Aaron Jones

NegativeValue39:06

The source expresses reluctance to roster Aaron Jones, citing concerns about Kevin O'Connell's offensive scheme and the Vikings' shift to a run-heavy approach that isn't producing results; the source notes the Vikings have been run-heavy in the first two games and started 12 of 21 series with a rush against Tampa Bay, but the runs aren't working well, raising questions about Jones's fantasy viability.

Insight page

Alec Pierce

PositiveInjury62:11

Alec Pierce went out during Week 3, creating a void in the Colts' wide receiver rotation. His absence led to increased target volume for Keenan Allen and other pass catchers, raising concerns about how target distribution will be affected going forward.

Insight page

Alvin Kamara

NegativeUsage22:38

Alvin Kamara received bobbling toss plays out of the backfield in Week 3, suggesting limited involvement in the Saints' offensive scheme despite the backfield disruption caused by Travis Hill's hamstring injury.

Insight page
NegativeRole26:15

Looked fine in an NFL sense but appears to be a 30-year-old running back who was never truly used as a do-it-all bell cow. The source recommends finding somebody else in the Saints backfield, indicating limited fantasy upside moving forward.

Insight page
NegativeInjury26:41

The source warns there will be significant issues in the Saints backfield if A-Chan (Alvin Kamara) is going to miss time; this suggests Kamara's absence would create a void in the offense.

Insight page

Baker Mayfield

NegativeInjury40:34

Baker Mayfield was hurt again on a final play of the game against Tampa Bay; the source references a similar injury pattern from a Rams game a few years prior, suggesting a pattern of injury concerns.

Insight page
NegativeRole43:43

The source notes that Baker Mayfield is 'a magnet to contact too often,' contributing to offensive line challenges for the Buccaneers despite the unit being expected to be a top-three offensive line heading into the season.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

NegativeRole52:25

Brian Thomas is playing half as many snaps as Parker Washington in the Jacksonville offense, establishing a clear depth chart hierarchy; the source emphasizes there is a complete total difference in snap share between Parker Washington and Brian Thomas, suggesting Thomas will not be a consistent fantasy option.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

PositiveProjection20:56

Brock Bowers was absolutely dominant in Week 3 against New Orleans with 116 yards and a touchdown; the source describes him as 'your tight end one' but effectively 'your wide receiver one for Las Vegas,' suggesting elite tier-one production despite being just back from knee injury at approximately 85-90% health.

Insight page
PositiveUsage22:18

Brock Bowers received hyper-target volume across the field in Week 3—short, down the field, and crossing routes—with opposing defenses putting two defenders on him; he looked unstoppable and couldn't be stopped despite the defensive attention.

Insight page
PositiveValue25:25

The source now prefers Brock Bowers over Ashton Gentry for the rest of the season, indicating a shift in tight end rankings. While Gentry was a no-discussion top-12 pick two weeks ago, Bowers has moved ahead in the source's rankings due to Gentry's recent struggles.

Insight page

Bryce Young

NegativeProjection68:23

Young was pressured on 30 of 48 passing attempts (61% pressure rate), severely limiting his effectiveness. He threw 50 times but the offensive line collapse and receiver injuries (Jalen Coker's quad) forced him into difficult situations, with limited separation from receivers outside of T-Mac.

Insight page
NegativeProjection68:25

Bryce Young did not play particularly well in Week 3 against Cleveland but showed flashes of his college form in the fourth quarter. The source notes Young can be magical in the pocket when escaping pressure, but sometimes his scrambling instincts get him in trouble—he had Tommy Trimble wide open for a touchdown but chose to roll around and get sacked instead.

Insight page
NegativeProjection69:14

Young missed inexcusable passes in Week 3 against Cleveland, an uncharacteristic performance for him this season; he was stepped on by his offensive lineman and dealt with an ankle issue throughout the game, which may have contributed to his inability to hit throws he connected on in weeks 1-2, including an overthrown deep ball to Jalen Coker that should have been a touchdown.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveUsage28:24

Lamb had seven catches for 112 yards but did not find the end zone; the source notes he was all over the place in the Cowboys' loss to the Ravens.

Insight page

Chris Godwin

NegativeProjection40:59

Chris Godwin had an 85-yard touchdown nullified due to a holding penalty by right tackle Luke Kadecki; the source calls Godwin 'unplayable' and expresses frustration about his fantasy viability going forward, despite the near-miss touchdown.

Insight page

Chris Moore

PositiveUsage27:37

Moore scored a short touchdown catch during the Ravens' 24-3 run in their comeback win over the Cowboys.

Insight page

Chris Olave

PositiveUsage20:41

Chris Olave's usage began to expand in Week 3; he crossed 100 yards in the fourth quarter, signaling increased offensive involvement and target opportunity.

Insight page
NegativeRole25:57

The source mentions Olave as a known Saints receiver in the context of discussing the Saints offense and tight end production, noting that the Saints have four touchdowns from tight ends (Olave and Jawan Johnson) and that fantasy players may have both in their lineups.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

NegativeUsage60:43

Chuba Hubbard's Week 3 stat line looked respectable from a yards-per-carry standpoint, but the first half was non-existent; he had 10 carries for 18 yards in the first half as the Panthers could not move the ball at all, indicating offensive struggles beyond his individual performance.

Insight page
NegativeUsage65:54

Hubbard was heavily featured early but ineffectively; the Panthers ran him 10 times for 18 yards in the first half, averaging just 1.8 yards per carry. Despite Bryce Young throwing 50 times, the Panthers' offensive line injuries (Hunt early, Jalen Coker's quad injury) and defensive pressure (Young pressured on 61% of attempts) limited the running game's effectiveness.

Insight page
NegativeUsage69:20

Chuba Hubbard was run 10 times for 18 yards in the first half of Week 3 against Cleveland, averaging 1.8 yards per carry. The source notes the Panthers kept slamming the ball to Hubbard despite poor efficiency, suggesting ineffective run game execution.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

NegativeUsage2:16

DJ Moore had a couple of chunk plays over the middle in the Bills-Chargers game, nearly scoring a touchdown on one play; his production was part of the Bills' fine offensive performance in the second half despite the team's five turnovers.

Insight page
NegativeUsage10:00

DJ Moore returned from missing Week 2 and saw 10 targets on 26 Josh Allen dropbacks in Week 3, a huge target volume. The source indicates the Bills offense will funnel targets between Moore and Dalton Kincaid, suggesting Moore's role is significant but shared.

Insight page

D'Onta Foreman

NegativeUsage66:08

McMillan received only five targets despite Bryce Young throwing 50 times in the game, raising questions about his role in the Panthers' offense. The source notes this was potentially an off day or the first time Carolina faced a hot defense, but the discrepancy between volume and targets is concerning.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

NegativeUsage0:58

Dalton Kincaid fumbled the ball on a yards-after-catch moment in the Bills-Chargers game, contributing to the Bills' five turnovers; the fumble was not a result of exceptional Chargers defensive play but rather a fluky turnover.

Insight page
NegativeRole9:25

Kincaid has been on a heater to start the season. The source notes that DJ Moore's absence last week likely benefited Kincaid, but with Moore returning and seeing 10 targets on 26 Josh Allen dropbacks, the offense will funnel targets between the two. The source is not worried about Kincaid's Week 3 performance being a one-off; he's expected to remain a consistent contributor despite not smashing every week.

Insight page

Daniel Jones

NegativeProjection39:06

Daniel Jones struggled in Week 3 against Houston, completing passes with no throws beyond 20 air yards (0 for 3 with an interception). The Colts' offensive line was exposed by elite pass rushers Willie Anderson and Daniil Hunter, forcing Jones into a conservative, quick-hitting passing attack. He had an early fumble and threw a prayer pass on third-and-six that resulted in an interception while under heavy pressure. The source notes this was an un-Colts-like performance with only 235 passing yards and 89 rushing yards total.

Insight page

De'Von Achane

NegativeInjury62:00

Devon Achane left the Chiefs-Dolphins game early in Week 3 with a knee injury sustained on an awkward tackle; post-game reports did not sound optimistic, with fears of an ACL or meniscus injury, raising serious concerns about his availability going forward.

Insight page

Demond Claiborne

NegativeUsage42:58

DeMond Claiborne had three carries for one total yard in the Vikings game, reflecting the Vikings' run-heavy scheme that isn't producing results; this minimal production despite the run-heavy approach raises concerns about his fantasy viability.

Insight page

Denzel Boston

NegativeUsage67:14

Denzel Boston had 2 receptions for 41 yards in Week 3 against Carolina, representing minimal production in a Browns offense that struggled to generate consistent offensive output.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

NegativeUsage27:51

Henry was stopped at least twice on turnover on downs in third and fourth and short situations, including once on the goal line, suggesting ineffectiveness in short-yardage situations despite two touchdown catches in the Ravens' 24-3 run.

Insight page
NegativeUsage30:43

Henry managed only 3.4 yards per attempt on 26 carries against Dallas, with multiple stuffed carries occurring when offensive linemen were stuck at the line of scrimmage; the source notes Henry's running style requires a runway to get going and look his best, and this game featured a shuffling Ravens offensive line with center injuries (Ethan Posich hyperextended his left knee, forcing rookie Vinga Ioni into the game with only 14 collegiate snaps in his career).

Insight page

Deshaun Watson

NegativeProjection64:20

Watson's performance was marred by near-turnovers and poor decision-making despite not officially turning the ball over. He avoided three sacks but could have been taken down three times; the Panthers dropped a pick-six on the first drive and another overthrown pass to Casey Concepcion. A fourth-quarter interception in the end zone was negated only by a roughing-the-passer penalty, suggesting Watson's play was reckless and fortunate rather than effective.

Insight page
NegativeProjection67:07

Deshaun Watson threw for 144 yards and two touchdowns in Week 3 against Carolina but did not play well overall according to the source. The source notes Watson nearly had three interceptions and looked best when scrambling with his legs rather than throwing from the pocket; his passing accuracy was poor, with several wayward throws to receivers.

Insight page

Drake Maye

NegativeProjection44:33

Drake May completed 14 of 25 for 199 yards with two interceptions and two fumbles (one lost) in a 35-6 loss to Jacksonville. The source characterizes the Patriots offense as 'lifeless, directionless, pedestrian' with 'big, big problems,' noting that despite May's 11.5-yard average depth of target and 3.26-second average time to throw, the offense generated negative 0.4 EPA per pass play. The source expresses deep concern that this is not a temporary issue but a structural problem, stating 'this isn't something that will just get better' and questioning whether the team can win any of its next four games (Buffalo, Las Vegas, New York, Chicago).

Insight page
NegativeProjection46:26

Drake May's performance has regressed sharply against quality opponents after playing well against average and bad defenses; the source notes he's forcing passes he has no business forcing, making dumb decisions, and throwing dumb interceptions in the red zone. With the Patriots facing Buffalo, Las Vegas, New York, and Chicago next, the source questions whether they win any of those games and characterizes the offense as offensively lifeless, directionless, and pedestrian. Through week three including postseason, the Patriots rank fourth worst in EPA per play with the highest sack rate and are not generating nearly as many explosive plays.

Insight page
NegativeProjection49:31

Drake Maye, drafted as quarterback three in fantasy, must be completely disassociated from his draft position; the source states almost any other quarterback is a better alternative at this point, and even the next tier like Geno Smith is better than what Drake Maye is putting out over the first three weeks. The performance is described as that bad.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

PositiveProjection13:56

Wilson scored a touchdown on fourth and six against Detroit in Week 3, executing a sick double move despite being interfered with. The source highlights the quality of the catch and route execution in a high-leverage situation.

Insight page

George Kittle

PositiveUsage25:57

The source mentions that fantasy players may have both George Kittle and Jawan Johnson in their lineups (tight end and flex spots) due to the tight end production in the Saints offense, suggesting Kittle is also a productive option.

Insight page

George Pickens

PositiveUsage28:24

Pickens had seven catches for 82 yards but did not find the end zone; the source notes he was all over the place in the Ravens' win over the Cowboys.

Insight page

Harold Fannin

PositiveRole66:34

Fannin Jr. stood out as a bright spot for the Browns offense, with the source noting 'just get the ball to him' as the takeaway. He appeared to be a reliable target in an otherwise difficult game for Cleveland's passing attack.

