Tate was the first rookie wide receiver drafted and is second in total fantasy production with 60.3 points. He leads the rookie class with 2.0 yards per route run (excluding small sample-size players). He has performed well in a bad Titans offense with shaky quarterback play, dropping too many passes (8% drop rate) but compensating with tight coverage contested wins and fantastic ball skills. Matt Harmon is not worried about small mistakes and expects Tate to finish strong as a boundary receiver starter despite the Titans offense limiting his fantasy upside.
