hoping it would work.
30:19And it kind of didn't. The Chargers at least lost the center.
30:22But look at the Texans. And they kind of moved stuff around.
30:26They're like, this will be better. And then obviously Nico Collins is out.
30:30Jaden Higgins tours ACL. Tank Dell's on injury reserve.
30:33And so they got Xavier Hutchinson, who's like means well, but kind of can't catch.
30:37They have NPCs out there. He means well. He means well.
30:41He means well. He means well. But like... That's the meanest thing you can say about an NFL wide receiver.
30:47He means well. No, the meanest thing I'd say...
30:49Xavier Worthy means well. He's really out there trying, you know?
30:53My meanest insult is for people like Mitchell Trubisky.
30:56When I say bless his heart, that's always like...
30:58Oh yeah, that's tough. That's the meanest thing I have to say.
31:02But like you look at the Texans and what would you try to do?
31:06Run the ball. You know what they did? CJ Stroud threw 55 times.
31:10And that's not a good thing. And so it was just that they can't move...
31:15They cannot get out of their own way. And they're always in third and long.
31:19And it's somehow worse than it was before. And yeah, they were...
31:23And just they're physically being dominated. And also the Texans offensive line...
31:26Sorry, the Texans defensive line didn't really beat the Bengals offensive line as much as you would think.
31:32Marius Milms held up well at tackle. I mean, the Texans defense is not special.
31:37I mean, it's hard when Jamar Chase is beating Derek Stingley, never mind Reed Blankenship.
31:41But overall, I mean, the Texans scored six goddamn points.
31:44It's going to be tough for anybody to beat that Jamar Chase catch this year.
31:49That was one of the better catches I've ever seen.
31:52I don't know how he got his feet in.
31:54Yeah. He's exactly what was promised. We were joking the other day, people that like match the hype.
32:00You know, he's not like LeBron James matched the hype.
32:03But Jamar Chase is the... He's kind of like what we thought Marvin Harrison Jr.
32:07would be. As disappointing as Marvin Harrison Jr. would be.
32:11Jamar Chase was like, he's the best receiver prospect in 10 years.
32:14It's exactly what he's been. He's been that way since the moment he walked in the NFL.
32:19Dude, that play was like pure reaction. He turned around so late and tracked it and caught it and spun.
32:25There was no anticipation to that. He just reacted and did it.
32:29It was unbelievable. You know those old fantasy football commercials where Chris Cooley would punch through a wall and plywood and catch it?
32:36And then they had Lawrence Brony jumping through a car.
32:39Yeah, yeah, yeah. And Mason Crosby kicked the bell and kicked the football to the bell of a school tower, a bell tower or something.
32:47Like it kind of looked like that where he just turned around and just like instantly, like just finding it alone was amazing.
32:54Yeah. God, he's sick. Okay. We just need to stay healthy.
32:572-0 Bengals. Again, Dexter Lawrence. DK, I think you nailed it.
33:00Being able to stop David Montgomery in fourth and one, that completely changed the entire game.
33:05And if they can do that in the playoffs, like, yeah.
33:09Like, I can see Dexter Lawrence stopping Derek Henry in fourth and one of the playoffs.
33:13My loser for today has to be the Chicago Bears and Washington Commanders for their cool quarterbacks.
33:19Yeah, it's tough. And everyone who has these guys.
33:21I mean, so obviously the Bears lost to the Vikings nine to three.
33:25This was a total slog. This was just an unbelievable slog.
33:29And then we can get into the game, but Caleb Williams was carted off with a hamstring injury.
33:34I thought it was at ACL. Like, I was on the cart.
33:38His reaction was quite dramatic. I mean, he was, he was Mike.
33:41You could hear him on mic screaming and what seemed like extreme pain.
33:45And I was like, oh man, this is like Achilles or some knee ligament.
33:50This is a best case scenario. It seems like it's a grade one hamstring strain.
33:54Well, there's the part that shocked me was Courtney Crone at ESPN wrote that Caleb was walking through the locker room under
34:01his own power while media members were there. It did not have a wrap around his leg, which that shocked me.
34:07And yeah, Mike Florio went on NBC and said it might be a grade one, which I'm like, that's what I did
34:14at my bachelor party at grade one. And I'm like, like my friend Mike's bachelor party.
34:19I'm like, I grade one. I mean, my scream was nowhere near as loud as that.
34:24So it feels like he's going to miss maybe a couple of games.
34:27Obviously the fear immediately was like, oh, he's done for the season.
34:31Maybe this is like career altering type deal. But now, and now I'm like, oh, okay.
34:36So he's, he's going to be okay. He'll be back in a couple of weeks.
34:41Tyson Bajan, I think is a back. He's a pretty good backup.
34:44They love him. Whether or not he's good. The bears love Tyson Bajan.
34:48Yeah. And so this is gonna be fun to see how Ben Johnson can kind of flex his muscle with Tyson Bajan for a week or two.
34:56By the way, I, I know that it was like rainy and it was the Vikings and they were blitzing like crazy
35:03again and things were all over the place, but this was not a very impressive game for Ben Johnson.
35:09I didn't think. So to state the obvious, the bears scored 59 points last week and scored three points today.
35:15And then so lack a bunch of people, this ESPN stat that the 56 points drop off week to week is the
35:22biggest point differential drop off since 1973 for an offense.
35:25And then if you want more, you know, advanced stat Ben Johnson's called 70 plays or games as a play caller between the lines of bears.
35:32And, uh, this one ranked 69th out of 70 success rate.
35:36There was like zero Caleb. I couldn't do anything in the pocket.
35:39Every single play he was rolling out and trying to make something happen.
35:43There was very little stuff that was happening in structure for the bears.
35:47Yeah. And it was raining. Craig's greatest football observation is probably that, uh, you can't see the rain during the games.
35:54Yeah. So it's never accurately accounted for, but I think the game came down to this.
35:59The bears have 14 plays in the red zone and they had three points and the Vikings, I believe had one play
36:05in the red zone and they got nine points.
36:08And so the, to me, the game kind of came down to four plays like, or three really Deandre Swift fumbles at the one yard line.
36:16And then the cost of the bears a touchdown.
36:19It was first and goal at the one and Deandre Swift loses a fumble.
36:23This poor Sam Rausch guy, this tight end on the bears.
36:26Brookie drops. Yeah. Drops. I don't, I hesitate to call it a drop.
36:30Cause it got hit by two Vikings. It was more like you could have caught it ball right at the one.
36:37That probably was a touchdown. That's 14. And then probably his fault that the right after Caleb got hurt, which that might've
36:43been a touchdown, the Vikings blocked a field goal.
36:46It's like 23 yards. You almost never see a 23 yard field goal blocked because you can kick it so high.
36:52And so Sam Rausch was probably his fault that the field goal got blocked.
36:57So that, so like that's 21 points or at least 17 and on just those three plays.
37:02So it was a small margin game, but Carson Wentz didn't turn it over other than the one interception he threw that
37:08the bears dropped right in their face. But I have to lead the division and a very weird division that suddenly looks
37:15a lot more toothless than I thought it was going to.
37:18Yeah. Yeah. The Colston Loveland one catch three yards.
37:21Totally. We'll get to that. On the year. We'll get there.
37:25Yeah. Yeah. But the, and then obviously Washington, Jaden Daniels.
37:28So what Cowboys beat Washington 37 20 and Jaden Daniels guys.
37:31I think Jaden Daniels is officially RG five. Right.
37:34This isn't, this is so brutal. He dislocated his left elbow again.
37:37And I don't know why he keeps trying to brace himself like that.
37:41I guess it's just kind of like falling to the ground.
37:45I know, but it's like, it was like the other arm had the football in it.
37:49What do you want him to do? His face on the ground.
37:53I don't want him to dislocate his fucking elbow for the second time.
37:57That's all. He got stepped on. What's he supposed to do?
38:00Fall on the elbow. It just looked like this.
38:03It looked like the same type of thing that happened last time.
38:07Is he going to have to play with like a JJ Watt bionic elbow thing for the rest of the Right.
38:13Yeah. So he dislocated the elbow last year against Seattle in early November, missed a few games.
38:18And they're like, everyone's like, just put him out.
38:21The season's over. Just don't bring him back. They're like, he won't hurt the elbow again.
38:26He won't hurt it. Don't worry. Came back last year, immediately hurt his elbow again.
38:30So they're like, fine. So then he comes back and now it's two weeks into the season and he hurt the elbow again.
38:37And it was kind of innocuous because the center just tripped him.
38:41Basically, he didn't get hit. The center tripped him.
38:44And he like, it was, it was non, it was not non contact, but it wasn't like the way you think it would happen again.
38:51And so we'll see what happens. I don't know if he's going to need surgery or not.
38:57We'll see about all that. But like, this is kind of officially a problem.
39:01Like, this is the third time this has happened to him in his last, like four games, basically.
39:06Well, and you're now like, okay, you're starting to look at this Washington season as like perhaps another lost season.
39:12So you're now going to be heading into year four of Jaden Daniels next year, hoping that finally we can get things back on track.
39:20And now he has this, you know, recurring elbow injury that feels like the more you injury, the easier it is to injure it again.
39:28And it sucks because he was playing pretty well.
39:30I thought in the game, that's what's tough is they almost beat the Eagles last week and they were in that Dallas game until he got hurt.
39:38Yeah. He's, I believe Jaden Daniels has played at Dallas three times and hasn't finished any of the games.
39:44Oh, really? Yeah. So I, I, it's concerning. And then I just, Washington, I fan, even before this happened, I think Washington
39:51fans were really depressed about this season. Now it's over.
39:54It's a, it is just extremely over. I mean, Kate in garbage time, the third string running back fat man, Alan basically trucked their best offensive lineman.
40:02And that was like a brutal, that was a brutal hit the way that whole thing went down.
40:08Cause Cosby had like turned around and basically it was facing Alan.
40:11They just ran into each other. And then, uh, Cosby kind of, he just went down like, and took off his helmet and then just like fell over.
40:20It was really like crazy looking. Yeah. I, I just, I think these two teams are losers.
40:25It's not as bad as I thought. Cause I did.
40:28I'm shocked that Caleb Williams is like, yeah, we'll see exactly what the diagnosis is, but the fact that he could be
40:35back in two or three weeks to the Packers would kind of blow my mind.
40:39But either way, I feel like these teams have to be the losers, but DK, do you have another winner?
40:45Um, let me see. I think Craig does. Oh yeah, I do.
40:49Um, I want to talk about the saints. The saints are a winner for me.
40:53They beat the Ravens today, 24 17. And I imagine a lot of the dialogue around this game will be about the Ravens collapse and perhaps rightly so.