Insight page
PositiveUsage67:14

Harold Fannin scored two goal-line touchdowns in Week 3 against Carolina, capitalizing on red zone opportunities for the Browns. The source highlights this as a bright spot in an otherwise inconsistent offensive performance.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

PositiveRole66:17

Jalen Coker is the Panthers' best receiver according to game announcers; he suffered a quad injury early in the first quarter of Week 3 and was seen in tears on the sideline, but when healthy he is the focal point of the offense—announcers emphasized the need to get him the ball, and there was a play where Bryce Young overthrew him by one or two yards on what should have been a long touchdown.

Insight page
NegativeInjury69:04

Coker suffered a quad injury early in the first quarter after entering the game with an ankle injury, leaving him in tears on the sideline. The source notes this quad injury kept him out at the start of last season and was a long-term injury, raising significant concerns about his availability and the Panthers' receiving corps depth without him.

Insight page

Jalon Daniels

NegativeMatchup44:04

The source speculates that the Packers defense in Week 4 might make Jalen Daniels 'look like the new young mobile athletic quarterback across the league,' suggesting potential for a strong performance against Green Bay's defense.

Insight page

James Cook

NegativeUsage0:58

James Cook fumbled the ball in the Bills-Chargers game, contributing to the Bills' five turnovers that nearly cost them the game despite their offensive production; the fumble was not a result of exceptional Chargers defensive play but rather a fluky turnover.

Insight page
PositiveUsage2:07

James Cook produced chunk run after chunk run in the second half of the Bills-Chargers game, driving the offense after the Chargers' two-deep zone coverages kept Josh Allen quiet in the first half; Cook was a key part of the Bills' offensive success despite the team's five turnovers.

Insight page

Josh Allen

PositiveProjection0:16

Josh Allen finished with two rushing touchdowns despite five team turnovers, demonstrating his fantasy dominance through rushing production even in a game where the passing game was constrained by Chargers' two-deep zone coverages in the first half; the source notes this shows how dominant a quarterback can be in fantasy football with his legs.

Insight page
NegativeInjury2:11

Josh Allen suffered a knee injury late in the game against the Chargers; postgame he was leaning over on one side and walking gingerly, making the severity of the knee injury the big storyline for the Buffalo Bills going forward.

Insight page

Josh Downs

PositiveUsage2:32

Josh Downs had 11 targets (5 receptions, 77 yards) in Week 3 against Houston, nearly mirroring his production from the previous week. He commanded a 40% target share going into halftime, with Shane Steichen deploying him on RPO slants and short out routes early in the game. Despite the Colts' offensive line struggles and limited downfield passing (0 for 3 on throws beyond 20 air yards), Downs remained the focal point of the quick, over-the-middle passing attack.

Insight page
NegativeRole63:29

Josh Downs faces a potential role constraint with Keenan Allen on the roster; the source suggests Allen's size advantage and red zone usage could limit Downs' opportunities in overlapping field areas, particularly in the red zone where the Colts may prioritize Allen.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

NegativeUsage23:30

Rushing success has been poor over the last two games; went 21 for 48 yards last week and 19 for 56 yards this week. The source is concerned about the Raiders offensive line's run-blocking ability, particularly noting that highly paid center Tyler Linderbaum was on the ground frequently. Despite having 22 touches which should make him startable, the blocking issues are a concern heading into the season.

Insight page

Justin Herbert

NegativeProjection0:00

Justin Herbert had a really terrible interception where he did not see the safety over the middle of the field; he also threw an end zone interception that was called back on a holding penalty, and he faced a 54% pressure rate on late down snaps, resulting in too many drops and not enough hero moments from the quarterback.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

NegativeInjury40:17

Justin Jefferson is out with a Hayden injury (likely Hamstring based on context); the source expresses concern about his absence and questions the Vikings' offensive viability without him, noting they want to monitor how long Jefferson will be out.

Insight page

Juwan Johnson

PositiveUsage21:48

Juwan Johnson was utilized creatively by Saints offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, recording four receiving touchdowns in Week 3 despite being 'quite inefficient' overall; he was part of a historic tight end performance (six receiving TDs by tight ends in the game, most in the NFL since 1981).

Insight page
PositiveUsage25:57

Has been heavily featured in the Saints offense with four touchdowns through the first few weeks. The source notes that fantasy players may have both Jawan Johnson and George Kittle in their lineups (tight end and flex spots) due to the tight end production. Kellen Moore trusts him and is throwing to him frequently.

Insight page

Keaton Mitchell

NegativeRole0:00

Keaton Mitchell broke tackles on his touchdown, including evading a defensive tackle and taking contact near the perimeter, but lacks the size to be the number one back; he remains part of a committee with Omari Hampton.

Insight page
PositiveRole4:18

Mitchell is receiving the perimeter run opportunities in the Chargers' committee backfield, recording 8 carries for 52 yards in Week 3 plus one receiving touchdown despite negative five receiving yards. The source notes Mitchell scored on a goal-line sweep where he broke tackles and evaded contact, showing playmaking ability. However, the source questions whether Mitchell has the size to be a true RB1, suggesting the backfield will remain a committee split where both backs have limited long-term fantasy value.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

NegativeUsage1:06

Keenan Allen caught 6 of 9 targets for 63 yards and a touchdown against Houston in Week 3. He secured a red zone look and scored on a mesh concept play, though the source expresses concern that with Alec Pierce sidelined, Allen may receive increased target volume that could compete with Josh Downs' opportunities. Allen was one of only three designated wide receivers to touch the ball for Indianapolis.

Insight page
NegativeUsage62:58

Keenan Allen received nine targets and got a red zone look in Week 3; however, the source notes he remains a limited player and did not display vintage form. The source expresses concern that Allen's presence and size advantage over Josh Downs could create frustration for Downs in overlapping field areas, particularly in the red zone where the Colts may favor Allen.

Insight page

Kendre Miller

NegativeRole22:38

Kendra Miller entered the Saints backfield in Week 3 after Travis Hill suffered a hamstring injury in the third quarter, indicating he is the backup option in the Saints' running back rotation.

Insight page
NegativeRole26:17

Miller was getting lit up once he got into the game, suggesting ineffectiveness or poor performance in limited opportunities; the source contrasts him with Tyler Shuck's passing-focused offense under Kellen Moore.

Insight page
NegativeUsage26:35

Was getting lit up (hit hard) once he got into the game, suggesting poor performance and potential injury risk in the Saints backfield.

Insight page

Kenyon Sadiq

PositiveProjection11:37

Sadiq, the first-round pick from Oregon, scored a 24-yard touchdown down the seam against a defensive back in Week 3 against Detroit. The source highlights the quality of the play—a sweet throw and grab that had only a 16 percent completion probability—suggesting Sadiq is making plays in high-leverage situations.

Insight page

Kimani Vidal

NegativeRole4:00

Vidal is being used in catch-up mode and pass protection snaps in the Chargers' backfield committee. The source notes he was deployed on a flea flicker early in the game where the offense did not trust Hampton, and he's expected to continue in a pass protection role on early-down snaps alongside the fullback.

Insight page

Kirk Cousins

PositiveProjection20:56

Kirk Cousins demonstrated laser focus on Brock Bowers (number 89) in Week 3, establishing a clear target hierarchy; the source notes that if you have Kirk Cousins as your quarterback, 'you can do a hell of a lot worse than that,' suggesting solid fantasy value with the Raiders offense at 3-0.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

PositiveUsage32:15

Jackson contributed rushing yards late in the Ravens' game against Dallas and was part of the offensive strategy as the Ravens ran 21 of 30 series starting with a rush; the source notes the offense is still figuring out how potent they can be through the air beyond Jackson and Zay Flowers, with the team relying on Lamar scrambles and broken tackles in key moments.

Insight page

Laquon Treadwell

NegativeUsage62:31

Laquan Treadwell was one of only three designated wide receivers to touch the ball for Indianapolis in Week 3 against Houston, recording one target. With Alec Pierce sidelined, Treadwell saw minimal involvement in the Colts' passing attack, which was dominated by Josh Downs, Tyler Warren, and Keenan Allen.

Insight page
PositiveRole64:05

Laquan Treadwell is operating as a full-time player for the Colts; however, he received only one target in Week 3, which the source characterizes as a 'wind sprint role'—limited usage despite full-time status.

Insight page

Mack Hollins

PositiveRole45:45

Mack Hollins led the Patriots in receiving and was described by the source as 'their most consistent offensive weapon' and 'their most explosive weapon' in the Week 3 loss to Jacksonville. The source notes that Hollins should have had a touchdown when a pass hit off the top of his hands in the end zone, suggesting he was a primary target despite the overall offensive dysfunction.

Insight page
NegativeRole49:06

Mac Hollins is the Patriots' only viable downfield receiving option, but the source's tone is dismissive, suggesting the offense has nowhere to go and nobody to throw to down the field outside of Hollins. The source sarcastically notes 'you just got to throw it to Mac Hollins' and 'try to get it to 13,' indicating Hollins is a last resort rather than a reliable fantasy asset in an offense the source believes nobody should start from.

Insight page

Mark Andrews

NegativeRole32:40

Andrews contributed a broken tackle in a key moment against Dallas, but the source indicates the Ravens offense is still figuring out how potent they can be through the air beyond Lamar Jackson and Zay Flowers, with uncertainty around Mark Andrews' role and the backup tight ends (Chris Moore, Tez Walker) in the passing game.

Insight page

Mike Washington Jr.

NegativeUsage22:06

Mike Washington had the most explosive running play for the Raiders in Week 3, recording a 36-yard touchdown run, though he was not the primary back; this suggests limited but impactful touches in the Raiders' backfield rotation.

Insight page
PositiveUsage23:43

Had the most explosive play in the Raiders game with a 36-yard touchdown run, though it wasn't the most well-blocked play. The source notes that when Washington entered the game, he immediately produced explosive results, contrasting with Gentry's lack of explosiveness.

Insight page

Mitchell Evans

NegativeInjury60:35

Mitchell Evans left the Panthers game in Week 3, adding to the team's injury crisis affecting both offense and defense.

Insight page

Noah Fant

PositiveUsage20:49

Noah Fant was part of a historic Week 3 performance in which six receiving touchdowns were scored by tight ends—the most in the NFL since 1981—alongside Juwan Johnson and Brock Bowers, highlighting an exceptional day for the tight end position.

Insight page

Omarion Hampton

NegativeBust3:18

Hampton has not lived up to first-round expectations through three weeks; 15 carries for 56 yards in Week 3 with only 42% snap share and just 2 of 16 snaps on third/fourth downs. He has zero receptions on the season (two catches in first three games) and the Chargers are 0-3 in games where he plays. The source identifies a concerning pattern: all of Hampton's touches are up the middle where the interior offensive line struggles, while Keaton Mitchell gets the perimeter runs. McDaniel appears to have pivoted away from the Hampton-Devon Achane role concept, and the source calls this 'a bust in fantasy for Omarion Hampton' with no clear path to recovery.

Insight page
NegativeRole5:13

Omarion Hampton has not looked great through the first three weeks despite scoring; the source expresses concern about the Chargers' rushing attack and notes they've been dancing around Hampton's performance for the first couple of weeks, suggesting he hasn't looked awful but hasn't impressed either.

Insight page

Parker Washington

PositiveRole21:26

Parker Washington is Jacksonville's best wide receiver and is playing almost a full-time role with consistent snap count; the source notes he had a touchdown callback and scored again, and would like to see him get eight, nine, or ten targets each week. He is playing significantly more snaps than Brian Thomas (who plays half as many), establishing him as the clear lead receiver despite the Jaguars spreading targets around.

Insight page
PositiveProjection44:00

Parker Washington caught three passes for 40 yards and a touchdown in Jacksonville's 35-6 Week 3 victory over New England.

Insight page

Quentin Johnston

NegativeUsage1:01

Quentin Johnston recorded only 3 receptions for 40 yards and had a critical third-and-10 drop in a high-impact moment, contributing to the Chargers' offensive struggles.

Insight page

Quinshon Judkins

NegativeUsage67:10

Quinchon Judkins carried the ball 18 times for 70 yards in Week 3 against Carolina, averaging 3.9 yards per carry. The source notes this was a limited offensive performance overall for the Browns, with Judkins' production underwhelming despite high volume.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeUsage45:45

The source expresses concern about the Patriots' backfield usage, stating 'I don't know what they're doing in the backfield with Travion Henderson or Ramondre Stevenson' and emphasizing that 'there's nothing explosive about this offense.' This suggests Stevenson is not being deployed effectively in a dysfunctional run game.

