Flowers limited to 21 snaps after being full-time vs. Colts; Ravens run-heavy.
Flowers played only 21 of approximately 60 offensive plays in Week 3 against Dallas, a significant reduction from his full-time role against Indianapolis in Week 2; the source attributes this to Ravens offensive line injuries and suggests the offense is still figuring out how potent they can be through the air beyond Lamar Jackson and Flowers, with the team running 21 of 30 offensive series starting with a rush versus only nine starting with a pass.
