Davis Mattek on Dont'e Thornton

Thornton's 21-day window open; unclear playing time in tight-end-heavy Raiders offense.

Thornton is back at practice for the Raiders with his 21-day window open, but the source is uncertain how much he will play. The Raiders' offense is heavily dominated by their two tight ends with very little passing volume available after Bowers and Mayer, raising questions about whether Thornton is a better player than Jaylen Nailor and what role he will have.