41:02But I do want to just shout out the saints, the comeback kid saints who last week were down 21 to zero
41:09in the third quarter, ended up tying the game, taking it to overtime and had a two or two point completion way
41:15of winning that game on the road. And then this week down 17 to nine with six minutes left in the fourth
41:22quarter on the road, come back and win today.
41:25Tyler Shuck in the fourth quarter, 12 for 14, 119 yards, two touchdowns, get the win through two weeks.
41:31Tyler Shuck is the number five quarterback in fantasy and he leads the NFL in passing yards.
41:36Is that right? Damn. The media won't tell you that after the, I haven't checked since my homes, but he's either first or second.
41:43They're, they're playing great. And what we talked about in the off season is like, could the same, he's first Colts.
41:49Yeah. Um, it's happening a little bit. Chris Alave has been absolutely like fantastic this year.
41:54Devon Bailey has been really good. Juwan Johnson are struggling to run the ball a little bit, but this is like a
42:01really condensed machine that seems to be like hitting the ground running in year two with Shuck.
42:06He looks good. Yeah. There's like a, there's almost like a little element of what we saw from the bears last year,
42:13where it was like every game, you just never know what's going to happen in the fourth quarter.
42:18They have these heroics that they can pull out.
42:21Um, Tyler Shuck, he is just way better than I thought he would be coming into the league.
42:26I think, you know, I kind of pictured him as a Derek Carr type quarterback, which is funny that he was drafted
42:33by the saints where he's too cautious, constantly falling away from throws, constantly throwing the ball away.
42:38I think I remember he had like led the, he liked college football and throwaways his final year.
42:44He's an older prospect. There was just a lot of reasons that I was like, I just don't really want to bet
42:50on this guy, but he has really surprised me.
42:53He's, he's looked really good. He, and, um, they're obviously rallying around him and he's, this is always a good thing.
42:59I feel like a really good sign for a quarterback is like you feed your top player and you just relentlessly throw it to him.
43:07And, and Chris Olave, uh, it has been absolutely bananas good this year.
43:11And so, um, yeah, I, I've been really impressed with Shuck.
43:14Obviously that first half against the lions, he looked horrible.
43:17Um, but ever since then, I thought that he's been really impressive.
43:21Right. And Chris Olave, I think is playing better with Shuck, but he's also just, he's playing better with the guardian cap.
43:28And Chris Olave said that the guardian cap makes him less anxious and says that he actually just feels better and more
43:34secure playing with the guardian cap and it like doesn't weigh on him.
43:38And I feel like that, I mean, you don't hear players admit that very often, but I mean, you can kind of see it in his game.
43:47Like he is like a more assertive player. Like he's, he's been, frankly, he's been pretty dominant this season.
43:52And even since that, like the end of last year was Shuck, but this year he's just been exceptional.
43:58He's probably the least famous, great wide receiver in the league.
44:01It's like him. Yeah. Collins. There's a couple of guys.
44:04Chris Olave is very, very good. And when you watch him, he does jump off the screen, but very little notoriety nationally.
44:11The, I want to ask you guys about the Tyler Shuck quarterback sneak play touchdown where basically it ended up basically being the deciding play of the game.
44:20First of all, do you guys think he got it?
44:23It was weird because people were not sure if Tyler Shuck got in, but he was 1000% face masked and probably didn't
44:29get in because he was grabbed by the top of his face back and just pulled backwards.
44:35Like they were trying to break his head off.
44:37Like, like they were trying to decapitate. I love that.
44:40That's not reviewable. Why is that not reviewable? Well, that's the thing is I think a lot of Ravens fans are really
44:47mad and they're like, well, Shuck, there's no evidence Shuck got in the end zone.
44:52I'm like, one, I don't think you should overturn the call because like, oh, there's a little smidgen, but I'm like, you know, can I tell you something?
45:00They got the call right. I don't care if he didn't get it.
45:04Like this is a rare situation. Now you're just making up new rules.
45:08No, but I'm like, if they're like, ah, it's close.
45:11I'm like, you know what's not close? He got face masked.
45:14If there's, if it's like within a freaking millimeter and you're trying to like Zapruder film gets a quarterback sneak through a thousand bodies and everything.
45:22It's like, you leave the call as is. I agree.
45:25Even if you think there's a chance he didn't get in, he was face masked.
45:30That's why he didn't get in. Use some fucking common sense.
45:33I don't think he got in in either one.
45:36So I think it's the truth is if you're sitting there, come on, just cause face mask, not reviewable, use your common
45:43sense and be like, give him the guy. I think the touchdown was called.
45:47Don't overturn it. Yeah. Who cares? I love the Molly Shannon.
45:50Who cares? Who cares? Who cares? I think. Whatever.
45:53If you want to, if you know, if you want to defend it, it's that there's no, there was not really definitive proof.
46:00He didn't get in, even though I don't think he got it, but that's fine.
46:04There's like some joke there that I can't think of.
46:07Can I, something was there. Is it in like a McLovin joke or something?
46:12I do want to mention about the Ravens. This is the Ravens 15th loss after holding a double digit lead since Lamar
46:18Jackson became a full-time starter, which is the most in the NFL.
46:22Chargers East. Also 11 of those are home. Derek Henry had five carries in the second half and they were leading 14, three at half.
46:30That is that. I don't understand that. That's like a, that blows my mind.
46:34Roger Rose to garden, who is the right tackle for the Ravens said, I can't remember the last time we won at home.
46:41I'm like, that's a bad thing to say. The Ravens are so weird because Lamar had one truly terrible pass, the pick that basically ended the game.
46:49Even that one. I'm like, Bateman was stopped running.
46:52What was he doing? But I'm like, the Ravens are weird because whenever they have these losses, like, I don't know why they happened.
46:59I'm like, they played well. Lamar played well. Everything looked good.
47:02They were moving the ball in chunks and then they just lost.
47:06And I don't know why. I totally agree. I, the, the, the Derrick Henry five carries at halftime, the five carries after halftime thing.
47:13I'm like, isn't that why you have him? Like, that's the whole point.
47:17And it's weird because I guess that there probably were, I think the saints were kind of daring them to throw.
47:24Cause they just ran out of receivers because Tez Walker's out.
47:27Zay flowers missed this game. Jacoby lane missed this game.
47:30So the Ravens just kind of ran out of receivers and you know what happened?
47:35They tried to take shots and basically the saints dared them.
47:38And you know what? The saints were right. Cause Lamar missed Chris Moore for a wide open touchdown on third and one.
47:45And then he'd go for it fourth and one.
47:47And I get that to Declan Doyle thing, which is a Ben Johnson thing, which is instead of like second to one being the shot play, fuck it.
47:56If you're going to go for a fourth down, treat third and one, like the shot play, but then they didn't go
48:03for it on fourth down and they just missed the, I don't know.
48:07It, it, it, it, the, I just, it's deja vu for this team.
48:10Like it literally is just, there's been 12 of these losses.
48:14There was a, there was a lot of, uh, wow.
48:17Week one feels like a really long time ago moments, uh, today.
48:20And the Ravens was one of them. I was like, damn, the Ravens look so dominant in week one.
48:26I thought they're going to be fucking amazing all year.
48:29And then they just like, how, how much are you afraid that the Ravens and Lamar looking absolutely dominant was because the
48:36Colts experimented with giving a safety, the green dot play call, which they immediately revoked the next game.
48:41Yeah. Feels super relevant. Sure. It's a good point.
48:44Just, uh, something to, something to keep an eye on.

49:18Jackson dart to score two touchdowns is 25 to one.
49:21I know two touchdowns is a lot, but I just feel like Jackson dart is going to have to get out of
49:27the pocket in this game to make things happen because they're just going to have to create a lot versus the rims.
49:34I also kind of like Devante Adams to just catch a pass on the first drive is better than even money.
49:40And I just feel like they're going to get him the ball quickly in this game.
49:45I just feel like they need to, especially Pukuduku is banged up.
49:49We'll see what happens. But Devante just catching a pass being even money on the first Rams drive feels really good to me.

50:14Let chaos reign. Mobland, the hit crime series from the underworld of Guy Ritchie is now streaming on Paramount Plus.
50:20The Harrigans are on the brink of uncivil war as power plays, fractured loyalties, and reckless decisions collide.
50:26Their fixer, Harry, is left to clean up the fallout.
50:29Don't miss Mobland starring Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren.
50:32Now streaming on Paramount Plus. Okay. Let's get to problem of the day.
50:36No, Craig, it's not a problem. It's a problem.
50:39It's a problem. Guys, JSN is a problem. He is an absolute problem out there.
50:44With Drew Locke at quarterback for all but one series of the Seahawks season, JSN has already racked up 277 yards and four touchdowns.
50:51He had nine catches, 155 yards, and three touchdowns today against the Cardinals.
50:55This motherfucker's doing it with Drew Locke. It don't matter.
50:58He's insanely good. I, if, if Jamar Chase didn't exist, I would feel very strongly that no one is better at receiver
51:04right now than Jackson Smith and Jigba. He is so good at everything.
51:08I love the, uh, on like his first touchdown, he just got loose down the field and you're like, oh, coverage bust or something.
51:16But then you see the replay and it's a really subtle, like head fake.
51:20Like he was like, he pretended he was going to run like an out route near the sticks.
51:25And then he just juked the hell out of the corner, got downfield.
51:29And it's like, I don't know. And I feel like you see two or three of these every game where he has
51:36these really subtle route running moves that just can get corners completely turned around.
51:40He moves differently than everybody. He's just so like, his feet are just so in contact with the ground.
51:46He's always balanced and he can, and he can, you know, turn and, and defeat coverage so easily.
51:52His shoulders are always parallel. Yeah. That's the other thing he's obsessed with that.
51:56That's the other thing he's talked about is like, yeah, you never give away anything with your shoulders or whatever.
52:02And so he, he's just really, really crafty at receiver and he catches everything.
52:06Um, and he has like a 50% target rate this year through like two games.
52:11So, um, man, again, like I, I recognize, I think Jamar Chase is probably still holding the belt for best receiver in
52:17the NFL, but I think Jason is fucking close.
52:20One of my biggest regrets is thinking that he would regress with, without.
52:24Yeah. Kubiak. I, JSN was like my favorite player in the league last year.
52:28I had him on my team and I was like completely in love with him and I didn't draft him this year and I feel like a moron.
52:37Well, this is why fantasy football is funny. If sometimes if you got half the information, you'd be more wrong, not more right.
52:44If I told you Sam Darnold would have a hip injury immediately, like the 10th snap, the fifth snap.
52:50He'll miss a month. The first series. Drew Locke's going to play.
52:53You'd, you'd be like, oh, okay. I'm going to move JSN out of the first round.
52:58For sure. You wouldn't move him up. You know what I mean?