Insight page
NegativeUsage48:24

Ramondre Stevenson is part of a nasty split with Travion Henderson, receiving repeated short-yardage carries for minimal gains (up the gut for a yard, up the gut for two yards, long carry of five yards). The source concludes there is nobody you can start inside the Patriots offense right now, indicating neither running back is a reliable fantasy option.

Insight page
NegativeRole49:16

Ramondre Stevenson is getting minimal production in the Patriots backfield, with carries limited to one yard and two yards up the gut; the source explicitly states there is nobody you can start inside this offense right now, making Stevenson unplayable despite his role.

Insight page

Sterling Shepard

NegativeProjection14:12

Shepard is mentioned as being on the Jets roster and involved in a two-point conversion attempt in Week 3 against Detroit, though the transcript cuts off before details are provided.

Insight page

Ted Hurst

NegativeUsage41:26

Ted Hurst had one catch for 40 yards down the seam on the first drive and was playing a lot of snaps; the source notes his rookie season may be characterized by 'nearly' great performances rather than consistent production, suggesting high snap share but inconsistent fantasy output.

Insight page

Tommy Tremble

NegativeUsage69:14

Tommy Trimble was wide open for a touchdown in Week 3 against Cleveland but did not receive the pass; Bryce Young chose to roll around and get sacked instead, missing the scoring opportunity.

Insight page

Tre Harris

NegativeUsage0:57

Trey Harris recorded 6 receptions for 76 yards in Week 3, showing some involvement in the Chargers passing game.

Insight page

Trevor Lawrence

PositiveProjection44:00

Trevor Lawrence threw three passing touchdowns in Jacksonville's dominant 35-6 Week 3 victory over New England, continuing strong early-season performance.

Insight page
NegativeRole50:24

Trevor Lawrence is spreading targets around the Jacksonville offense rather than hyper-focusing on one receiver; he gifted Bazial Tootin a touchdown that he could have scored himself. The source notes that Lawrence is going to spread it to whoever is open, and the Jaguars have not been in a position where they have to gun it all over the place and focus on somebody.

Insight page

Treylon Burks

NegativeRole69:38

TMAC struggled to create separation against Denzel Ward in Week 3; the source rewatched the game and noted he was not getting open, and when he did get targeted in the end zone, a backup cornerback (number 28) was draped all over him; his body language did not look great and did not resemble a second-year player coming off a 1,000-yard season.

Insight page

Ty Johnson

PositiveUsage2:24

Ty Johnson produced out-of-structure plays in the Bills-Chargers game, contributing to the Bills' fine offensive performance in the second half despite the team's five turnovers.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

PositiveUsage61:41

Tyler Warren had 10 targets (9 receptions, 55 yards) in Week 3 against Houston, establishing himself as a consistent target in the Colts' passing attack. He had an early truck stick play and benefited from a cover-two hole shot that allowed him to work further downfield. Warren was one of the primary receiving options alongside Josh Downs in the quick, over-the-middle passing scheme.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveUsage29:09

Flowers had 5 catches for 84 yards but played significantly more snaps than his stat line would suggest; the source notes he played a lot more than reported ahead of the game and was targeted on a crucial 27-yard pass late in the Ravens' comeback win.

Insight page
NegativeUsage31:52

Flowers played only 21 of approximately 60 offensive plays in Week 3 against Dallas, a significant reduction from his full-time role against Indianapolis in Week 2; the source attributes this to Ravens offensive line injuries and suggests the offense is still figuring out how potent they can be through the air beyond Lamar Jackson and Flowers, with the team running 21 of 30 offensive series starting with a rush versus only nine starting with a pass.

