Express Delivery is cutting Justin Herbert; Chargers offense is unplayable.

Express Delivery is out on Justin Herbert entirely; not even benching him but cutting him from consideration. The Chargers offense is dysfunctional under Mike McDaniel, and Herbert is deemed unplayable in fantasy.