53:02It's just, it's so funny how it goes. I, I also, sometimes I feel bad where I'm like, man, I wish we could predict how this goes.
53:10And then you're like, oh yeah, wait, the real NFL Jackson Smith, the jig, but was the 20th pick in the draft.
53:17Like Washington took a manual Forbes, a cornerback who weighs 160 pounds over Jackson Smith and Jigba.
53:22It's just in retrospect. I just don't understand. Do you, if it's, you were there with me when the Seahawks drafted a jig, but I was like dancing.
53:30I was like, oh my God, we're like three picks away.
53:34We might get JSN. And I couldn't believe it.
53:36I could not believe that they let him fall to the Seahawks.
53:40Shane Waldron would have let this man run downfield.
53:43I was thinking about that today when they were, they were like showing JSN on the sideline, just kind of taking it in.
53:50He's sitting on the sideline, chilling out three touchdowns, 155 yards.
53:53And I was like, I can, I still cannot believe the only, the only time they ever brought this man in when
54:00he was a rookie was to run like some stupid screen.
54:03Craig, who's your problem? Well, my problem is the only guy in the NFL who has more fantasy points than JSN, which is Josh Allen.
54:11Josh Allen is a problem right now. Yeah. I'm rewinding back to Thursday night.
54:15The Bills beat the Lions 41-31. This was a game of pure fantasy bliss.
54:19This was like the grand finale firework show of fantasy performance.
54:22Everyone was just popping off. It was like Gibbs and Amon run.
54:26It was just points, points, points. The game was always just close enough where you like couldn't slow down.
54:32It was incredible. Josh Allen, 248 yards passing, 72 rushing, five total touchdowns, zero turnovers.
54:36He had 40 fantasy points. And then he sits down and does the postgame and you find out he had the flu.
54:43I actually didn't hear that part. That's awesome. He was shivering in a tub before the game.
54:48He went and put up 40 fantasy points. It's awesome because this usually doesn't happen, but Josh Allen is the best player
54:55in the NFL and the best player in fantasy.
54:58So it's finally aligning, which Mahomes probably had that for a little bit, but sometimes there are like receivers or running backs
55:04that you kind of need to be ahead of them.
55:07It is 100% Josh Allen is the best player in fantasy.
55:11He has nine touchdowns through the first two Bills games.
55:14He's averaging 38 fantasy points per game, which is the highest scoring first two weeks of a season since the year 2000.
55:20And I'm only stopping there just because that's when true media started tracking stats.
55:25So he's basically having the best two weeks in the history of fantasy football.
55:29Is there anything you regret more than not having Josh Allen as like our 15th player and being like, fuck it, go have fun.
55:36I regret not having him fifth. Yeah. Right. I just, Josh, when Josh Allen's playing something in offseason, Brandon's like, don't take the coolest player in the world.
55:45And then the season starts to like, man, I wish I had the coolest player in the world.
55:50And it's also one of those things where it doesn't feel like fluky and it's going to stop or anything like that.
55:57They have yet to go into the red zone.
56:00But with Josh Allen, I'm like, he could do this every week.
56:03It wouldn't surprise me whatsoever. He is. He is the player in all my leagues.
56:08And I think it's been this way for a couple of years.
56:11He's he's the player in all my leagues where he could be your only good player and you still have a chance to win the fucking league.
56:20You know what I mean? Like you could have a piece of shit roster.
56:24And if you have Josh Allen, you're like, I can compete.
56:27I can do this. Dude, if you were down 35 points going into a game with Josh Allen the last two weeks, you won.
56:35Like, that's just so insane that he is good enough to where if you're down 35, maybe even 40 points, you're like, I have a shot.
56:42By the way, Craig, never wrong, only early Josh Palmer.
56:46Josh Palmer is looking pretty good right now. I'm doing the Michael Jordan guy.
56:50I don't know what to tell you. Two touchdowns, two games.
56:53Josh Palmer is still somehow 26 years old. That's not right.
56:56Yes. He turns 27 on Tuesday. Well, DJ Morris hurt.
56:59Yeah. So he might actually have a bigger role than we were expecting.
57:03It doesn't sound severe. But yeah, good teams retain good players.
57:07Josh Palmer is a good player. Did we mention that Josh Allen was chewing on a smelling salt?
57:12Yeah. Also badass. That was fucking hardcore. He's like mainlining that shit.
57:16It was like he was like treating it like a cigarette.
57:19It was like just like between his lips and he was like letting it waft up into his nose.
57:25Dude, he's actually unstoppable. He's French inhaling or whatever they call it where it's like he like blow out your mouth and
57:32into your nose just with the smelling salts. Hyvids, who's your problem?
57:35Who's my problem? I just want to get Bryce Young is a problem.
57:39And Bryce Young used to just be like a problem.
57:42Bryce Young's a problem now. He's a problem for the Ringer Fantasy Football League who gave him- I cannot believe this.
57:49I can. I can believe it. This is how it's supposed to go.
57:53It does make sense. This is karmic. We tried to box him out from having any quarterback.
57:58You guys literally colluded to try to take every single quarterback- No, it was more like just having fun.
58:04It was blatant fun collusion. Having fun colluding. Right.
58:06You all agreed to make a pact to behave.
58:09But cheeky and fun. It was collusion. Yeah. It wasn't collusion.
58:12You had fun colluding. The funniest thing about this is it is, I believe, the perfect example of fantasy football.
58:18There were 11 other people who were trying their hardest to pick who they thought would be the best quarterback, one after
58:25the other, after the other, 27 times. Yeah. And then you got the 28th and he's great.
58:30What is it? What quarterback is he through two weeks?
58:33Two. Second. God damn it. The only player with more quarterback, more fantasy points in two weeks is Josh Allen.
58:39It goes Josh Allen, Jackson Smith and Jigman and Bryce Young in the entire NFL.
58:44Hilarious. Dude, Bryce Young has been unbelievable. First touchdown is this rollout touchdown to Darren Waller, which was fantastic.
58:50The second touchdown, he layered this throw from the pocket between two defenders to Darren Waller.
58:55The fact that Darren Waller is even still in the NFL and all he does is catch touchdowns is also just hilarious to me.
59:02This man retired with a music video because Kelsey Plum divorced him like three years ago and was like pretending to be
59:09dead on a beach three years ago. It looked like the beginning of Inception.
59:13Yeah, literally. And now it's like he actually is still incredible.
59:16But then Bryce Young had an ever throw to Jalen Coker on the sideline that was just like layered and just as
59:23DK has said accurately, you just forget often watching Bryce Young that this man did actually deserve to be the number one
59:29pick and like had the talent to he was so talented that people were like, even though he's really small, I get it.
59:36Right. Even though it's not like perfect. And he had like Bryce Young has been throwing the football this year and you're
59:43like, oh yeah, I forgot that this guy is talented enough throwing that he went first in the draft.
59:49And the Falcons defense is a little toothless. There's a reason the Panthers just I mean, the Panthers destroyed the Falcons.
59:55I think the final score. Yeah, the final score is 34 to three and the Falcons are down.
60:01I think five defensive linemen after today. But Bryce Young was incredible.
60:04And so I knew that. That's why I took him.
60:07Right now. Right. Yeah. You had a lot of options.
60:10It was him and Aaron Rodgers. And you decided to take Bryce Young.
60:14Hi, Vince. Right now. That was easy. If you're starting a franchise, they're the same price.
60:19No other bells and whistles. It's just quarterback versus quarterback.
60:22Bryce Young or CJ Stroud? I think it has to be Stroud still because I feel like if you switched Bryce Young
60:29on the Texans behind that line and you gave CJ Stroud to Dave Canales in Carolina with, again, the offensive line Carolina
60:36has, I feel like Stroud would play better because the reason Bryce Young is playing well is that Carolina has paid a
60:42lot of money to have some big, big, beefy men up in front of up in front of like protecting Bryce Young and CJ Stroud's offensive line sucks.
60:51I'm so disappointed in you. You're not standing behind your guy.
60:54This is your guy. You have to, you have to, where's your confidence in him?
60:59Come on. My confidence is in. We foisted him upon hyphen.
61:02This is your guy. My confidence is Dave Canales.
61:05Saving you every week. You're saying starting a franchise for like the next decade?
61:09You just started a franchise in the Ringer League with Bryce Young.
61:13Look, he still looks like a sixth grader when he walks into practice with a backpack on there, right?
61:19It's Dave Canales. It's the hotness of Dave Canales.
61:21It's contagious. It's radiating. You know what I mean?
61:24It's the also, you know, he got over the Tyrese Maxey thing.
61:28You know, it's I think I think Bryce it's doing well.
61:31It looks good. The confidence looks good. I will say I do think he looks like the confidence thing is really important
61:38because he looks straight up just shell shocked for the first like two seasons of his career.
61:43He looked like he didn't know how to play football.
61:46He's having fun again. Yeah, he's having fun. The little the magic is back.
61:50He's made a lot of really like plays that he did in college where he's like spinning out away from pressure, moving
61:57outside the pocket, finding a guy lofting up a perfect pass.
62:00He's he again, like you said, I've it's it's what you remember why it was like not a crazy discussion that he was the first overall pick.
62:08And a lot of people had him as the first overall pick.
62:12All right. It's so over. We're so back. Craig, who's over?
62:15It's over. It's over for Aaron Rodgers. It's over.
62:18You know that the only person I like on the Steelers is is Darnell Washington and Jeremy Bernard.
62:24I hate everybody else. You know, fuck you. Fuck you.
62:27Fuck you. You're cool. That's me. It's like Aaron Rodgers.
62:30Fuck you. Offensive line. Fuck you. Mike McCarthy. Fuck you.
62:33Jeremy Bernard. You're cool. Darnell Washington. You're cool. This team stinks.
62:36And and DK Metcalf stinks. Oh, he gets it.
62:39He gets a fuck you. DK Metcalf can't catch the fucking football.
62:42$132 million for giving him to drop the goddamn football.
62:45Steelers are dead last in yards per play through two weeks.
62:49I should say they lost 20 to three to the Patriots.
62:52They're averaging three and a half yards per play.
62:55They're averaging 11 points per game. Did you did you note the fourth and 43?
62:59Yeah, that was bad. Look, there's like the ball got bobbled or juggled or kicked like five times.
63:05This is playing out like Ben Affleck and J-Lo's second marriage.
63:08And we all saw this coming. And in the back of my head, what I always said to myself was this.
63:15It's either going to go great or horribly. And I think either way, that's a good thing.
63:20Because I'm not a middle ground. Lose every game.
63:22This is a great year. I have a top five pick.
63:26I would fucking love if the Steelers had a top five pick.
63:29I don't need you to win 10 games with Aaron Rodgers.
63:33That's actually a worst case scenario. Let's put Bench Rodgers after week 12, put in Drew Adler, and then we'll have a top five pick.