0:38How'd it happen? Teams entered today with two wins, 119 losses, and a tie when losing the turnover battle by 4-plus in
0:44the regular season according to Sumer Sports since 2016.
0:47And the Chargers, of course, became the third team to lose with that.
0:51And it was embarrassing for the Chargers because a lot of these Bills turnovers were not because the Chargers were making exceptional plays.
0:58Like James Cook fumbled the ball, Dalton Kincaid fumbled yards after the catch moment.
1:02There was a really fluky interception down the football field to Genesis Smith.
1:06Josh Allen had a very uncharacteristic interception over the middle as well.
1:10So the ball was bouncing the correct way for the Chargers, and they still lost this one by 8 points.
1:16I think in the first half of the game, Josh Allen, it seemed like a lot of the cover 2s and cover
1:226, cover 4, 2-deep zone coverages from the Chargers were kind of keeping Josh Allen quiet.
1:27But by the second half of the game, James Cook just chunk run after chunk run.
1:32Josh Allen finished off a couple drives with some tush-pushes as he typically does.
1:36DJ Moore, a couple chunk plays over the middle.
1:39Nothing too explosive down the football field. He nearly scored a touchdown with this one.
1:44And then Ty Johnson, out-of-structure plays out there. So it was, I think, a fine game from the Buffalo Bills offense in
1:50general, aside from the 5 turnovers, which is obviously a huge caveat there.
1:54But really just an embarrassing loss for the Chargers here.
1:57I thought the offense was still stuck in the mud.
2:00I thought Harbaugh made some really bad decisions. We'll get to that in a little bit.
2:05On the Buffalo Bills side, though, late in the game, Josh Allen kind of gets hit in his knee.
2:11In the postgame, he's kind of leaning over on one side.
2:14He was walking pretty gingerly. That's going to be the big storyline on the Buffalo Bills side.
2:19It's making sure that Josh Allen's knee injury isn't a severe one.
2:23I mean, hey, Josh Allen turns the ball over multiple times.
2:26But then that just shows you how dominant you can be in fantasy football as a quarterback with your legs.
2:32The two rushing touchdowns. You know, I was kind of watching this one as well.
2:37And you said embarrassing for the Chargers. I mean, is it not embarrassing that this offense that everybody projected to be really
2:43good, they have failed to score 20 points in any game this season?
2:47Talk about embarrassing versus the Chargers. I thought the loss versus the Cardinals was embarrassing.
2:52Then we kind of thought the loss versus the Raiders, which we'll talk about in a little bit, maybe a little bit
2:59embarrassing for what we expected this offense to be.
3:01I know we focus on the winning team. This Chargers team, y'all, I'm just, I'm very, very concerned.
3:07And Hayden, I'm going to get there at some point, right?
3:10But the rushing attack, I'm looking at the running backs.
3:13And we've kept dancing around this for the first couple of weeks about Omarion Hampton.
3:18I know he scored, but he has not looked great to me.
3:21He hasn't looked awful. But he hasn't looked like this dominant first-round running back that I thought would be just this huge fantasy difference maker.
3:29I think we're going to at least get close to, if not have already pressed the panic button on multiple teams and multiple offenses already three weeks in.
3:37Yeah, Omarion Hampton, this was a very concerning game.
3:4015 carries for 56 yards. It's not just like the yards per carry.
3:44All of his touches are kind of right up the middle at this point.
3:48And the interior offensive line is not going to pick those ones up.
3:52He only played 42% of the snaps. He played two of 16 snaps on third and fourth downs.
3:58Late in the game, Kamani Vidal was out there in catch-up mode.
4:01There was also like a flea flicker early on where they did not trust Omarion Hampton.
4:06This was on a first down, I believe. And Kamani Vidal was out there for that flea flicker.
4:11And then just kind of big picture, if you watch all the Keaton Mitchell runs, it's all the runs to the sideline.
4:18And then all of the runs up the middle are Omarion Hampton.
4:22It is a bad sign that in the third week of the season, it seems like McDaniel has kind of pivoted off
4:28trying to get to the Omarion Hampton, Devon Achan role to the perimeter where he thinks he's going to be more north-south.
4:35They don't have north-south blockers up front. And this is another game.
4:39No receptions for Omarion Hampton. He has two catches in the first three games, and the Chargers are 0-3 in them.
4:45They have a negative 32-point differential, and he's still not getting involved in the pass game.
4:50I'm not even blaming McDaniel on that. This is just looking like a bust in fantasy for Omarion Hampton.
4:56I do not know how this one turns around.
4:58Yeah, it sounds like a tell to me. Like, if me and you can watch the Chargers and we know that Keaton
5:05Mitchell's runs are going to be the outside, and then Omarion Hampton's up the middle, then defenses will key on that as well.
5:12As you said, 15 carries, 56 yards for Hampton, just one target.
5:15Meanwhile, Keaton Mitchell, 8 carries, 52 yards, and then he did have one receiving score despite having negative five receiving yards on the day.
5:23Just a quick question on there, and then I'll get to the pass catchers.
5:27I don't, at least from my seat, I don't see how Keaton Mitchell can be a running back one for an NFL team.
5:34He's just too light to me, Hayden. Do you think we're headed in a direction where he is the quote-unquote running back one?
5:41Or is this just a 50-50 split where really both of them aren't going to matter in the long run?
5:47I think it's going to be a committee, but I think it's going to be a committee where they're going to use the fullback in pass protection snaps.
5:55They're going to have Kamani Vidal in pass protection snaps.
5:58So, like, it's kind of like an early down committee.
6:01And then that touchdown for Keaton Mitchell, it was two Hampton runs up the middle.
6:06On third and at the goal line, they did a Keaton Mitchell little sweep where Justin Herbert throws for a touchdown.
6:12It's really just a run play. Keaton Mitchell did break a couple tackles on that touchdown.
6:17Like, he had to, like, evade a defensive tackle.
6:20There was one time where he did take on some decent contact near the perimeter.
6:24Keaton Mitchell does not have the size to be the number one.
6:28And I don't think Omari Hampton is so bad that he can't stay involved in this committee.
6:33Like, that is not where we're at here. It's just that what Hampton is good at is not what the Chargers have.
6:40And I think that's going to be pretty frustrating, especially when the pass game is as dysfunctional as it was in this one.
6:47Like, there's just not going to be that many red zone opportunities for Omari and Hampton to take the goal line dives in.
6:54Yeah. Uh, lots of conversation of Vlad McConkie heading into this one.
6:57Five targets, four receptions, 66 yards. Trey Harris, six for 76.
7:01And QJ, three for 40. Any signs of life for any of those?
7:05Because, again, going back to last week, Vlad was the only consistent part.
7:09And here, again, just 66 yards on four receptions.
7:11Vlad got a big play late in the game, like in complete trail mode.
7:15But Quinton Johnson, third and 10 drop. That was a really bad one and a very high, high impact moment.
7:22Arande Gadsden had a big drop. It was kind of like a ball was a little bit high from Justin Herbert.
7:28That was a big play. And then Vlad McConkie, they had man coverage rep, like on the high red zone, throws it
7:34up there for a could be touchdown. And Vlad McConkie and Justin Herbert weren't able to connect on that.
7:40And this is something that just Tom Brady was saying throughout the game is like when Vlad McConkie is your number one
7:47and he's that small and he's like working on the football field.
7:51Like you have to be so precise for that to work.
7:54And like you felt that from this past game here, nothing really explosive all the way down the football field.
8:00Justin Herbert had a really, really, really terrible interception.
8:03I do not know how he did not see the safety over the middle of the football field.
8:08I'll also mention there was another end zone interception from Justin Herbert.
8:12That one was called back on a holding play that I didn't really think that was involved in that place.
8:18That would have been a really bad second interception for Justin Herbert.
8:21And then on late downs, 54% pressure rate on late down snaps.
8:25So too many drops, not enough hero moments from Justin Herbert.
8:28And then like nothing came really easy here because all the runs to Amari and Hampton weren't working.
8:34So a lot of the same old stuff from the Chargers offense here.
8:38And my last thing on them, Harbaugh makes way too many mistakes in just like punting the ball, going for it, all that type of thing.
8:46Like there was a situation, fourth and three at the three yard line, and they attempt a field goal.
8:51They miss it. There was also a play early in the game.
8:55Third and five is a run play for three yards to set up a fourth and two at the 13 yard line.
9:02After running it on third and five, they opted for a field goal.
9:05Then they have a fourth and four from the four yard line.
9:09They go for a field goal then. So it's like field goal, field goal, field goal, and like all of these like 50-50 spots.
9:16And then later in the game, now because they're losing, it's fourth and 10 at their own 45.
9:22And that's when they decide to go for a field goal.
9:25Like this is just like, it's really, really, or try to go for it on fourth down.
9:30It's just like really terrible management from Harbaugh. Way too conservative.
9:34Like really reminds me of the D'Amico Ryan stuff we'll get to in a little bit.
9:38But like this team cannot be conservative. Their defense isn't good enough.
9:42Their offense isn't good enough. Like this team has to be aggressive in these situations.
9:47And Harbaugh continuously just is way too conservative. And it really costs the Chargers early in this game.
9:52My last question for you, Hayden, on the Buffalo side, Dalton Kincaid's been on a heater to start the season.
9:58And I did see the play where he was fighting for extra yards, fumbled the ball.
10:03Was this just the product of the Chargers defended him really well?
10:06They said, we're going to take away Dalton Kincaid.
10:09Is there anything to worry about moving forward? Or do you just kind of, he's going to have one of those games.
10:16He's not going to smash every week, but I'm not worried about Kincaid.
10:20Mostly the latter there. I mean, obviously the DJ Moore missing last week probably helped Dalton Kincaid out.
10:25And DJ Moore had 10 targets on 26 Josh Allen dropbacks.
10:29Like that's a huge number for DJ Moore. And I think that the offense is going to funnel between the two of them.
10:36I will say, I think when we go back and watch this game on all 22, I do think the Chargers were
10:42doing some interesting things in zone coverage. There's a lot of moments where Josh Allen was kind of holding onto the ball for a tick longer.
10:50Getting to like this fourth, fifth read in a play.
10:53So I just think that was like the Chargers defense playing a lot better in their like zone communication more than anything else.
11:00Just to finish up on the tight end note, Aranda Gadsden only played 39 of 69 snaps in this game.
11:06Far from a full time player, zero receptions, zero receiving yards on top of it.
11:11And yeah, to your point, Hayden, for teams that, you know, go for it on fourth down or don't.
11:16The number one thing is you have to be consistent with all of that.
11:21Right. And it sounds like Harbaugh is just inconsistent with his decision making in those fourth down situations.
11:26OK, let's talk about some fun teams. All right.
11:29Detroit, Detroit at home improves to two and one as they beat the New York Jets 31 to 24.
11:34The Jets actually take a lead in the second quarter.
11:37Kenyon Sadiq, first round pick, Oregon 24 yard touchdown down the seam versus a defensive back.
11:42Lays out for it. Just a sweet throw, a sweet grab that only had a 16 percent chance of being completed.
11:49They get it done. Lions respond with Amara St.
11:51Brown touchdown after a nice kickoff return. But the fireworks and I mean real fireworks really started in the second half.
11:58It is 17 yard. Jameer Gibbs touchdown one of three on the day.
12:02You have to go back and watch this score.
12:04A crazy deceleration once he gets to the line of scrimmage.
12:08Cut back to the left. Acceleration to then pull away from the stop start defenders to win towards the front pylon.
12:14That's a 17 seven lead. Jets have a chance to respond.
12:17They get it down to the seven. But back to back sacks then forces them into a field goal situation.
12:23So let's keep in mind these four point plays.
12:26We go back and forth with a couple of touchdowns.
12:29Lions get the ball stuffed on fourth and two on their own 46.
12:33Speaking of Dan Campbell being aggressive in those fourth down situations.
12:36And then Garrett Wilson comes down with a sick double move touchdown on fourth and six.
12:41He was still interfered with but still came down with a grab.
12:45All square at 24 after our guy Sterling Shepard.
12:48Yes, he's on the Jets. Two point conversion. Uh, but again, drive and the game comes down to an 11 yard receiving touchdown for Jameer Gibbs.
12:55And while the Jets on their final drive of the game get down to the 28 yard line, Garrett Wilson, who has
13:02his first 100 yard day, Hayden, since 2024 exits on the next snap.
13:06And Geno Smith fumbles on an unblocked pressure for Chuck Clark.
13:09And the game is over. So while the Jets are one and two, they showed fight.
13:14They were feisty. Geno on the day, 31 of 37, 321 three scores.
13:18But the five sacks in the end with a sack fumble close it out for the Lions.
13:23I think for the Lions, it's always just Jameer Gibbs and Amon Ross St.
13:27Brown in the end zone. I think just to me, my questions for the Lions is, is the defense as bad as it was in the previous weeks?
13:36And it does seem like the answer to that was yes.
13:39And then the follow up to that would be like, what does that mean for Sam Laporta and Jameson Williams?
13:45So those are like the ancillary pieces that we need to get into fantasy lineup.
13:50So just how bad was it for Detroit secondary?
13:53Well, the secondary was rough. I mean, what they're, they're, they're down like four safeties on top of this.
13:58So how good can you be? You know, they, one of their corners was, you know, DPI and letting downfield shots and all that type of stuff.
14:06But at the same time, Hayden, it's kind of tough to gauge because it's not like the Jets had that many pass catchers out there.
14:14Like we know Sadiq is running down the middle and down the seam.
14:18And then Garrett Wilson is, is on the outside.
14:21But other than that, Ray, the huge talking point is Brees Hall leaving this game.
14:25I think in the third quarter, maybe it was actually in the fourth quarter.
14:29He got two carries at the four yard line.
14:32And then the second one goes down with what looks like a thigh or quad injury.
14:37And those can linger and linger and linger for a while.
14:40So while Bruce looked great early on, he looked good in other games this season.
14:45Uh, we might be seeing a time and a stint on the sideline for him.
14:49Well, Josh, I, I believe at the beginning of the season coming in, you put it out there that you thought this
14:56Jets team, at least offensively, would be a lot better than we had remembered or had thought about the Jets being.
15:02And I'm looking at them and, and the first thing that's jumping out is how long have we been like wanting Garrett Wilson to be a thing?
15:11It seems like it's happening this year. He's, he's not Jamar Chase.
15:14He's not JSN. It's not at that level, but this feels like you've got a top seven ish top eight wide receiver right here in Garrett Wilson.
15:22Rest of the way I'm watching Braylon Allen and I know they like to use him close to the goal line.
15:29And if Bruce is out, do you, do you think, or would expect Braylon Allen to assume the majority of the rushing work?
15:36Or is it going to be a nasty committee here in New York?
15:40No, I think it'll be Braylon Allen. And I can't tell you how successful that'll be.
15:44He definitely has a different kind of, let's say running style than, than Brie Salt.
15:49Yeah. I mean, to your point, Ray, the Jets are better than their one and two record.
15:54And these, you know, losses the last two weeks, 20 to 17 to the Packers, which in that game, by the way, Jordan Love only threw.
16:02For 145 yards, the leading rusher on the opposition was 32 yards.
16:06I would assume that some Jets fans are frustrated by the coaching.
16:09And I would say Aaron Glenn had some maybe questionable decision making at the end of the first half.
16:15And then again, they only lose in a one possession game here.
16:18But they have enough going on offense to get like their best players, the football.
16:23Again, it was Wilson and Sadiq. Wilson and Sadiq.
16:26And then even on top of it, like Jeremy Ruckett went five for 39 and he had a red zone touchdown on top of it.
16:33And even Jelani Woods has this awesome grab to himself along the sidelines.
16:37So while their rushing game only went, you know, 19 carries for 58 yards, they were still figuring it out in the passing game.
16:44And that gives me some hope and a lot more hope, Hayden, than I was expecting with Frank Wright heading into the season.
16:51That's for sure. Sadiq 105 yards and a touchdown with Mason Taylor out.
16:55The obviously that night Mitchell injury like that seems like that can linger for a little bit now.
17:01Like tight ends really deep in fantasy. But where would you stack up Kenyon Sadiq going into next week?
17:07Okay. I think he has entered himself into the flex conversation for as long as Mason Taylor is out.
17:12There's like 14, 15 deep at tight end right now.
17:15But among these wide receivers that on a weekly basis are getting like four for 44 or these running backs that run
17:22into horrible matchups and they're in split backfields. I really think that we should be looking at these tight ends that are
17:29in favorable situations that are top two or three in terms of target getters on their team.
17:34This is where the NFL is right now. And Kenyon Sadiq, he just ran some crossing routes over and over and won't
17:40have to catch on a few of them too.
17:43I mean, eight targets, seven receptions, 105 yards is definitely the way to go.
17:47Just quickly on that note, speaking of one of the wide receivers that constantly gives us a roller coaster, Jamison Williams had
17:54two targets on the first drive and two catches.
17:57Then I don't think got another target until the third quarter and he had another two catches on that drive.
18:03And that was it. So there are these moments that maybe on the sideline or heading into a game, it's like, OK,
18:09we got to get Jamo the ball and these outbreakers or, you know, force some things in his direction.
18:15And then yet he goes silent completely in between.
18:18So just four catches for 49 yards. And Isaac Tesla somehow, some way actually is a 66 yards and tops the receivers.
18:25I mean, it comes down to that 49 yarder that he caught after and over the middle of the field.
18:31So the lines are very straightforward. And hopefully he had the 101 Ray to draft Jameer Gibbs because it's another three touchdown day for him.
18:38So let me ask you this, Josh, let me ask you this, because we talked about this Lions team and this offense being great.
18:45And I just want to ask you, is the Lions offense actually that good schematically or is Jamir Gibbs just that good and changes the defensive math?
18:54Because I mean, I'm in Rosamond, you're not going to panic.
18:57I know he didn't have a lot of yards.
19:00He scored the touchdown. But I'm looking at this offense like it feels like it's Gibbs or bust for a lot of Detroit.
19:07Ray, I don't want to, you know, spoil anything ahead, but they do play the Carolina Panthers on Sunday night football.
19:13And the Carolina Panthers might be out Mike Jackson and JC Horn on that Sunday night football game.
19:18So I think the Lions might have an explosion next Sunday night.
19:22That's three straight games. The Lions have finished with exactly 31 points to which would lead the league in most seasons.
19:28And over the next three games, Panthers defense, Cardinals defense and Packers defense.
19:32So this might be the sweet spot here for the Detroit Lions.
19:36All right, Ray, we're headed to you. Speaking of the NFC South, every team is one and two or oh and two
19:42as the Las Vegas frickin Raiders are three and oh on the season as they beat the Saints.
19:48It's 35 to 27 with a huge return of Brock Bowers.
19:5110 catches, 116 yards and a score. Yeah, this is I said it last week.
19:56If there was an early favorite for coach of the year, I think it would be Clint Kubiak.
20:01I'm watching this Raiders team and this was not a cakewalk form.
20:05First quarter, three zero. Las Vegas outgained New Orleans 63 to 11 as far as yardage output.
20:10Ashton Gentry at three carries, six yards. He really struggled in this one.
20:14But in the second quarter, second year quarterback Tyler Shuck really found his groove.
20:18And you look at what he did in the second quarter.
20:2110 for 16 passing, 91 yards and two touchdowns.
20:24And even through then, Chris Olave only three catches, 41 yards up to that point.
20:29Nothing really happened in the third quarter. The game stayed 16 to 13.
20:33Neither offense really separated. And then at the end, it was just absolute chaos.
20:37It was fun. Tyler Shuck got up to four passing touchdowns in this one.
20:41We finally saw Chris Olave's usage start to expand.
20:44He crossed over 100 yards in that fourth quarter.
20:47Let me give you some history from this game.
20:49Six receiving touchdowns by tight ends in this game.
20:52The most in the NFL since 1981. It's the year of the tight ends.
20:56Yeah, Noah Fant, Juwan Johnson, Brock Bowers. This was a game of all the tight ends.
21:01And the biggest takeaway from this Las Vegas side, y'all, I can't, we cannot.
21:05You look at this Raiders team, there's no real wide receiver of consequence but Brock Bowers.
21:10I mean, Kirk Cousins had like laser focus for number 89.
21:13He didn't score until the end. But Bowers going into half, he had seven for 87 at halftime for Brock Bowers.
21:20And he finished with 116 yards in the touchdown.
21:23Ashton Gentry really struggled against this New Orleans defense to find rushing opportunity.
21:26The most explosive running play came from Mike Washington who had a big run in this game.
21:32Ashton Gentry, you're not worried about it because the volume was there.
21:3519 carries, but just couldn't find a lot of success.
21:38And on the other side of the ball, sticking with the running backs, it felt like, y'all, this was the game.
21:45They said, all right, Travis HN, we're going to feed you.
21:48We're going to feature you. We're going to throw you the ball.
21:52We're going to run you, right? 13 carries, 57 yards.
21:55He looked fine. But then in the third quarter, hamstring injury.
21:58And then all of a sudden, you look up and it's Kendra Miller.
22:02It's Alvin Kamara bobbling, toss plays out of the backfield.
22:05But you just, Tyler Shuck, it wasn't clean. It wasn't perfect.
22:08But Kellen Moore is just such a creative play caller.
22:11The way they utilized Juwan Johnson, four more passing touchdowns.
22:14He was quite inefficient in this one. And the game ended on a Tyler Shuck throw to Juwan Johnson.
22:20It fumbled away. We were probably all watching that.
22:23But I mean, as long as they're going to continue to just air this thing out, I mean, Tyler Shuck is locked and loaded as a starter.
22:31Brock Bowers, absolutely dominant in this game. This was a really fun game.
22:35And again, the Raiders are 3-0 right now in an offense that, like, if you've got to scream Kirk Cousins, you can
22:41do a hell of a lot worse than that.
22:44Wow. You got to give me the goods on Brock Bowers.
22:47How did he look? Like, how is he fitting in the Kubiak offense?
22:51Yeah. Like, is this JSN? Is this typical Brock Bowers?
22:54Everything. No joke. I don't know what was wrong with him.
22:58The knee, it didn't look like anything was wrong with Brock Bowers.
23:01Short, down the field, crossing routes. It was hyper-target Brock Bowers all over the field.
23:06They were putting two on him. He couldn't be stopped.
23:09He looked unstoppable. And if you're talking about a guy first game of the season, just back from the knee injury, and
23:16this is Bowers, let's just say 90%, 85%. Like, this is your tight end one, but he's really, like, your wide receiver one for Las Vegas.
23:23Right. I know you said we shouldn't be worried about Ashton Gentry, and he did get three catches for 37 yards.
23:30I am a bit worried about his rushing success on the ground right now over these last two games.
23:35And look, we're talking about the Chargers defense and the Saints defense here, right?
23:40He went 21 for 48 last week and 19 for 56 here.
23:43And we know, obviously, that Mike Washington had that long run of 36 yards on the touchdown.
23:48So is this just poor blocking up front? Is this something that can get fixed?
23:53I understand that once we get volume, no matter what on 22 touches, you should get there to a degree that is startable on a weekly basis.
24:01But I think this is the concern heading into the season that the Raiders offensive line just struggles to run block at this moment.
24:08So I'll tell you, their highly paid center was on the ground a lot more than I would have liked to seen Tyler Linderbaum.
24:16When you guys watch that one back, you'll see him on the ground quite a bit.
24:20I'll just say this. Watching Gentry, you're not concerned because the volume is there.
24:25What was he dealing with coming in this season?
24:27The high ankle sprain? He doesn't quite look Gentry-esque right now.
24:31So maybe this is something that, hey, finish the game healthy.
24:34Maybe that ankle will heal up as we go.
24:37Mike Washington had the most explosive play, but they are very much committed to Gentry, who, again, dropped, I think, two passes
24:43in this game as well after dropping about three last week.
24:47Like, catch the ball, Ashton Gentry, please. Yeah, I'm looking at the grades, too.
24:51Ashton Gentry's getting lit up in pass protection, apparently.
24:54And then I saw a reporter saying that the trainers were looking at his ankles again on the sideline there.
25:00Look, man, Ashton Gentry has to break more tackles and show more explosiveness.
25:04It's kind of that simple. I mean, this is the second straight year of it.
25:08In this game, he did have decent yards before contact.
25:11There's just like he's not hitting enough explosives on the ground.
25:15And it's very similar to what we had last year.
25:18And then when you get Mike Washington in there, and then he immediately has a 36-yard touchdown.
25:23That wasn't the most well-blocked play either. For example, I think I would rather have Brock Bowers and Ashton Gentry rest of the season, just straight up.
25:31Absolutely. Like, I was doing a draft today. And I think that was a no discussion two weeks ago.
25:37And I think at this point, it would be Brock Bowers over Gentry in my rankings.
25:41Yeah, interesting point. I think a lot of fantasy shows might, if you redrafted, take Ashton Gentry in the top 12.
25:48I can't wait to go back and re-watch this one.
25:51By the way, this Raiders offense gets the Kansas City Chiefs next week in a cool AFC West showdown.
25:57You talk through it. We know about Olave. We know about Jawan Johnson.
26:01I mean, again, hopefully you have like George Kittle and Jawan Johnson that we talked about so much this summer.
26:07That means you have four touchdowns from tight ends and you're playing both guys in the tight end spot and the flex.
26:13A-Chan entered this game with a hamstring. He exits with a hamstring.
26:17Ray, we always talk about running back insurance and condensed backfields and all this type of stuff.
26:22Is there any hope for the Saints backfield moving forward?
26:25What is it right now? I would recommend you find somebody else.
26:29Like, Alvin Gimel was fine. He was NFL fine, but he looks like a 30-year-old running back that never really was used
26:35as a true do-it-all bell cow running back. Kendra Miller was getting lit up once he got into the game.
26:41It's Tyler Shuck. It's Shuck or bust. It's Shuck it to down the field to Chris Olave, Shuck it to Jawan Johnson.
26:48And Kellen Moore obviously trusts him. I mean, they're throwing it all over the place.
26:5248 pass attempts for him. The efficiency wasn't there.
26:55There will be issues if A-Chan is going to miss time.
26:59There's going to be significant issues in that backfield.
27:01Sorry. I want to watch it. Backup left tackle.
27:04Sorry, Josh. No, you're good. Yeah. Hey, I mean, you were...
27:07Because Banks was out, right? He's got a high ankle sprain, so he's not coming back anytime soon for New Orleans.
27:14And it showed at the end. I mean, Shuck was under duress big time towards the end of that game.
27:20So it's Shuck, it's Johnson, and it's Chris Olave moving forward from this offense that you really feel confident and comfortable putting in your fantasy lineup.
27:28Yeah, Saints get the Falcons next week, and then right after that, it's the Minnesota Vikings.
27:32So they better get that offensive line right against the Vikings and the pass protection.
27:37That's for sure. Okay, Ray, we go from bad to worse for you.
27:41As your Dallas Cowboys lose on the last second field goal to the Baltimore Ravens, 34-31.
27:46Now, positive. I think you could argue this is the best international game of all time.
27:51I mean, they gave the Brazilians a show down there.
27:54I mean, the Cowboys open 10-0. Ravens then go on a 24-3 run, two touchdowns by Derrick Henry, and a short touchdown catch by, yes, Chris Moore.
28:02I will say, I mean, obviously this game is back and forth.
28:05I won't talk through it all. Some of the more shocking elements was that Derrick Henry was stopped at least twice in
28:12terms of turnover on downs in third and fourth and short situations, one on the goal line.
28:17Ja'Shawn Barham, who stepped in here in the starting lineup, wears no gloves, no wrist tape, no elbow pads, just naked arms
28:24out there with long hair, made play after play as a fill player.
28:28And then for the Cowboys, I mean, yes, obviously everyone could have predicted Kevante Turpin getting two goal line touchdowns, one and
28:34two passes, I think, won a jet sweep and then won a receiving touchdown.
28:39But CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, while they didn't find the end zone, were just all over the place.
28:44Both had seven catches, 112 and 82 yards, respectively.
28:47Kevante gets in there for a short yardage touchdown.
28:50But the game at the end and just the moment was, I'm going to say, ball don't lie type stuff, where to
28:56me, Ray, as a unbiased person, I think a horrible call by the refs sets the Cowboys up at the one yard line.