63:40That's what I want. The best part of it was in the postgame presser, Aaron Rodgers, he almost took the blame for something.
63:47Like almost. You know, he was like 98% there.
63:50And then he just couldn't quite complete the taking the blame thing.
63:54And he was like, look, you know what? There's a lot of problems.
63:58And it's on me. It's on me. I got to get better.
64:01I got to go out there and tell the coaches which plays they're calling that are bad.
64:06I'm sorry that they suck. It's actually my fault that I'm not being mean enough to the coach for calling bad plays.
64:13The actual quote is making it. What you said was right.
64:16He's like, I got to be better. He's like, making sure Mike McCarthy knows what is working, what is not working, so
64:23we can call things that have a better chance.
64:26It took one loss. I love it. For him to be like, Mike's calls suck.
64:30It's so clear that he doesn't respect Mike McCarthy because he would have never said that about Mike Tomlin.
64:36Like he just didn't speak that way about it.
64:39He revered Tomlin. And you can just tell he doesn't give a shit about Mike McCarthy.
64:44It's so good. The problem is like, it's actually very simple because I still think if Rogers is just standing in a
64:50clean pocket, I still think he can throw the football.
64:54He's just too old. Like he just can't move.
64:56There's just one problem, Craig. That's very, that's very rare.
64:59He is just too old. But like, I still, it's like, I don't think his like arm is cooked.
65:05He doesn't have like the Manning noodle arm. Like he's still totally fine at throwing the football.
65:10He's just, he's just too old. But he, it was like ancient Will Levis today because he was doing dumb stuff.
65:17Like, like the game ended. I mean, nevermind the fourth and 43 lost 36 yards.
65:21And a play, which I get it happens. But like the way he got rocked and not that it was his fault,
65:28but like a little, like, I don't know. The, the, the way the blitz game kind of was on him.
65:34But the, the, he had another one where he step up in the pocket and the ball got poked out in a
65:41way that he was pretty careless with the football.
65:43And the way the game, like the game, not the game ended, but like the thing that sealed the game was the sack.
65:50He just started running backwards. You know what I mean?
65:53And like, he's not fast enough to run backwards anymore.
65:56He just like, can't move like that. And he's like, there's those little rollouts and they don't work.
66:02Dude. Russell Wilson is that's halftime CBS. Like, why didn't you throw deep to DK Metcalf?
66:07And my first thought was, you know, Russell Wilson just coming in, being a firebrand.
66:11And I'm like, oh, well, well, I guess he threw a lot of fucking deep touchdowns.
66:16I mean, there was a reason that, there was a reason that I used to defend DK Metcalf very like strongly.
66:23And it was because he had a quarterback like Russell Wilson, who was like just absolutely perfect for his skill set.
66:29I've, I've said this from the beginning. I think DK Metcalf and Aaron Rodgers is like a terrible combination.
66:35Not that, not that that ever made sense. Spaghetti, those two.
66:38Give it a try. Oh, it sucks. It doesn't, it doesn't absolve.
66:42It doesn't absolve DK Metcalf of the blame of like dropping passes.
66:45He legitimately can't catch the football right now. I know.
66:48Look, I get it. He's been terrible. He's been very terrible.
66:52I totally admit that. And like, I feel stupid for defending him so strongly before, but he, but he really just is
66:58not a good fit for this type of offense at all.
67:02It's just bizarre. So the Steelers two things is actually mostly to blame them pairing these quarterbacks with these red receivers and these coaches.
67:09It's all a disaster. Two things that really stuck out to me.
67:13One, the staff from Sumer sports, Sean side had this stat that the Falcons and Steelers now rank last second to last respectively.
67:20In total EPA for offense. This Falcons and the Steelers are the bottom two.
67:24That was astonishing to me that the Steelers could be as bad as Atlanta.
67:28They're not as far as apart as you should be.
67:31I want. The other one was, I want him now, dude.
67:34I mean, dude, Cooper rush. Rogers is not that different from Cooper rush this season.
67:39That's fucking abominable. But the other one was Mike Tomlin just straight up said on Sunday football pregame, he said the Steelers
67:46don't have a place to hang their hat. They're not establishing the run and they're not getting yards and chunks.
67:52Okay. Fix it. Settle down, Tomlin. Okay. When you were a coach, the office sucked for five straight years.
67:58So let's settle the fuck. They had no place to hang their hat.
68:02You know. Can't throw stones. DK. I'm going to do the, I'm going to do the Aaron Rogers thing on this one.
68:08I know that I did. I'm at fault for blaming a lot of my problems on Jalen Waddle.
68:14Last week, I was like, I can't believe I fell for it again.
68:18All that stuff. But we're so back with Jalen Waddle.
68:21And you know what? It's actually not my fault.
68:23This is what happens when you make one of your best players a focal point of your fucking offense.
68:29Guys, this offense looked completely different today. Against a very good Jags team.
68:33And it was awesome to see Jalen Waddle be utilized in the way that we kind of convinced ourselves that he would be.
68:40Which was a team high 10 targets. This was almost like them sending a message.
68:45Like, we get it. We fucked up the week one thing.
68:48And he had 10 targets. The next closest receiver on this team was three targets.
68:53So it was him. And basically, that was the game plan.
68:56Give the ball to Waddle. Pass it to the Italians.
68:59Eight catches for 143 yards. And it worked. So I'm not going to apologize.
69:03Broncos won 20 to 13. And they were losing.
69:06And they came back. And the first pass of the game was to Waddle.
69:10He caught then like a 49 yarder, like in the first quarter.
69:14And you two cowards said that you can't start Jalen Waddle.
69:17Guess who has two thumbs and started Jalen Waddle this week?
69:20This fucking guy. And I got the dumb. Here's the problem, Craig.
69:24He's going to have two catches next week. I hope not.
69:27They were moving him all over the field. I'm afraid that he will.
69:31It looked great. He was running crossers. He was motioning in.
69:35He was on the outside. He's playing in the slot.
69:38He looked great. Where the fuck was this last week?
69:41I just don't understand it. It just doesn't make any sense to me.
69:45It was torture. Next week's going to suck. Did we say a stat line?
69:49Did I say it? Do people even know? Yeah.
69:52Eight catches, 143 yards. Yeah. That was a big win for the Broncos.
69:56Another team that looked completely different than they did week one.
69:59Mm-hmm. And I'm almost going to sew over, sew back.
70:02Yeah, I'm giving a weird sew back for Travion Henderson, who waltzed back into New England today.
70:07Ramondre Stevenson fumbled again, and Travion Henderson had a 40-yard touchdown.
70:11We are sew back, and this guy is the only dude on the Patriots team with juice right now.
70:16And he had 16 carries, which I did not expect.
70:19I thought he was going to get like eight touches, and he doubled Ramondre.
70:24Definitely got more after Ramondre fumbled. And whether or not I think he's elite, they give him the ball, and he breaks plays.
70:31This one's good. Ramondre fucking blew it. He fumbled against the Steelers last year, I believe, and then they stuck with him.
70:37And I can't believe Ramondre fumbled against the Steelers again.
70:40Felt like deja vu watching the game. He fumbled.
70:43Ramondre lost two fumbles against the Steelers last year.
70:46And I just, I really believe Ramondre would hold onto this job, but I can't believe he did it.
70:52I mean, I guess I can believe it. I'm an idiot.
70:55I should have known he would do this again.
70:58After he fumbled, basically Travion just took over. They basically sent Ramondre down into the upside down and like see you later.
71:04Well, because it's like the pass protection thing is one thing, but like he wasn't doing anything on the ground.
71:10Like he's not, he wasn't really gaining any yards.
71:13And the second Travion comes in, he like busts one.
71:16What was that? He busted one huge, which again, you're not supposed to do.
71:20We've learned that. We've learned that. Yeah. But yeah, they have to give the ball to Henderson.
71:26He's like the only one who can like get 40 yards in a game on a play.
71:31I feel like I've seen that Patriots Steelers game eight times in the last 16 years.
71:36I know. That's why I'm like Tomlin. Settle down.
71:38It was also kind of a weird game. There's some settle down juice in it.
71:43Have a sip. That's like my home. It's a free game with the settle down juice.
71:48This is, that was kind of a funny game too, because there was a period in the game where you're like, both of these teams suck.
71:56The Patriots suck. Drake may might be actually terrible.
71:58And then they ended up winning by a lot.
72:01And it felt like a really good win for the Pats.
72:04But like I'm, I'm seeing Bill Simmons send out Drake may panic tweets like midway through the game.
72:10When he threw that terrible pick, he keeps short arming throws.
72:13It looks like he's trying to aim it. I don't know what's going on with that guy.
72:18He looked bad. Yeah. For stretches. Have we landed?
72:21Sal did invent Drake. Maybe right. I think so.
72:24That's Sal's, right? Yes. I assume so. Good. Good for him.
72:27I don't want, nobody should steal that. Give credit to Sal.
72:31I have a, we're so back. We are so back with Jalen Hurts.
72:35Yeah. Okay. Just an absolutely incredible classic Eagles game.
72:37Oh, sure. Like classic Eagles are back. Classic. The classic Eagles are back.
72:41Just like old school classic Eagles game. The Eagles beat the Titans 24-20.
72:45Should it have been that close? No chance. Did the Eagles look awful for a lot of the game?
72:51Yes. Did Jalen Hurts throw an interception, a back-breaking interception in the end zone that led to a Titans touchdown?
72:57Yes. Could they run the ball? No. Did Saquon and the Eagle, did Saquon do well?
73:02No. In fact, Saquon left on like immediately, on like his first touch of the game.
73:07The Eagles, did they average two and a half yards of carry?
73:10Yes. Did Jalen Hurts then win the game with absolute unbelievable heroics on the final drive by playing the best he's looked in months?
73:18Well, I guess games and games, months of games on the final drive when it mattered.
73:23Yes. It was perfect. It was literally like, you couldn't have scripted it better.
73:27Yeah. I hate the Eagles. No notes. Dude, Devontae Smith actually looked like a top five receiver.
73:32He looked awesome. On the final two drives. And Dontavian Wicks looks good too.
73:36Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, I just, yeah. Hurts had moments where he looked awesome.
73:40I totally, I very much agree. Second half, he was fantastic.
73:44But it's just, even in those situations, everything looks so hard.
73:47He had two bad picks. And then it was like, the Titans are just like moving the ball.
73:53I'm like, this is, I just can't believe this is happening.
73:56I don't know how to evaluate this. And I wanted to ask you guys if you believe these numbers.
74:02So we could go through the game and the stats and everything.
74:05But I'm like, this game might have to be out of sample.
74:09So that we, going in, it was like, okay, it's going to be hot in Nashville.
74:14Fine. 95 degrees. Field level is like 105. I'm like, okay, that's hot.
74:18They're saying, this is on ESPN. ESPN is claiming, and I don't really understand this is possible, that the turf temperature in
74:24the Titan Stadium was 157 degrees Fahrenheit. One, five, seven on the turf.
74:28And I don't get, that's why it led to that funny video of them hosing the shoes, the cleats down that looked
74:35like it was pissing on their cleats. Pissing on the shoes.
74:38It's because the cleats were melting. Multiple players. So Imani Hooker is one of the safeties for the Titans said that his midsoles melted off last week.
74:47And then this game, Cam Juergen said that he had to change his shoes twice, that their shoes were melting.
74:53And the players, I think, were pissed because I don't think they'd be allowed to practice in those conditions.
74:58They don't know why they have to play in them.
75:02I don't understand how that's even possible, 157 degrees on the field.
75:05Like they're saying the turf was 157 degrees. You think the field would like absorb some of that heat?
75:11What is this field made out of? I think it reflects the heat.
75:15No, I know, but I'm like, doesn't grass and stuff usually absorb heat and concrete sort of reflects it?
75:21Well, it's not, well, it's not grass. It's turf.
75:23It's concrete. Well, they should fucking make it something else then because that seems bad.
75:28That's expensive. My main point is, my main point, Heifetz, is that it seems bad.
75:32They're short on money. They wouldn't, they, they, yeah.
75:35It seems bad that the field is 150 degrees.
75:38That's all I'm saying. I don't know the answer.
75:41Maybe they should put fans on the sidelines or something.
75:44No, that's good. I like that. Yeah. I'm working, I'm working through it.
75:48You know some, you know some stadiums like the ice rink, like the ice is under the basketball court?
75:53Yeah. That's what I'm talking about. And then it keeps it cool.
75:57That's a good idea. But the problem is we don't know how the refrigerators work.
76:02Well, we don't. We also don't know how ice rinks work.
76:05I did, we did learn that a little though.
76:08No, it's coolants. Coolants lead to refrigerants. Yeah. Sirianni said he got an IV after.
76:12Sirianni needed an IV? I'm glad to hear that, Sirianni.
76:15Sirianni said I needed an IV. Your heroics really helped.
76:18160 degrees is hot. Sirianni is like unironically my favorite coach.
76:22I don't know what he does. The Eagles are the best.
76:25I don't know what he does other than alienate the most important people in the organization.
76:30They go 11 and 6 every year and everybody fucking hates them.
76:34I was thinking this too, like when you were talking about how that game went, I was like, it's got to be
76:40kind of miserable to be an Eagles fan and yet they win so much.
76:44The joke. All they do is, the only thing they spend time doing is fucking defending their quarterback.
76:50Like that's the existence of an Eagles fan right now.
76:53Let's go, let's wake up, take a piss, drink some coffee and go fucking defend Jalen Hurts.
76:58That's all we got to do today. Check one thing off.
77:01We go find some people that are making fun of Hurts and fucking get in a fight with them.
77:07DK sensitive still from that Super Bowl clip we put up.
77:11No, that's, oh yeah, I forgot about that. That was like a year straight.
77:15People chiming in. People were outside DK's house for a year, every morning when he got up.
77:20Well, you said Hurts last on the list of good Eagles players.
77:24You said Hurts last on the list. Yeah. I didn't even say anything negative about Hurts.
77:28Anyway. You said Hurts is named 56 seconds into the clip.
77:32He's easily top 20 seconds. Just enjoy their fucking Super Bowl.
77:35God damn it. Hurts is like still on a plane going to Disney World for the MVP.
77:40People are like, fuck that. Any other so over so back?
77:44It's kind of very much over for Marvin Harrison Jr.
77:47I kind of tried to hold out and be a defender and be like, he's going to be fine.
77:52Yeah. Just a slow start. This used to be a normal type of trajectory for a young receiver.
77:58It takes a little while to get him into the, I don't know.
78:02I don't know. He might be bad. Zero targets, zero catches, zero yards and zero touchdowns today.
78:07Yeah, I didn't notice him. I watched the Seahawks game on my main screen.
78:11And I don't think I saw Marvin Harrison today.
78:14I didn't even see him. It's an unmitigated disaster.
78:17Was he on the field? I don't think he has the, the, he may not have the mental makeup to be an NFL starting player.
78:24Dude, this guy was the fourth overall pick in the NFL draft.
78:28That makes me feel better when we fuck up the fourth pick in fantasy drafts.
78:33What the hell is going on with this? I have a game for you guys.
78:37This is the worst pick than Corey Davis. Yes.
78:40Like Corey Davis is going to have a better career than Marvin Harrison Jr.
78:44Oh yeah. Laquan Treadwell has been in the league for 11 years.
78:48Yeah. Marvin Harrison, he might, I don't know how much longer he's going to be in the league.
78:53And I still, I think the answer is he can't deal with the physicality of it.
78:58And it's not just, he's not strong enough. Like I don't know what's going on with this guy.
79:04Is it the worst wide receiver pick in the history of the NFL draft?
79:08If it continues. There's a lot of them, Craig.
79:11And like, I'm not, Henry Ruggs is probably an answer there, but he, that was a difference.
79:16I'm saying like people who played the game and how highly they were picked.
79:20Four of these picked fourth. It's hard. It's hard because he had like 800 yards his rookie year.
79:25I mean. But maybe. I don't know. Maybe. Like maybe.
79:28It's hard to judge this early, but like, I mean.
79:31This early? Maybe. We're in year three. So. I didn't see him.
79:35I didn't. I didn't see him on the field.
79:38I have a game here. I watched the entire game.
79:41And I'm now thinking back. I'm like, I didn't see him.
79:44Where was he? Three guys who outscored Marvin Harrison Jr.
79:47Today at a lie. Okay. Lejonte Webster. Kaderil Hodge.
79:50Uh-huh. Colson Yankoff. What? Come on. And Bo Melton, who also plays defense.
79:54Colson Yankoff. Colson. Once again, I thought we weren't supposed to be doing that.
79:58Well, I mean. Colson Yankoff. He's not on the field.
80:01His last name is Yankoff. Is he on the commanders?
80:04Yeah. Yeah, he is. Well, Bo Melton did not.
80:07But Colson Yankoff did outscore Marvin Harrison Jr. Colson Yankoff.
80:10I didn't know that man existed. Yankoff. It's an interesting situation for the Cardinals because Jordan Jeremiah Love did not do a whole lot either.
80:18I know the Seahawks defense is very good and he's coming off of this injury from the preseason.
80:23But the returns on having two top four picks at skill position players, you just want more from those two guys.
80:29I know that Jeremiah Love is going to be.
80:32I think he's going to be just fine. He looks great.
80:36But the Cardinals today had 151 yards of offense, 3.2 yards per play, 3 of 12 on third down.
80:41And they got zero targets and zero catches and zero yards and zero touchdowns from Marvin Harrison Jr., who was the fourth
80:48overall pick two years ago or in 2024. And then Jeremiah Love, nine rushes for 29 yards.
80:53He was the third pick this year. It's just like it's got to be so frustrating to watch that.
80:59It's like you want more from it. I know.
81:02And again, I think Jeremiah Love's going to be fine.
81:05I'm not like freaking out about him. But Marvin Harrison is very worrisome at this point.

81:40Visit Carhartt.com slash join the trades to learn more.
81:43All right. Well, appropriately, it's time for far to shart.
81:46America's favorite segment. And possibly going to be sponsored by High Rocks.
81:49I don't know if you guys saw the High Rocks shart situation.
81:53Yeah. Where that woman won that competition and then turned out that she had sharted and kind of left some shart all
82:00over a lot of the equipment people were supposed to use.
82:03I did not see that. Well, it's a huge controversy.
82:06She had to, I believe she had to rescind the title.
82:09Because she pooped on everything? Yeah. She pooped on a lot.
82:13What do you mean? Not everything. Just a lot.
82:15What do you mean? So there was a race.
82:18What is High Rocks? I don't actually know that either.
82:21What is it? So this is NBC News. The international indoor sports competition, High Rocks, apologized after an incident in Beijing where
82:28a runner was allowed to continue a race after soiling herself during the event.
82:32And this is soiling herself. It's a mix of running and then high intensity exercises.
82:37So I think it's like, you know, it's like, you know, sled pushes, poles, burpees, rowing, lunges.
82:42You have to carry sandbags. Workout competition? Yes. And running.
82:45I thought this was just like, yeah, running. But it's- They're in a gym on equipment.
82:50Yes. Oh. So during some of that stuff, she sharted.
82:53She was like- I mean, she was pushing heavy weight and then it just kind of happened.
82:58So there was shark kind of, you know, coming out.
83:01She was leaking. And the other people were really mad that they then had to do all this stuff amidst her shark.
83:08I get that. Situation. Couldn't they just wipe it up and then restart or something?
83:12I don't know. They could have, but they did not.
83:15Like the guys at the NBA games with like the big broom thing.
83:19Exactly. Mop up the key if someone falls. Exactly.
83:22They're prepared. Weird. So the statement they made, High Rocks made a mistake by not reacting immediately during the race.
83:28In the end, it is my job to foresee these potential incidents that I did not.
83:33And then Annie says, and then I got to tell Mike McCarthy.
83:37Yeah. He says, Mike McCarthy's got to tell him what plays to call.
83:40What were they supposed to do? Like she was a streaker?
83:44Like run out there and tackle her? I don't know.
83:47It's like a caution lap in NASCAR or whatever.
83:50They need to fucking stop shit and get the people out there to take care of the hazmat stuff.
83:55Oh, that's good. Brown flag. Yeah. Yeah. The brown flag.
83:58All right. So DK. Yeah. What? Speaking of sharting.
84:01God. All over the place. I want to talk about the Chicago Bears pass catchers.
84:06Colston Loveland, Luther Burden, and Roma Dunze through two weeks.
84:09Colston Loveland has one catch for three yards. I'll say that again.
84:12Colston Loveland through two weeks has one catch for three yards.
84:16Luther Burden has eight catches for 95 yards and Roma Dunze has five catches for 95 yards.
84:21None of them have touchdowns. I'd like you to go through each of these three players and assign shart or fart.
84:27I mean, they're all sharts at this point. I'm rescinding.
84:30I'm rescinding my unequivocal word that I said last time.
84:33I was way too strong about that. I think the Loveland thing, I feel like he's already underplayed his draft position.
84:40Like it's already over in terms of like the value that you could have got.
84:44We talked about this going into the year. I was like, this guy, he's getting drafted really high for a very small
84:51sample of what he did last year. One catch in three yards in two games?
84:56They scored 59 points in week one. And then the burden.
84:59So I don't know. Obviously, I'm kind of being hyperbolic here.