29:03Nate Wiggins is trying to play the ball, gets his eyes turned, yet his arm is hooked with CeeDee Lamb.
29:09They call it DPI, which to me, it was preventing Nate Wiggins from catching an interception, which would have ended the game.
29:16The Cowboys get it at the one or two yard line.
29:19They can only settle for a field goal. Tie game, seven seconds left.
29:23A 27-yard pass to Zay Flowers, who played a lot more than, let's say, his five for 84 would suggest, and a
29:30lot more than I think was reported ahead of this game.
29:33And then Tyler Lou walks it off with a Sui, 56-yard field goal in the end.
29:38So yeah, you can see here on the screen, just the up and down rollercoaster nature of this second half.
29:44Some highs from both, but some lows from both as well here, Ray.
29:48Yeah, I feel them. My heart still hurts from this one because I thought we'd be delayed in recording this because I
29:55was like, oh, we're going to overtime. We got it.
29:58But as you said, ball don't lie because that was not a pass interference call.
30:02I thought that was great, great defense by Nate Wiggins down there.
30:06Very, and I want your take because I'm watching this game clearly with some, a little bit of a bias lens.
30:12Yeah, of course. Dallas's defense, I mean, they came to play.
30:16This would have been two weeks in a row.
30:18Old Ray Garvin would have been without a home because I would have bet my mortgage that Derrick Henry would have had
30:25150 yards in this game and gotten close to 200 yards.
30:283.4 an attempt on 26 carries. I thought the defense was phenomenal against him and outside of a Lamar Jackson, a couple
30:35of runs later on, I know Lamar got down the field.
30:38Did Derrick Henry, was there anything in this one that concerned you with Henry in particular?
30:43I mean, two touchdowns. I'm talking about him running the ball.
30:46Did he look like the king or was this just Dallas's defense, which has not been good against the run?
30:52Talk about Derrick Henry. Yeah, Derrick Henry's always been an interesting runner in that he is this mammoth monster, robotic of a build.
30:59And yet to me, always needs a little bit of a runway to get going and look his best.
31:05And a bunch of those stuffed carries were when offensive linemen or lead blockers were stuck at the line of scrimmage and
31:12he kind of ran into the back of them and then took a couple of steps back and then tried to restart his momentum.
31:19So there's nothing different about Derrick Henry to me.
31:22It was more just this kind of shuffling Ravens offensive line.
31:25Like by the end of the game, Ethan Posich looks like he hyperextended his left knee.
31:30He exited their first round pick and Vinga Ioni had to come in and snap footballs and play center on the game.
31:37Wow. To nearly game winning drive. I think he only had 14 snaps in his collegiate career back in 2024 and that's it.
31:44And they were still able to win. So I know they've already gone through two centers at this point and who knows if that is the case here.
31:52But Hayden, I kind of misspoke earlier. Zay Flowers only played 21 of like 60 something plays overall.
31:57And I guess to my eyes, I know Rashad even had a good week last week on the box score, but this
32:04offense really hasn't looked quite as good as it did in the first two quarters.
32:09Wednesday Flowers was a full-time player against the Indianapolis Colts.
32:12And ever since then, they're like trying to, you know, win in these moments of Lamar scrambles or here's a Mark Andrews
32:18broken tackle or those types of things. So I really wish we got Declan Doro with Zay Flowers completely healthy because I think fireworks are apparent.
32:26Yeah. The interesting part in this one, they had 30 series on offense.
32:30Baltimore had 21 of them started with a rush.
32:33Only nine of them started with a pass. This was like a very, very run-heavy offense in this one.
32:39And they made the Zay Flowers stuff count. And obviously that big 27-yarder over the middle in an obvious must-pass situation.
32:45But this is, I think, a team just trying to figure out exactly how potent they can be through the air, like
32:51beyond just like the Lamar Jackson and the Zay Flowers part of it.
32:55Like they're still trying to figure out what is like Mark Andrews and these backup tight ends.
33:01Like what is a Chris Moore and Tez Walker and like those type of guys.
33:05Could they trust them or not? Like in the meantime, there's like running the ball up the middle to Derrick Henry until proven otherwise.
33:12Yeah. There was a deep shot to Tez Walker early that drew a defensive pass interference.
33:17And then there was another one that was him in a one-on-one situation.
33:21And he just like failed to attack the football.
33:24I mean, a better receiver would have gone up and at least had a chance on it.
33:29But that kind of shows you where they're at right now with, like we talked about, Tez Walker or LaJonte Wester or
33:36Chris Moore and these guys pop up. And then, yeah, if Flowers plays 21 snaps and then Bateman's also in there, then they somewhat cancel each other out.
33:44I'll be at Zay Flowers does get the 27 yarder at the end.
33:48So I apologize to everyone in the starts. It showed that we told to play Rashad Bateman.
33:53I was expecting him to be kind of the full-time wide receiver here.
33:57I was not expecting Zay Flowers to play. But again, even on 21 snaps, it shows you how important Zay is to this passing attack.
34:05Yep. We're 21 snaps, six targets, five receptions, 84 yards.
34:08I just hope he gets fully healthy for the rest of the season from here on out.
34:13Josh, on Declan Doyle quickly, anything you see in this offense that reminds you of anything that was run with the Bears?
34:19Does it look completely different? Do they not have the personnel?
34:23I know they won the game, but does the offense feel like a fruitful fantasy environment outside of the big names that we know?
34:30No. I mean, I think it's going to be the Henry and Flower show and then every once in a while, someone else will pop up in there.
34:38But one thing I firmly know is that Declan Doyle is weaponizing Lamar Jackson's mobility more so than maybe an injured Lamar
34:45that we've seen over the last year or last season, I guess.
34:49Some of the best plays were him kind of running around in the backfield.
34:53And some of it was designed to, hey, go this way and throw it back the opposite way or buy himself some
35:00time and get some players open or, hey, invite some pressure here, then climb up and we can scramble off that too.
35:06I mean, he had six carries for 50 yards.
35:09There have been times when he's been banged up that we haven't seen six carries for Lamar Jackson and he looks great with it.
35:16And Ray, just to go back to you, I don't think there's anything less to say about this Cowboys offense.
35:22It's good. It's good. It's fun. And yet, here we are.
35:26It's a loss. And they're 1-2 despite scoring 31 points.
35:29I've got it. I have, yes. I have nothing to say.
35:32I got one thing for it. Josh, how about this?
35:35The decision after the game was tied up, there's seven seconds left.
35:39And the Cowboys kicked the ball for a touchback instead of dribbling the ball out.
35:43And that one second was the difference there. I thought that was a really, really brutal decision by the Dallas Cowboys.
35:49Obviously, like the execution by Baltimore, that was awesome that they were able to complete the pass, get the timeout in, and
35:56then kick the field goal on this turf. But that is just like shooting yourself in the foot there for the Cowboys.
36:03And they're typically a very well-coached team. But that was a pretty brutal mistake.
36:07Yep. Fair. Okay. Next up, the Minnesota Vikings. Another 3-0 squad as they topple the 0-3 Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
36:1323-16. I'm going to say it, guys. This was some vile, and I mean vile, football.
36:18There was a stretch in the second and third quarter.
36:21And I don't mean to be repetitive here. But it went punt, punt, punt, field goal, touchdown.
36:26Punt, punt, punt, punt, punt, interception, field goal. Punt, punt, punt, punt, punt, punt.
36:30And those were all like three and outs. Those were all three and outs.
36:34It was a Spider-Man meme between Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray pointing at each other because both of them were dropping their
36:41eyes, doing the hokey pokey in the backfield, and ending up under pressure and in sacks.
36:46Baker didn't even make it out of this game because on the final pass that he had, an interception, it looks like
36:52he dislocated a finger on his right hand, his throwing hand.
36:56And Jalen Daniels finished this game, the undrafted rookie who earned his spot in the NFL and maybe is one of the
37:02better stories we can look out for moving forward.
37:05But yeah, I mean, there's not much to start off with other than Brian Flores' unit is one of the best in
37:12the NFL and it's something that we have to acknowledge on a weekly basis in fantasy football.
37:17The way that his Vikings defense puts the opposition into a blender and into confusion, again, is something that we have to
37:23and will impact fantasy points moving forward. Baker was 17 of 34, 217, and took six sacks in this game.
37:30The pressure looks confused tight ends. The pressure looks forced running backs to stay in the backfield.
37:35And just over and over and over again, and sure, Baker is probably the worst quarterback he won in that situation because,
37:41I mean, some dropbacks are 12, 14 seconds and they still end in a sack or quarterback hit or a one-yard gain
37:48or a throwaway and those types of things. But this impacted everyone.
37:52I will add, I don't think Emeka Buka looks awesome right now.
37:55I don't really see juice or explosiveness. It's kind of one note.
37:59And he even took a huge shot from Josh Metellus, one of those where he catches it, takes a big shot to
38:05his neck and head area and loses control for a moment.
38:09So that is something I want to track moving forward because he did go to the sideline for a minute there.
38:15And then the opposite end for the Vikings. It really was just two plays for the entire day.
38:21It was two catches for Jordan Addison, a 30-yarder toe tapper along the sideline, and then that same drive, it ends with
38:27a 41-yard touchdown to him in a one-on-one situation.
38:30And maybe most notably too, Justin Jefferson exits with an ankle injury early in this game for multiple series.
38:36We didn't know where he was. And then he's seen walking to the locker room and never returned.
38:41So there's a whole bunch injuries on both sides of questions and conclusions and news reports to follow throughout the week here, Hayden.
38:48Is it still too early to tell on the Justin Jefferson news?
38:52And is there anybody we can trust beyond Jordan Addison if Justin Jefferson is out?
38:56Absolutely not. I mean, they threw two passes to Juwan Jennings.
39:00He caught one for one yard. Looks like molasses out there.
39:03And then Ty Felton, two targets for zero yards.
39:06So the answer is no. Other than that, it was just dump-offs to Aaron Jones.
39:10I mean, again, it's not like Kyler Murray was any better than Baker Mayfield.
39:14I mean, okay, maybe he'd take better because he didn't just go into complete negative situations.
39:19But he was only 15 to 29, 168 yards, one touchdown, one interception.
39:23And then his interception was a batted pass at the line of scrimmage.
39:27It bounces off an offensive lineman. And A'shaun Robinson grabs it off the turf before it hits the ground and sets them
39:34up at the 21-yard line for, again, a very important opportunity.
39:37And then, yes, Aaron Jones dominates the carries, but only gets 3.4 yards per carry against his Buccaneers defensive line, and namely Vita Vea.
39:44So there's really nothing to take away from this.
39:47And I still can't tell you exactly what the Kyler Murray-led Minnesota Vikings passing offense is, Ray.
39:52And we're now entering week four of the NFL season.
39:55Yeah, I really don't know what to make of this.
39:58I watched this one a little bit just in passing.
40:01It was up on the TV. And I think the first play that I saw was when Baker Mayfield turned around and
40:08ran into Kenneth Gainwell trying to hand the ball off.
40:11I saw that a couple of times on Sunday where running backs and quarterbacks are running into each other.
40:17That's what my six-year-old son's team did today, not what a newly paid $50 million quarterback and the running backs in the NFL should do.
40:24Listen, I'm just... I told people on the Starts It show, I don't want any Aaron Jones.
40:29I just... Kevin O'Connell was supposed to be one of the brightest minds, the offensive gurus.
40:34We saw him do it with Darnold and I'm just looking like, man, if Jefferson is out with Hayden, is there...
40:41I mean, do you want to play Addison? You're going to play Buka week in and week out.
40:46Maybe he's still got some lingering effects from his, I believe, ankle injury over training camp.
40:51This Baker Mayfield hurt again on a final play.
40:53This happened against the Rams a few years. I just...
40:57This just... Punt, pump, pump, pump, whatever you said.
40:59This just... Godwin is unplayable. Like, is there any...
41:02What is the... Leaving this game, who do you...
41:05The game. Who do you feel confident in playing next week?
41:08I will say, Chris Godwin had an 85-yard touchdown taken away.
41:11Rightfully so. Because... Okay. The right tackle in Luke Kadecki held.
41:15Again, Dallas Turner, who had a one-on-one hit on Baker Mayfield, but he was behind him and pulled him off of him, basically.
41:22And so Baker then scrambled another six seconds and found Chris Godwin down the field.
41:26And then I do want to shout out Ted Hurst, who, yes, on the first drive, only has one catch for 40
41:33yards, but it's down the seam for an awesome gain.
41:36And Ted Hurst nearly had a great stat line, and maybe that's going to be the tale of his rookie season, that it was all nearly type stuff.
41:44But he was playing a lot of snaps, that's for sure.
41:48And Jalen Millen left this game again with an injury.
41:51That comment that production pulled up on Kevin Seifert, I think is really telling here, Hayden, where the Vikings are 3-0, but they've been outgained by 244 yards.
41:59So, yes. That's the second worst differential in total yards by any 3-0 team in NFL history after the 2020 Seahawks.
42:05I mean, that 2020 Seahawks team, pretty good defense.
42:08This Vikings team, pretty good defense. And Hayden, in today's age, if you have a defense that plays to this degree and
42:15forces this many sacks and turnovers, it keeps you in games as the offense can figure things out as the season goes along, hopefully.
42:22Yeah, Dallas Turner's turning just into a really impact player, seven pressures in this one.
42:27And he gets a lot of one-on-ones against players that should not be blocking him because of the scheme, but he's making the most out of it.
42:35And then I'm just still trying to get a feel for what this Kevin O'Connell offense is going to be.
42:41They've been really run heavy in the first two games.
42:44I was like, is that a Carson Wentz thing?
42:47And then they had 21 series in this game, and they started with a rush on 12 of 21, which is an above-average clip again in this one.
42:55And that's against Tampa Bay, which typically is a pass funnel.
42:58So throughout our entire time with Kevin O'Connell calling plays, it's been one of the most pass-heavy offenses.
43:04And then all of a sudden this year, it's one of the most run-heavy offenses.