85:02I do think I think Loveland will be more involved in the passing game.
85:06But I do kind of I'm like a little worried it's already over.
85:10Like he's not going to be what we thought he was.
85:14Number two burden. The other egregiously overpriced guy probably.
85:16He's not playing enough, Craig. He leads his team in targets.
85:20He's not playing very much. He's playing. He played like 55% of snaps today.
85:24He put in on the year. He's played like 65%.
85:27That's that's a huge red flag. He might get better as the year goes on.
85:32And then a dunes a I don't know. He's just underwhelming.
85:35That's all. He's a good catch. Khalif Raymond looks better than Luther burden, which is weird.
85:40Get the fuck. Luther burden at the best catch of the day for the for the bears.
85:45He had like a super difficult catch in the rain that like saved their drive.
85:50Yeah, we texted about it. DK was like, wow, what a catch by burden.
85:54I know. I'm not saying that he's a bad player.
85:57I'm saying the relative to where he was drafted and the expectations like a Marvin Harrison thing.
86:02It's worrisome. It's very worrisome that he's only playing like 55, 60, 65% of the snap.
86:07I think I don't disagree with what you're saying.
86:10What's his name? Raymond is like the number one receiver on the team.
86:14I think I agree. The snaps are not great.
86:16But I don't think Luther. Like, I think Marvin Harrison Jr.
86:20is bad. I agree that the snap stuff's not great.
86:23But I think Luther burden is is great. I think that Colson Loveland is like the easiest by low.
86:28And I think it might continue for a couple of weeks.
86:32But if the person who has Colson Loveland starts out like oh and three.
86:36Then and Caleb's out like a month, then Colson Loveland is going to be like the easiest by low.
86:42You got to be. You got to be the bravest fucking person I've ever met to start level next week.
86:48Well, you got brass balls if you start Colson Loveland next week.
86:52Should that be power hour this week? We rank his three targets?
86:55Should we power rank Colson Loveland's three targets of the season?
86:58DK, Roma Dunes, they only 67% of the snaps.
87:01Yeah. That's another one that's very concerning. They're like doing the they're doing the Broncos thing where they rotate a bunch of guys.
87:08It's worrisome. It's very worrisome. So you're going with a triple shart.
87:12The rare triple shart. You don't see that often.
87:15Yeah. Again, I don't think these are bad players.
87:17I think relative to expectations for fantasy, it's a shart.
87:20So you're benching them. But the question is not retroactively relative to their when they're it's like is it a shart right now?
87:27And again, the rule is a fart is something smelly that will go away.
87:32And a shart is something needs to change. Yes.
87:34It's a shart. Something needs to change. So you're not playing into burn next week.
87:39Dunesay need to play more. So you're not playing a Dunesay or Lutheran or Loveland next week.
87:44Well, Loveland, fuck no. I'll wait till he gets more than one catch in a game.
87:49How about that? And then burn in Dunesay. It's like more complicated.
87:53That just depends on your team. But like I'm very nervous about playing them.
87:57I have I have burden in a bunch of leagues and I was high on him, too.
88:02But it worries me a lot to play him next week because it's just the usage isn't where you want you want it to be.
88:10He's just again, I think it was like 55% of snaps today.
88:13It's coming off the field too much. And they were terrible this year.
88:17This is raining. It was the Vikings. I thought the 59 point game he made some good plays.
88:23I feel I feel like I'm not I'm not going to over.
88:26I so again, we were quibbling over, I guess, like the rules of what a shart is.
88:31But like the way that Heifetz puts it, I do think something needs to change for him to be a fantasy star.
88:38Okay. Big words. Oh, there's your candidates here. Anyone else?
88:41Smelling smell. I've got a handful here. We can.
88:44Do you want to do like a quick, quick round on farter shart?
88:48Just give me the give me the lightning round farter shart.
88:51Sure. Go ahead. Terry McLaurin. Shart. Okay. He's been completely mogged by Stefan Diggs.
88:55Stefan Diggs is the number one receiver in that offense.
88:58Not Terry McLaurin. And now Jaden Daniels is hurt.
89:01I mean, Terry McLaurin was wide open for a touchdown that I forget who was a receiver threw it to him and screwed up.
89:08Jalen Lane missed him. He was thrown on the run.
89:12If he just stopped instead of his feet, it would have been an easy touchdown.
89:16And then he like did catch a touchdown that they kind of overturned where like he and the defensive back caught at the same time.
89:24That also could have been a touchdown. But yeah, Terry had like a bad game that also could have been like three touchdowns.
89:31But that. Yeah. But that's the story of his life.
89:34But it's I mean, because the Jaden Dan, I'm just like, this is a shart.
89:38I do not feel good about Terry McLaurin. Terry needs Jaden Daniels as much as anybody.
89:43Like it's all about the connection. Marcus Mariota cannot throw the kind of passes Terry needs to succeed, to be honest.
89:49Okay. Accepted. Number two, George Pickens. Sorry. Number two.
89:52That was not pun. Not intended. George Pickens. Okay.
89:55Yeah. I'm not going to freak out. Okay. Yeah.
89:58He scored seven points this year. CeeDee Lamb is 31.
90:01Yeah. I mean, I'm starting to get a little worried.
90:04Yeah. They all came at the end. They mostly came at the end when Dak wanted the record that Dak passed Tony
90:10Romo for most touchdowns in Cowboys history. A lot of the CD production.
90:14He had a hundred yards and a touchdown at halftime.
90:17Yeah. And he was playing well. But I'm saying that the over, but CD didn't, I just, I'm not 90 yards in the first quarter.
90:25Yes. But you're not benching George Pickens. Because like CD lamb, like these numbers look worse because of the ending when it was garbage time.
90:33Okay. So shart for McLaurin fart for Pickens. Number three, Baker Mayfield.
90:36What do we do with Baker Mayfield? I think this is a shart.
90:40I think the bucks are terrible. I'm like worried.
90:43I'm very worried. I Baker at to be kind was pressing big.
90:47Honestly, I think it's so over for Baker. He lost to Deshaun Watson at home.
90:51Baker was outplayed by Deshaun Watson in Tampa. That's not good.
90:54It's not good. It was straight up outplayed by Deshaun Watson today.
90:58He was definitely pressing because it was a Cleveland revenge game and he was throwing downfield.
91:03Honestly, Baker. I thought he played really poorly. So the Buccaneers lost to the Browns 23-19.
91:08Should we? Maybe we should pause this conversation and pick it up in two and a half hours because that's what they had to do with the game.
91:16They got 58 minutes in and then there was a giant storm that like flooded the field and everything.
91:22And I get that it's hard to do the game winning drive to two hours, but I'm like, you did have two
91:29and a half hours to script a drive. They almost had it like he was blaming.
91:34He basically was like the wet field made every the timing off.
91:37But dude, I don't know what to make of this game.
91:41Deshaun Watson played okay. And then it seemed like God was trying to smite everyone involved just because it was such a strange situation going on.
91:49I don't know what was going on. It seemed like God's wrath was invoked.
91:53But I. Florida. Yeah, it's probably just Florida. Greg.
91:56Greg Allman had this great stat that the Buccaneers since week eight last year are three and ten, which is the only
92:02teams better or worse than that are the Titans, Washington and the Cardinals.
92:06It looks like the Buccaneers have been really bad for a long time.
92:10And it's a bummer because we I mean, we kind of started talking ourselves into Tampa Bay by the end of August.
92:17You know, we were like, I mean, Ibuka got saved by a touchdown today.
92:21But I'm terrified about him. I mean, they're just like Baker, just like they just can't move the ball down the field.
92:28And it's like, well, we were like, well, the Bucs are kind of like the charge.
92:33We're like, well, the charges where we're like, well, there'll be healthier this year.
92:37And it turns out that Baker was kind of just running around, pulling stuff out of his ass and just making stuff work last year.
92:44And it was really cool to watch. But it's incredibly unsustainable.
92:48He looks like he doesn't know the play. Like, it looks like he's like, doesn't have a headset and he just snaps the ball and figures it out.
92:56It looks like he's just ripping passes. That's very true, Craig, because the stat I was going to throw at you guys
93:03is he's been sacked seven times in two games this year, which is 27th in the NFL.
93:08And his pressure to sack rate is almost 40 percent.
93:11And only two quarterbacks, Cooper, Rush and Carson Wentz are worse right now.
93:15So in other words, when he gets pressured, bad things happen.
93:18He gets sacked. He gets turnovers. And like Craig said, it almost just looks like he's winging it half the time.
93:25Yeah. Anytime he starts to do like that little scoot thing where he tries to scoot past the guy and holds the
93:31ball kind of out to like avoid getting strip sacked or whatever.
93:35Um, I'm like, oh, this is gonna I just feel like this is gonna end badly.
93:40So I just feel he is not playing. Yeah, he's not playing in the structure of the offense nearly enough.
93:46He's trying to do too much. It feels like he's pressing and he's making a lot of mistakes.
93:52And he's been he's been basically just bad the first two weeks.
93:55Hopefully that changes. But I'm starting to get a little worried.
93:58I kind of think between the tropical storm that had this two hour delay and also just him just trying way too hard because it was Cleveland.
94:07But he also he had it's more than that.
94:09He had it Buka in the end zone on fourth and 11 to win the game.
94:14Yeah, he missed it. And he missed him. He did.
94:17Um, so Ted Hurst also should have had like two touchdowns.
94:21But, you know, uh, OK, intrusive thoughts. Do you guys have any, uh, unwanted ideation during today's games?
94:26Yeah. Again, intrusive thought. I'm like, what if Drake May is just Carson Wentz?
94:30Oh, no. I don't know. Two dudes from. Yeah.
94:33Two dudes from North Carolina who in their second year were runner up MVPs and led their team to the best record in the NFL.
94:41Dual threat dudes. Big guys. Big arm. Mobile. And then what if it just kind of goes away?
94:46Um, that is kind of eerie. I don't like that at all.
94:50Um, but yeah, he's looked really, he's looked really out of sorts this year.
94:54It's the same thing. Second year Wentz was like Eagles were 11 and two.
94:58He was probably maybe going to win the MVP before he got hurt.
95:02And then it just kind of never materialized. And I'm like, well, Drake May does not look very good anymore.
95:08I don't know what it is. Just like, I don't know what happened to Carson Wentz.
95:13Um, yeah, I think May last year, it was like almost unsustainable.
95:17The high degree of difficulty that he was operating is like, he was the, he was the best deep ball thrower and
95:24most efficient deep ball thrower in the NFL. Um, and I was like, it just kind of did feel like, I don't
95:30know if he's going to be able to recreate that, especially against a stronger, um, you know, opponent schedule.
95:36And I'm not quite, I'm not ready to jump ship, but that is, that is a terrifying comp that you just threw out.