43:08Are the runs working? They're really not working that well.
43:11So that's something I just want to monitor as hopefully Justin Jefferson's not out for very long.
43:16Yeah, for the DeMond Claiborne people, three carries for one total yard for him in this game.
43:22And again, there are some units that were supposed to carry certain teams, right?
43:26The Vikings and their defense here. The Bucs and Vita Vea stopping the run.
43:30Unfortunately, their pass rush that they invested so much in.
43:33And Ruben Bain, I believe, missed this game. Yaya Diaby left early on and was kind of in and out and failed to make an impact.
43:41And then the Bucs offensive line. Like, look, this is tough, but, and it's tough blocking for Baker Mayfield, who is a magnet to contact too often.
43:49But I would say the Bucs offensive line has been a bit of a letdown so far this year versus heading into the season.
43:56Some expectations that might be a top three unit across the league.
44:00Go ahead, Hayden. Next week, Bucs versus Packers. Do we have a head coach fire off, Josh?
44:05Oh no. Oh no. Here's the thing. If you're fired Todd Bowles now after letting Liam Cohen get out of the building
44:12or even Dave Canals getting out of the building, I think fans might revolt from that.
44:17But maybe that Packers defense will make Jalen Daniels look like the new young mobile athletic quarterback across the league.
44:23And we have some fireworks, some fireworks there. Okay.
44:25I mean, Ray, I'm going to say it. Week three is a bit of a downer and nobody is more down bad than Drake May right now.
44:3314 of 25, 199 yards, two interceptions, a fumble.
44:36His Patriots get demolished by the Jacksonville Jaguars. 35 to six.
44:40T-law, another three passing touchdowns. Basial Tootin, a gifted one-yard rushing score.
44:43And then Parker Washington, three for 40 and a touchdown.
44:46I know we can talk about the Jags here, Ray, but what the heck is going on with Drake May?
44:52Yeah, I tweeted this out. I tweeted out. I said, the Patriots look like a team without an offensive identity that clearly overperformed last season.
45:00This isn't something that will just in quotes get better.
45:03If A.J. Brown's absence is enough to make this offense look this pedestrian, everyone should be extremely concerned, lifeless, directionless, big problems.
45:09Big, big problems for this New England offense. And you've got to go deeper than just the box score here.
45:15Let me just read this for you for old Drake May, who actually had two fumbles.
45:20One was lost. They just recovered another one. New England generated negative 0.4 EPA per pass play.
45:25Although Drake May's average depth of target was still 11 and a half yards down the field.
45:31Average time to throw was 3.26 seconds. Jacksonville pressured on 54% of dropbacks.
45:35And they did that while only blitzing 13 and a half percent of the time.
45:39Drake May, listen, this is bad. When their most consistent offensive weapon is Mack Hollins, who should have had a touchdown right
45:46over Travis Hunter in the end zone, just hit off the top of his hands.
45:50He led them in receiving. He looked like their most explosive weapon.
45:54Drake May looks confused. The offensive line is terrible right now.
45:57They cannot run the ball. I don't know what they're doing in the backfield with Travion Henderson or Ramondre Stevenson.
46:03There's nothing explosive about this offense. And yet, when you look at the total yards, New England outgained Jacksonville technically by two yards in this game.
46:11And it was not close. This, we can talk about Jacksonville, and there are some numbers there that are a little concerning.
46:18And not because Parker Washington didn't score, but this New England offense, if it was predicated on A.J.
46:23Brown being there, and that's why this looks so bad.
46:26I mean, Drake May, I'm looking at their next four.
46:29Their next four, Buffalo, Las Vegas, New York, and then potentially a Caleb Williams-backed Chicago Bears team.
46:34I don't know if they win any of those games.
46:37Offensively, lifeless, directionless, pedestrian. This does not feel like something that's just going to get better.
46:42If you include the postseason through week three, the Patriots are now fourth worst in EPA per play.
46:48They're having the highest sack rate as well. They're not generating nearly as many explosives.
46:52And that's your schedule tweets. Jacksonville's defense, Seattle's defense from this season, obviously all the postseason matchups.
46:57That's the schedule tweets. Their offensive line isn't very good.
47:00Drake May is forcing passes that he has no business forcing.
47:04He's making very dumb decisions out there. And then in isolation, they just don't have a go-to pass catcher right now.
47:10And then their running backs are very hit and miss on what you're getting out of Travion.
47:15So that would be the part I would be curious about.
47:18I was like, out of all of the secondary pieces, is there anybody that we can rely on?
47:24Or is this quickly becoming a team where, I might say, you should be starting nobody from this entire offense in fantasy?
47:31Yeah. I mean, just to press back on that, couldn't you argue last year that there was no go-to player either?
47:37You know, but they ran hot in terms of 10, 20 plus yards down the field.
47:42The tight window stuff was unbelievable. And is it just as simple as, I mean, Drake May played really well against average and bad defenses.
47:49And now that they're facing good to quality opponents, then they literally have nothing.
47:54They have no alternative. And if Drake May isn't, again, running hot with the tight window stuff and then comparatively completely regressing
48:00in terms of holding onto the football or throwing dumb interceptions in the red zone, then they literally have no chance.
48:07Like he, I guess, carried them last year despite the supporting cast.
48:10And then this year without AJ Brown, Ray, they have no supporting cast.
48:14And he's also letting them down with some of his mental errors.
48:18Well, you use the word carry. I think that's what they have to do.
48:22He did have a, I think it was close to like a 15 yard rushing touchdown called back.
48:27It was a holding call. So they had to come back.
48:31The only thing I can think of is he needs to run more, but he looks very skittish in the pocket.
48:37And when you think about the weapons in the offensive line, they ran out 11 personnel 71.7% of the time for an consumer sports.
48:44So you're putting your quarterback in a position to just invite pressure.
48:48Jacksonville was getting home and they did not blitz.
48:5113% of the time they blitz and they're just, they're making life uncomfortable for May.
48:55I don't know what's going on with McDaniels and this offense.
48:59And you see right here on the screen, they're pushing, they're trying to throw the ball down on field, but there's, there's nowhere to go.
49:06There's, there's nobody to throw the ball to down the field outside of me.
49:10And we're, we're laughing. Mac Hollins. I'm looking around like that.
49:14You just got to throw it to Mac Hollins.
49:16Just try to get it to 13. That's the best thing that they can do.
49:21Ramondre and Travion, this nasty split between these two.
49:24There was a point in time where I had to look at my, is Travion hurt?
49:28It was just Ramondre up the gut for a yard.
49:31Ramondre up the gut for two yards. I really don't think there is anybody you can start inside of this offense right now.
49:38A long carry of five yards a piece between the two of Hendo and, and Ramondre.
49:43Hayden, I know we can say this and I just want to repeat it because we already have.
49:49You have to completely disassociate Drake May of where you drafted him in fantasy this year as quarterback three, right?
49:55Like almost any other quarterback is a better alternative at this point.
49:58Yeah. And there's like too many Tyler Shucks in like that whole tier.
50:02Like you just have to play those guys ahead of them.
50:06But even like the next tier, like the Geno Smith tier is better than what Drake May is putting out there over the first three weeks.
50:13It is that bad at this point. Ray, just quickly on Jacksonville.
50:17Talk me through Basial Tootin's touchdown because it was a gift from his quarterback.
50:21Was it not? Yeah, it came much later down there.
50:24Trevor Lawrence, I think the fantasy people are upset about that going down and giving Tootin one.
50:29Like Trevor Lawrence could have scored there. But Tootin looked good in this game.
50:34And I know we keep talking about him maybe not being this super high volume running back, but I'm just watching him play.
50:41He ran the ball really well in this game.
50:43And I would love to see them increase his usage a little bit more down the stretch as we progress towards the middle of the season.
50:51This Jacksonville team is a weird one because maybe they knew that New England just couldn't threaten him offensively.
50:57But just when you look around at all the pieces and what Jacksonville was doing, let me just give you some personnel percentage usage.
51:0453% 11, 30% of the time they ran 12, and then 13%, 13 personnel.
51:08And all the receivers were cycling in. Right? We want to make sure I frame this carefully.
51:14Parker Washington is their best wide receiver in my opinion.
51:17Okay? He's their best guy. But that does not mean he's going to be peppered with 15 plus targets every single week.
51:23Like it's Liam Cohen's just kind of spreading it around.
51:26It's Jacoby Myers here. It's not Brian Thomas, but he's just a gnat.
51:30He's just, he's out there and he gets a couple of targets here.
51:34Britton Strange gets a little bit of usage there.
51:37Parker Washington had a touchdown callback. They went right back to him and he scored again.
51:42You would like to see him sort of just each week, you could just depend on eight, nine, 10 targets.
51:48And it just, it feels like Liam Cohen is just Trevor Lawrence is going to spread it to whomever's open.
51:54Washington looks awesome. This Jacksonville team just, I don't know if they've really been in a position to where they have to
52:00just gun it all over the place and hyper focus on somebody.
52:04I thought the best offensive player for Jacksonville, despite the gift of the touchdown, Tootin looked really well.
52:09And when you watch this one back, you'll come away saying, Hey, this is somebody that I'll bet they get him more
52:16involved as we move down the, down the season.
52:19Yeah. Basil Tootin drafters got what they want, which is the, the socialism, that little free touchdown at the end.
52:25And they're just a cherry on top. I like that Trevor Lawrence at least admitted what his, his incentive was over there.
52:32I think that Parker Washington is just going to have better days.
52:35Like he's playing almost a full-time role. I just looked at it again.
52:39Brian Thomas is playing half as many snaps as Parker Washington, Jacoby Myers.
52:43Like it is, it is a complete total, total difference in Parker Washington versus Brian Thomas.
52:48We've known this for the last couple of weeks.
52:51Like once again, it happened. Yeah. I, I put Brian Thomas Jr.
52:54On the drop list on last week's waiver show, by the way, subscribe.
52:58So you get this week's waiver show after Monday night football.
53:01Um, and nothing is from what's happening from a target standpoint, even route standpoint is made me think otherwise.
53:07And once again, we have Josh Cameron popping in for a red zone, 12 yard touchdown.
53:12So like it's, you know, too tight end stuff.
53:15And then they're also getting Josh Cameron involved in some situations.
53:18Uh, Ray, I also want to add that Travis Hunter got an interception in this game.
53:23He did. He did. And it was, um, you can tell he was happy.
53:27Like he, he did a dance in the end zone.
53:30He was, it was, it was a good, it was good to see the defensive side show up.
53:36He got in on offense and nothing, nothing his way offensively.
53:39Uh, I just quickly want to check, uh, where Hayden, if you can help me with the defensive snaps for 45 of 63.
53:4645 of 63. There we go. That's a little bit better than last week.
53:50That's a little bit better. Okay. I just, I just want to be fair, you know, when criticizing the usage last week,
53:57then bringing it up and bringing up as a talking point here.
54:00Okay. Let's stick in that division. And talk about the Houston Texans and the Indianapolis Colts.
54:05Um, in the end Colts win 19 17. Hey, and I know I tweeted this out like halfway through the third quarter
54:12or something that this Texans offense looked miserable. It was three yards of care for DeMont.
54:17It was about 83 passing yards for CJ Stroud.
54:19Uh, it doubled. He got to one 67 and a touchdown, but what is going on for this?
54:25Oh, and three Texans seem that many people picked to win the Superbowl because their defense and hopefully an improved offense.
54:31Number one, their defense is still very good, but it's not quite as good as I think some of the preseason expectations.
54:38The Colts, we'll get to them in a second.
54:41We're picking on their linebackers. They're dealing with some injuries at linebacker right now.
54:45There's a lot of open space over the middle on the Indianapolis side, but for the Texans D offense, just brutal performance from the interior.
54:52Once again, there was like plays like Wyatt Teller just like in beat right away.
54:57Uh, David Montgomery, 18% rushing success rate in this one.
55:00And it's the same rotation. Like David Montgomery gets a full drive and Woody Marks gets a full drive.
55:06What does that mean? Woody Marks gets a goal line touchdown at the very end of the game.
55:11There's also a play action touchdown to Foster Moreau, not Dalton Schultz.
55:15Foster Moreau gets the touchdown. And on that play, Woody Marks is at the goal line too.
55:20So if you thought this is going to be David Montgomery getting all the goal line work, absolutely not.
55:26Whoever's on the football field, the last play will be on the football field at the goal line.
55:31That's what the Texans are doing. And it doesn't matter which running backs out there.
55:36Neither of them are going to pick up any yards behind this offensive line.
55:40So like that's like the first part of it.
55:43I think the second part of it, this is by far the slowest offense in the NFL.
55:48If you did a four by 100 race from any of the quarterback, the running back rooms, throw the wide receivers in
55:54there, get the tight ends going dead last in the NFL.
55:58And I looked this up. I was like, all right, how can I quantify this?
56:02And I looked at contested catches to wide receivers.
56:05The Texans have 24 this season. The next closest offense has 16.
56:09That is a gap that should not exist. And you feel that for CJ Stroud in this one.
56:14He took a couple sacks, but it wasn't even necessarily that.
56:17There's just no yards after the catch from the wide receivers.
56:21There's nobody open. And that was with the Indianapolis defense.
56:24One that was getting completely shredded in every capacity going into this game.
56:28So like this is an 0-3 team because the offense is that bad.
56:31Whatever Nico Collins is making, you should pretty much triple it.
56:35Because without him, this team is completely unwatchable. And that's even before I get to D'Amico Ryans, which I want to take some shots at.
56:42Yeah, Hayden. Honestly, just looking at the box score here, I did not watch much of this game.
56:48I had eyes on it because my bold prediction was Josh Downs to get 100 yards and a touchdown.
56:54And when I saw an Indianapolis receiver get in the end zone, I was like, there we go.