95:43Intrusive thought. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I don't believe it, but it's, it's festering.
95:47Yeah. I, uh, I, I didn't have an intrusive, well, I have intrusive thoughts, but I really had more of an involuntary sound that I made.
95:55Uh, when the Kobe Durant play happened and that cowboy defender, he got his balls stomped by the other guy.
96:01I, I yelped, I yipped like a small dog.
96:04You yipped like Matthew Reese in Widow's Bay. Yes.
96:06Jackie and the cat like leapt up off the couch because I was so loud.
96:11It was just like, I, I actually like, I didn't know I could make the sound.
96:16It was so violent looking. It was like a Tarantino thing.
96:19You know, all of his weights. Squishy. It's like grinding into his dick.
96:23They like, like Tarantino brings in the best sound guy to like make the noise of his dick getting squished by that.
96:30Every, even like Romo and what's like, man, we'll take a second for that.
96:34Everyone's just like, like they're just their hearts in their stomach at that point.
96:38Ooh. What's it called? When you take the, you put someone's teeth on the sidewalk curb stomp.
96:43Yeah. It was like a curb stomp for your fucking balls.
96:47Oh yeah. That is there like that. I'm not gonna, I've been thinking about it all night.
96:52I can't get that thing out. That was the most horrible.
96:55You know why? The angle was brutal. It was, it was there, the foot, the cleat, it was there so long.
97:02It was so long. It was so perfectly placed.
97:04It was like a jackass fucking cliff or something.
97:07Yeah. Jackass. I don't know if they do that on jackass.
97:10It was like too much for jackass. It's like Steve-O would say no.
97:14A 200 pound man who's gonna dig his cleat into the back of your balls.
97:19And it was also like, he only tripped on the guy's foot.
97:23So it was like he tripped over themself. It was his teammate, which somehow made it worse.
97:28He also stepped on his back too, just for good measure.
97:31It's like he hits him right in the butthole and then he also steps on his back.
97:36It was like the entirety of his gooch. Yeah, I think maybe the toe got in the asshole too, perhaps.
97:42It is everywhere. I, I, that was a brutal shower, I bet.
97:46Oh my. I, oh. Yeah. The cleats are just so apparent in this video.
97:50That's like where the spikes go. I'm watching this over and over now.
97:54And like the lower back stomp is almost as bad.
97:57He's like, oh. Like I wouldn't be surprised if he's not playing next week.
98:01It's so brutal. It's the, it's kind of one of the.
98:05It seems wrong to say that's one of the worst things you see in a football field.
98:10Like that's definitely not true. And yet it's, it's stuck with me.
98:14Sorry. I don't, I don't mean to laugh. I'm sorry that that happened to you.
98:18I'm sorry to Kobe Durant. But God, it's brutal.
98:21It was like, it was like a cartoon stomp.
98:24Like it couldn't have drawn it up any better.
98:26You know why? You know why? It's, it's, it's because instead of being able to step up off it, all his weight.
98:33Yeah. It's like all of his weight is on there for so long.
98:37I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. Oh, anyway.
98:40Yeah. Another intrusive thought. Not, not really an intrusive, not really intrusive.
98:44It's something negative. I just kind of just hit me as I was watching.
98:48So there's a kicker out there named Trey Smack.
98:51I think that's the coolest kicker name ever. Yeah.
98:53Trey Smack. It's amazing. He's hitting a three. I think that's the best kicker name ever.
98:58And it came, his first kick was like just smacking a three.
99:02Yeah. Like I was going through all the kicker, I was like, that's the best kicker name ever.
99:07We found it. It's Trey Smack. He did it.
99:10That's the best name. No notes. The only other thing I had was that we don't have Ick of the Week anymore,
99:17but I'm going to do a flex category for Ick of the Week.
99:21Justin Herbert in the pistols and Ick. Okay. Tua should be in the pistol, not Justin fucking Herbert.
99:26Get him out of the pistol. I want him under center or in shotgun.
99:30I don't like the pistol. The pistol is when something's wrong with an offense in the NFL.
99:36The pistol doesn't work. The pistol is like when you're like, oh, well, this guy's a linebacker.
99:41Safety will help play two positions like Travis Hunter.
99:43You end up doing neither. Pistol is like it's all the benefits of understanding shotgun.
99:48It's actually ends up being all the weaknesses of under center, but also all the weaknesses of shotgun.
99:53It's the worst of both worlds. Yes. It's the worst of both worlds.
99:57I don't like how I see him there. Okay.
100:00Every time I see it, I'm like, nah. Get under center.
100:04Have him back up three feet for Christ's sake.
100:06It looks stupid. He's shotgun in the running backs behind him.
100:10Stupid. Wimpy, wimpy, wimpy. DK got any? Brian Thomas Jr.
100:13might not be very good. He might just stink.
100:15I don't know. What's going on with this guy?
100:18He had two big drops today. He is third on the team in fantasy points at receiver.
100:23Kind of DK Metcalf vibes out of him, to be honest.
100:27Yeah. I hate when body catchers jump, but they don't gotta.
100:30Like when you're jumping to catch a ball, but you kind of just won't put your arms out.
100:35I'm like, that's a bad thing. It's pretty crazy how Parker Washington has just taken command of the Jags so quickly.
100:42Like, yeah. Now you're like, God, if it wasn't for him, Brian Thomas stinks.
100:46Jacoby Myers is fine. You have like, you know, Travis Hunter's not really playing receiver.
100:51You're like, they are really dependent now on Parker Washington, who's like amazing.
100:55I can't, I'm having, I mean, I'm sure there's been other instances of this and it's pretty common, but like the Parker
101:01Washington hype translating immediately to, to the season is kind of shocking.
101:05Yeah. You know, it's like, wow. It's actually even better than we thought.
101:09Yeah. He's like immediately a top 15 wide receiver in the league.
101:12I think he's one of the top five guys in target rate so far this year at receiver.
101:18Yeah. And he did, he just looks, he looks like a Monroe.
101:22It mixed with, he just like totally has the juice.
101:25He's second in target rate this year to JSN.
101:27Yeah. So, yeah, I mean, it's, that's translated immediately.
101:30I'm just starting to be worried that Brian Thomas was a flash in the pan that, that one year.
101:36And I don't know, man, I was concerned by Brian Thomas today.
101:39Uh, okay. Quote of the day. I just, I, Brady, Tom Brady said both piss missile on air.
101:45And then he also said, he just, he just reacted to the Jaden Daniels elbow thing on air and said, oh shit.
101:52And then it was like, oh, excuse my language.
101:54Sorry. Which I enjoyed. I actually liked these two things.
101:57I think these are both complimentary. It was a piss missile to CD lamb.
102:02And then he said, oh shit. When Jaden hit his elbow.
102:05Made him more relatable. That was when I saw Jaden Daniels elbow bend.
102:09I was like, that was also what I said.
102:12I was like, oh my God. Yeah. Yeah. Honestly, I was kind of shocked at how restrained they were when Kobe Duran's balls got stomped.
102:19Yeah. I kind of can't believe Brady didn't say anything for that.
102:23They were just like, ooh, yeah. No. Where's that toe going?
102:26We'll go to a timeout for that. Um, I have a, I have a, well, yeah, well, Brady.
102:32Yeah, no, that is good. Can I ask you guys a question about today?
102:36This is not about Brady. This is not a quote, but it's celebration of the day.
102:41Okay. We got to talk about this Jamar Chase T Higgins touchdown celebration they're doing.
102:45Yeah. I don't know if I saw it. It's the arm out.
102:49That. Is that like, like laying the dick on the table?
102:52What is it? I think that is what it means.
102:55I think it's literally like, yeah, let your dick drop.
102:58And I kind of can't believe that T Higgins did it last week and they just let him keep doing it.
103:05Jamar Chase just made the play of the year and was like, let my dick drop.
103:10And I'm like, dude, a peace sign is taunting.
103:12Like you can't say peace to another player. I just, I don't know.
103:16I kind of, it's weird what they let happen.
103:19The NFL, the, the, the obvious and easy answer is the NFL doesn't know what it means yet.
103:25And they're soon to know. Nobody, nobody tell them.
103:27Um, I think they should let it go. They should let it play.
103:31Well, you can't do the peace sign during the play.
103:34Like you can't taunt people while you're scoring. I think if you scored a touchdown, you could put up the peace sign.
103:41That's true. Yeah. In that case, they're like, we're happy that you're promoting peace.
103:45But if Jamar Chase was running down the sideline and kind of dropping his arm between his legs, I don't think he could do that.
103:53I guess that would be taunting. Taunting is the lamest penalty.
103:56It's like, who gives us? Like, who cares? It's like, you can knock the guys unconscious, but you can't like.
104:02So running into the end zone, they can't like do something.
104:06They can't celebrate on their way in. Can't have fun.
104:09Aaron Jones's helmet's going flying. A man's taint was just destroyed.
104:12And that's fine. He will never recover. Dude. I'm thinking about him like having to go home and talk to his wife.
104:19You know that scene in like the, this is 40.
104:22Yeah. Which just has to spread. You know what I mean?
104:25I just feel like that's, oh man. I just, poor guy.
104:28Worst ref or coach decision of the day. I mean, I could go for a while on Aaron Glenn.
104:34I don't know how long we want to do it, but Aaron Glenn, put on one of the worst fourth quarter coaching performances I've ever seen.
104:42And the Jets were almost 2-0 for the first time since 2015.
104:46Oh, they were in control of that game, man.
104:48They played well. The Jets might not be a bad team.
104:52And they were at a 10 point lead in the fourth quarter.
104:55And he made three truly moron, moron level plays.
104:58Like the fourth and one tied minute left. He runs it out of the gun, which was like insane to me.
105:04And then the big one was the left, no timeout with the minute left.
105:09The Green Bay throws it. You got to explain it.
105:12It's unbelievable. Unbelievable. The Packers threw the ball to Christian Watson with a minute left.
105:16And Green Bay then had a fourth and five.
105:19The Jets had two timeouts. And they did not call one.
105:22They let it run all the way down. Even LaFleur after in the press conference was like, I don't know what the Jets were doing.
105:30I can't believe they didn't call a timeout. There was a minute left.
105:34They could have gotten the ball back. And instead, the Packers run the ball all the way down.
105:39And they throw a Hail Mary. And they go to overtime.
105:43And then they get to overtime. And Aaron Glenn takes the ball first.
105:47Which is what you're not supposed to do. And they fucking lose.
105:50And it was a master class in stupidity. It really was.
105:54And Aaron Glenn's explanation for, again, so the Packers were pretending they'd run a play in fourth and five at midfield.
106:00First of all, you should be hoping they're going to run a play at fourth and five at midfield.
106:06If you're a defensive coach, you're like, so we get to stop?
106:09We could just go 10, 15 yards and get a field goal?
106:13But Aaron Glenn literally was like, I didn't even think about taking a timeout there.
106:18Didn't even consider it. To be honest, it sounds like he didn't even...
106:22Because they could pin us with a punt. And then we would be stuck.
106:26He's more worried about taking his safety or being pinned back and having a punt back and having it blocked than he is about scoring.
106:33I think you're giving him too much credit. I think he just said that because it was the first thing that popped
106:40into his head at the press conference. Because even that doesn't make any sense.
106:44I actually think he didn't have an answer. He just made something up.
106:48I think Aaron Glenn, he seems like a really nice guy and a great motivator and all this stuff.
106:54But Aaron Glenn is... He's maybe the worst in-game coach with clock management I've ever seen.
106:59Like, he's up there with Nate Hackett and Vance Joseph and like, Aaron Glenn, the most...
107:04Again, would you rather have the ball with a minute or not?
107:07And he just was like, we're good. It's insane.
107:10He's like, I was worried about them pinning us.
107:13I'm like, I actually... You should just say, like, I'm not answering that question.
107:17I would have preferred that than you give me that.
107:20I don't know how you can be in football as long...
107:24Again, I know I keep bringing it up with this Jets-Broncos-London game last year, which people probably did not watch.
107:30But they literally changed their mind on whether they were going to score in the middle of the drive.
107:35Like, they were literally like... We're like, ah, we'll just knee out the clock.
107:40And then they just changed their minds. It was the worst clock management I've ever seen.
107:45I've never seen a team change their mind in the middle of a fucking two-minute drill on whether they were trying to score or not.
107:52There was one of those great stats out there about how iconic this loss was.
107:57So the Jets became the first team on record since 1941 to lose a game when holding an opponent to less than
108:03200 yards, the opponent has 100-plus yards of penalties, and you win the turnover margin by one or more.
108:09Entering today, teams were 44-0 in that spot. Dude, it's so bad.
108:13The Jets... The Jets played well. Gino played well.
108:15They should have won that game. The Jets should be 2-0, and the Packers should have been 0-2.
108:21And the Packers would have been in quite the hole, and the Packers really got their ass saved.
108:26DK, any other things you... Lucille Bluth, I don't understand the stat line.
108:30I won't respond to it. Just anything that confused you today?
108:34I don't know if you guys have already talked about this, or maybe this is a common thing, but I saw a
108:40graphic today of Matt Ryan, and it just said, Matt Ryan, President of Football.
108:45That's his title. I looked it up. I googled it, and his title, generally, is President of Football.
108:50Yeah. Is that something that a lot of teams have?
108:53Because if they do... Almost always President of Football Operations.
108:56He's the President of Football? Why didn't anyone tell me this?
109:00Are you sure you're right about this? Yeah. I fucking looked it up.
109:03He's the President of Football. He's just on the side.
109:07He's the President of Football. He's like... Matt Ryan's like, look, I know you guys got to make up a thing for
109:13me because you just want to hire me because I'm a fan favorite or whatever.
109:18I want to be the President of Football. It's like his son decided the title.
109:22President of Football. That's good. Anyway, both of the starting quarterbacks of the Falcons today ended with negative points in fantasy.
109:29Jack Strand. That's crazy. 8 for 15, 59 yards, a pick and a fumble loss.
109:33He had negative .04 points. Cooper Rush, even worse.
109:3610 of 17 for 86 yards, two picks and a fumble.
109:39Negative .56 points. The Falcons have yet to find the red zone.
109:43They are the first team since 2008 to do that.
109:46I loved that. That's so bad. It was awesome timing where this guy had to sign a Falcons fan that said, we want Strand.
109:53Which is like the most depressing, pathetic thing I've ever seen.
109:57And then they bring in Strand and he throws a pick six at his first pass.
110:01They desperately want the guy who didn't even play D1.
110:05We want Strand. It's so good. He made that sign for week two.
110:08He's like, I'm sick of this. We deserve Strand.
110:11Pick six. Now might be a good time for- Jack Strand was undrafted.
110:15It's week two. He's like, we demand the undrafted Jack Strand.
110:18By the way, hey guys, guess what? The Falcons, the next three weeks are in prime time.
110:24What's his sign going to say next week? What's next?
110:27What can he demand? Give us the Penix. Is the Penix in yet?
110:31We demand to be taken seriously. Is the Penix in yet?
110:34Put the Penix in. Put the Penix in. Is the Penix in yet?
110:38Put the Penix on the table. I can't feel it.
110:41Is it in? I just, that was the saddest thing I've ever seen.
110:45It was a huge sign. We want Strand. Was that Strand's brother?
110:49Who was that? Look, they're really engaged in this.
110:51The Falcons are playing in Thursday night football this week, sorry, next week, the next week after that Monday night football and
110:58then the week after that Sunday night football. Oh yeah, three prime time.
111:02They're allowed to flex that but they never have in week five.
111:06I think they might flex the Ravens out. Oh, not if the president of football has anything to do with it.
111:12You think he's going to flex his own team out?
111:15He's going to fucking veto that shit. He's actually higher than Goodell.
111:19If the pennies is in, maybe they'll keep it.
111:21Serious question. I don't know what's going on with Tua.
111:24I don't know if he's shadow retired. Would you rather, do the Falcons play Cooper Rush or Strand again?
111:30How long until we just play Matt Ryan? How long until Matt Ryan should just play for the Falcons?
111:36Oh, that's a great question. Because then he'd be the president of, I mean, the president of football should probably also play football.
111:43He's got a president of football. He's got to also play.
111:46President of football is so funny. Maybe I'm just dumb and like every team has that but I was laughing so hard.
111:53No, they don't. We want, we want Strand. We demand Jack Strand.
111:57Enough. Enough. It's week two. I can't be doing this.
112:00It's week two. Enough of Cooper Rush. I didn't know who Jack Strand was three weeks ago but we, I demand him now.
112:07And then you can't open it's a fucking pig six.
112:10Pig six immediately. When he burned the sign after that, what do you do?
112:14I was like, what are you doing with the sign?
112:17The people around you in the stands are like, yeah, he's coming in and then he throws a pig six.
112:23To be clear, also, it wasn't like a sign that he drew on a piece of cardboard.
112:28It's like printed and laminated and there's graphic design on it.
112:31There's the, there's the Falcons logo. It almost looks like the Falcons made this.
112:36And handed it out when he went into the, went into the doors.
112:40Maybe this man is the assistant to the president of football.
112:43I don't know. I just, I just thought, I just thought that was so funny.
112:48I've never seen a sign like that. That's crazy.
112:50The Falcons, the, the run of things, you know, there was like a, there was a show, you know, Craig, I don't
112:57know if you've seen this but there was a show with David Cross where it was like the increasingly bad decisions of Todd something or other.
113:05It was like this show from, I don't even know when it was but I feel like that's what the Falcons are.
113:12It's like the increasingly bad decisions of the Atlanta Falcons.
113:15Every one of their big moves over the last like however many years, two or three years is, it's just like the worst decision ever.
113:22Them, them signing Kirk Cousins and then drafting Penix and then trading up to, to take the pass rusher whose name I'm forgetting right now.
113:30What's his name? Pierce. Pierce. Yeah. And then Jalen Walker, I like, but he's hurt.
113:34It's like, man, everything that could go wrong so far is like going wrong.
113:39Yeah. Relatedly, two tight ends to outscore Kyle Pitts and a lie.
113:42I just have two players to outscore Kyle Pitts and a lie.
113:46I have Ryan Miller, Cody White, and Mason Taylor.
113:49Cody White had like two touchdowns, didn't he? I was hoping you would forget.
113:53He was the guy with the weird dance. Ryan Miller had a touchdown.
113:57Yeah. I saw Mason Taylor have a catch or two.
114:00What was, what did Kyle Pitts do today? He had one catch of 15 yards.
114:04Man. We want Strand. We demand Jack Strand. They all three outscored him then.
114:09No, no, wait, is Miller, it was Cody White.
114:11Who's the other guy? Ryan Miller, Cody White. These aren't tight ends.
114:15No, they're not. They're receivers. I couldn't find tight ends who had less than 15 yards.
114:20All the guys had catches. What did Mason Taylor do today?
114:23Nothing. Okay. I had to find someone to get a literal zero.
114:27It was hard to find a tight end. He didn't have a catch?
114:31Shit, maybe it was one of their other tight ends then.
114:34Jets are kind of good. That's crazy. Burn book?
114:37Yeah. We have a, there's a deep bench today.
114:40What is the argument of, how could it not be Marvin Harrison Jr.?
114:44Even by the standards of, we hate this guy, don't draft him.
114:47He's been an abomination. The Cardinals aren't playing him.
114:50It probably is. I didn't see him today. I think my, my only argument is like, was he even like starting for people?
114:57Like, was he like the fifth guy on your team anyway?
115:00Fifth receiver? Like, was he really being played? Maybe he was.
115:04I can, here, let me, I'll look it up on Yahoo right now.
115:08Yeah. Cause I just wonder if he's already been relegated to like a fantasy bench player.
115:12You know, I'll tell you right now. Marvin Harrison was, he's rostered 90%.
115:16This week he was start, started in 19% of leagues, but Chris Ryan played him this week in the regular league.
115:23We got him. No points. Yeah. Chris Ryan played Marvin Harrison Jr.
115:26This week. Yeah. Do you, so do you think we, it should be him?
115:31It's the, what are we going to do? Not burn him.
115:34Who else do we got? Give us some, uh, I think Saquon Barkley juice for squeeze is way more frustrating.
115:40Saquon's been bad. He got hurt today. Got a stinger on the first play of the game.
115:45And then he came back and got like four more carries and then inexplicably finished the game.
115:50And then he's getting an MRI. I'm like, why if he's getting an MRI, why did they put it back in the game?
115:57MRI came back fast. No, no. After the game, he's like, I need to get an MRI now.
116:03Don't you wish all the players to come back?
116:06Before they went back to the MRI. Not if they were hurt enough to require an MRI.
116:11And only do four more carries. Right. Shit or get off the pot.
116:15You know what I mean? Should we, well, should we be burning Colston Loveland?
116:19We have the discord, Jordan, the discord ringer, fancy football.
116:22We have a burn book. Yeah. I mean, I mean, Loveland is who's more dead to people than Colston Loveland.
116:28Once again, if you have the brass balls to start Colston Loveland next week, it's Colston Loveland.
116:33He has fucking three yards in two weeks. Three yards in two weeks.
116:37He's the better tight end off the board this year.
116:40He's got three yards. That's a good point. Marvin Harrison Jr.
116:44Has outscored Colston Loveland. That is, that is a good point, man.