56:59Josh Downs. And it's like, no, that's Keenan Allen right there.
57:02Honestly, they say Nico may be back next week against the Dallas Cowboys.
57:06Where was Dalton Schultz at? Why is Xavier Hutchinson at the top of the box score?
57:11And was David Montgomery's 20 carries, three touchdown week one?
57:14Was that just... Dead zone. Was that just... Was that fool's go there?
57:18Like, is that, you know? Did we all not, after that game, watch it and be like, that wasn't anything special?
57:24Like, there was a play right up the middle for David Montgomery that went completely untouched.
57:29But every other carry went for nothing. And like, that was just kind of the exception.
57:34He was not like the leading player in terms of snaps in any of the games before this one.
57:40Same thing here. It's going to be a 50-50 backfield.
57:43And like, truly, like, 50-50 in every single capacity.
57:46And for my money, I think Woody Marks is better than David Montgomery, just watching these two.
57:51In terms of the pass catchers, like, Xavier Hutchinson, Kayshaun, Dalton Schultz.
57:54Like, these guys are going to, like, just, like, switch back and forth as Nico Collins comes back.
58:00Apparently, Nico Collins is, quote, progressing well from the D'Amico Ryans part of it.
58:04But just no one's fast enough to get open here.
58:07And obviously, when Dalton Schultz goes crazy the week prior, they probably have a little bit better of a game plan.
58:13But definitely a disappointing game. Only getting three targets out of Dalton Schultz.
58:17Didn't want to quickly hit on D'Amico Ryans. Couple things that happened here with D'Amico.
58:22I think D'Amico Ryans is trending towards being one of the most overrated coaches in the NFL.
58:27You watch this Texans defense pass rush. And those guys just get home immediately.
58:31And, like, obviously, he knows what he's doing on defense here.
58:34But there are just too many huge mistakes on offense.
58:38Either hiring the wrong offensive coordinators, not having a plan to fix the offensive line.
58:42And then the in-game decisions. There was a field goal attempt.
58:45They were down 16-7 at the fourth. It was a fourth and four at their own six-yard line in the fourth quarter.
58:52They're down 16-7, and they kick a field goal in that one.
58:56Then later in the game, the Colts are marching.
58:58The Texans have a lead now, 17-16. The Colts are marching.
59:02They just need to get a kick, a field goal to win this game.
59:06There's a run play. Jonathan Taylor runs the ball.
59:09The clock is ticking. And instead of taking a timeout right away to save the Texans' time, because now they're in field
59:15goal range, to have a chance to win the game, the clock is ticking, ticking, ticking, ticking, ticking.
59:21And then with like three seconds left on the play clock, that's when D'Amico Ryans calls a timeout.
59:26So not only did you waste like the 30 seconds, but you also waste the timeout that you needed for the offense.
59:33The Colts kick a field goal. The Texans have a chance barely any time left.
59:37They throw a Hail Mary. Ball goes out of bound.
59:40Game over. That's just like throwing away way too much in-game win probability with both the field goal attempt near the goal
59:47line and then the decision to not take the timeout earlier in the play.
59:51They're like, too many of these things are stacking up for D'Amico Ryans.
59:55And I think to the big picture part is like we knew the offensive line was going to be such a disaster.
60:02And they just don't do enough to fix it.
60:05And we felt that the entire game here. Texans in two of their next three games have the Cowboys and the Jaguars.
60:11So we'll see what they look like after six games this season.
60:15I quickly do want to ask you, Hayden, because this seems a very un-Colts-like performance.
60:19Obviously, they win at home, but they throw for 235 yards and only get 89 rushing yards out of the entire thing.
60:26So this entire game plan, it was just put on the shoulders of Daniel Jones.
60:31And so that ends with five for 77 for Josh Downs, almost a mirror of what he did last week.
60:37Keenan Allen, six for 63 and a touchdown. And then Tyler Warren, nine for 55.
60:41I mean, Willie Anderson and Daniil Hunter just absolutely roasted the Colts' offensive line.
60:45Daniel Jones had a fumble early. I will say this.
60:48Daniel Jones got out of the pocket on a fourth down in truck stick.
60:53I forget which defender it was. Wow. Like Derek Stingler or something like that.
60:57It was by far the most athletic play he's made on the season.
61:01That said, the Colts' offense is the fear that we have.
61:04No completions beyond 20 air yards in this one.
61:070 for 3 with an interception. The interception was like a third and six.
61:11Just throwing the ball way up a prayer as Daniil Hunter's absolutely lighting up.
61:15Daniel Jones. I think a couple things that stood out is like the offensive tackle play for Indianapolis is not as good
61:22in 2026 as it was in like 2023. So you felt that against like elite competition.
61:27You have nobody to win down the football field.
61:29And still, I think that Shane Steichen is awesome as a coach.
61:33Like they got Josh Downs going like early in this game.
61:36RPO slants, little out routes. He had like a 40% target share going into halftime.
61:41Tyler Warren had a truck stick early on. There was a cover two hole shot in this one.
61:46So more step a little bit further down the field for Tyler Warren.
61:50And that Keenan Allen touchdown that ripped your heart out, Ray.
61:54That was a little mesh concept. And to the Texans' defense point, they were trying to communicate that as Keenan Allen was working across the end zone there.
62:02And the last linebacker did not shuffle out in time for a touchdown to Keenan Allen.
62:07So I think that there's going to be a weak spot on the Texans' defense.
62:11And you have to figure this out quickly because those pass rushers are going to come home.
62:17Throw the ball over the middle quickly. And this entire game, when you guys go back and watch it, very, very few plays to the perimeter.
62:24Everything was quick and over the middle. Obviously, that's what happens when you have Josh Downs, Tyler Warren, and Keenan Allen.
62:31But it's like something to keep in the back of your mind as you watch the Texans' defense too.
62:37Hey, this is a fear of mine, okay, with Alec Pierce going out.
62:40Was Keenan Allen getting involved more than I would like?
62:43I'm looking at the box score. Only three wide receivers, designated wide receivers, touched the ball for Indianapolis.
62:49It was Downs, it was Keenan Allen, and it looks like Laquan Treadwell had one.
62:53I like the targets with Josh Downs having the 11 and Tyler Warren having the 10.
62:58But Keenan Allen right there with nine targets got the red zone look.
63:02I don't know if you were paying attention. You have all the numbers for the deployment who was on the field in certain situations.
63:09But is Keenan Allen going to be a big thorn in the side of Josh Downs?
63:14Do you think with Alec Pierce being out? I think to some degree.
63:18Obviously, everyone operates in the same parts of the football field here.
63:22I think that's going to be the frustration. And Keenan Allen is so much bigger than Josh Downs.
63:27Maybe in the red zone, they might look towards Keenan Allen.
63:31But Keenan Allen is still a limited player. In this game, he had some very clutch moments here.
63:36But there was not like, wow, that's vintage Keenan Allen.
63:39Who I think is now 12th in receiving touchdowns all time.
63:42I think that's what they said on the broadcast there.
63:45So the good news is Laquan Treadwell is a full-time player.
63:49And he gets one target in this one. So that is your wind sprint role.
63:53And that's nice to have. And then everything else is going to be underneath.
63:58So I thought Daniel Jones played pretty well. All things considered here.
64:01A couple bad plays. But, man, Daniel Hunter and especially Willie Anderson, it's hard to overstate exactly what they did in this one.
64:08Because without Willie Anderson, the Texans would have lost by 30.
64:11All right, Ray. The Cleveland Browns are 2-1 as they beat the Carolina Panthers in their home debut, 21-18.
64:17And Todd Monken said his team is just scratching the surface.
64:20Now, I would hope so on some level. Because this Browns offense, I mean, Deshaun Watson turns it up in the fourth
64:27quarter with a touchdown drive to win the game.
64:30But really just 144 yards and two scores. Quinchon Judkins, 18 carries, 70 yards.
64:34Harold Fannin makes good with two goal-line touchdowns. But other than that, it's like Denzel Boston, 2 for 41.
64:40Casey Concepcion, nine targets, two receptions, nine yards. And, Ray, I know you saw those targets.
64:45They were wayward. He had to be eight feet tall to get a hand on some of those.
64:50That's for sure. Every week, Deshaun Watson almost has like three interceptions in a game.
64:55He didn't play well in this game. But he ran well.
64:58And if he's going to scramble around and pick up a whole bunch of yards with his legs, I'm watching this one.
65:05And the biggest thing that I took away is both quarterbacks, Watson nor Bryce Young, played particularly well.
65:10But in the fourth quarter, they showed flashes and shades of like the college versions of themselves in the fourth quarter, taking their team down the field.
65:18The drive by Deshaun Watson to win it was beautiful.
65:21Like that was a great final drive to get the ball down the field.
65:25He used his legs. He hit receivers. The Browns did what they needed to do in their home opener.
65:31Watson was not great in this one. I just don't want people to – the two touchdowns, the 45 yards, Harold Fannin, that's great.
65:38But Watson, again, throwing the football did not look great.
65:41I thought he looked best when he was running around.
65:45Josh, I know you watch a lot of Panthers.
65:47Bryce Young in the pocket at times is very magical.
65:50The way that he can escape pressure and step up in the pocket.
65:54And sometimes it gets him in trouble. I mean, he had Tommy Trimble wide open for a touchdown.
66:00Decides to kind of roll around and get sacked.
66:02And that just – this was a rough game until like the last few minutes of the game.
66:08They ran the ball with Chuba Hubbard 10 times for 18 yards in the first half.
66:13They just kept slamming it to Chuba. Yeah, one of the linemen, Hunt, got injured early.
66:17I think he came back in. Jalen Coker got hurt in this game.
66:21And that's what's concerning. You tell me Bryce Young throws the ball 50 times and McMillan only gets five targets?
66:27Like maybe it was just an off day. Maybe it was the first time Carolina faced a defense that was hot for them.
66:34But they're just – you'll watch this one back.
66:37And there are just some maddening, head-scratching calls in this game.
66:40The best part of it from the Cleveland side, Judkins kept getting fed and he had a couple of big runs.
66:47But he looked – he didn't look special in this one either.
66:50Harold Fannin Jr. looked like, okay, just get the ball to him.
66:54And Deshaun Watson running around was like the big takeaway here for the Cleveland side.
66:59So a couple things. The first one, I think either on the show with Boone on Thursday or Hayden with you in
67:05the wide receiver rankings, I said if Deshaun Watson doesn't turn the football over, the Browns win this game.
67:11And he did not turn the football over. But boy, did he try.
67:15He tried. The Panthers dropped a pick six on like the first drive and then another overthrown pass to Casey Concepcion that
67:22fell right in the lap and they dropped it.
67:24They also – he avoided three sacks. You could also say the Panthers should have taken him down for three sacks.
67:31And then in the end, there was a fourth quarter on the game-winning drive interception in the end zone that kind of
67:37would have sealed the game for the Panthers if they had gotten one more first down.
67:42And they called it roughing the passer penalty, which I can totally see.
67:46There was kind of like he lunged forward on the throw and defensive line went and hit him in the head and all this type of stuff.
67:54So it's not an awful call at all. On the Panthers' end, the Jalen Coker thing is a big deal because he
68:01comes in with an ankle, leaves with a quad.
68:04And I don't know if it's, you know, overestimating and overcompensating and all that type of stuff.
68:09But the quad injury, I believe, and I can't tell you which leg it was, kept him out of the start of last season.
68:16And that was a long injury. And without Jalen Coker on this team, all the Browns did was play man coverage against
68:23TMAC on Denzel Ward on the outside and ISO.
68:25And then no one else can win in isolation at all.
68:29No one else can get open. And so you just play man coverage and you pass rush and you blitz.
68:35I think Bryce Young was pressured on 30 of his 48 passing attempts here today.
68:39That's rough stuff. That's 61% of the time. So, yeah, that leaves you with two receptions for 17 yards.
68:45And Hayden, I know you're going to go back on Monday and watch this and see if he was creating separation at all.
68:52Well, my question is, who survived this Panthers? Because you mentioned both corners might be out.
68:57Lining in or out. Coker's out. I know Bryce Young was limping around a little bit.
69:02What is the actual status of the important players?
69:04Who is healthy on the Panthers? Yeah. Yeah, it's rough because, again, they are 1-2 and face the lines on Sunday Night Football.
69:11Mike Jackson left very early on with a groin injury.
69:14JC Horn left with also a quad injury himself.
69:17Jalen Coker, early on in the first quarter, quad injury.
69:20Basically seen in tears on the sideline. Bryce, I think, gets stepped on by his offensive lineman.
69:25He has an ankle issue throughout the entire game.
69:28And missed some, I would say, inexcusable passes. But unlike him this season so far.
69:32And Damian Lewis was kind of in and out.
69:35And then Mitchell Evans left on top of it too.
69:38So, I don't know. This, again, TMAC, you could say, okay, it was Denzel Ward.
69:43At the same time, again, I've rewatched it from the eye in the sky.
69:47But you would like to think that someone like that can create more separation.
69:51And I just don't think he could, just from watching it.
69:54If he was getting open, I think what Bryce Young is playing right now, he would be able to get him the football.
70:01And he could not do it. He did not.
70:04The only one, he did not. And there was a play on the end zone.
70:09And it was not Denzel Ward. It was number 28.
70:12It was a backup cornerback. Draped all over TMAC on an end zone target.
70:16I know they said they put on weight in the offseason.
70:19I'll also just say his body language does not look great out there.
70:23It is not Marvin Harrison Jr. levels of body language.
70:26But it does not look like a second-year player coming off a 1,000-yard season.
70:30And the answer to the separation question was no.
70:33He was not creating much separation at all in this game.
70:36Yeah. And again, I'll just close with, like, the Panthers are pretty solvable if they don't have Jalen Coker.
70:42You know? It's, you play isolated coverage with their best corner against TMAC.
70:46And then you just pressure. And you blitz. And you kind of suffocate this offensive line that is allowing way too many
70:53hits over the first few weeks of the season.
70:55Josh, it's the announcers were saying in the game, and, you know, take it with a grain of salt.
71:01So they said they need to get Jalen Coker the ball because he's their best receiver.
71:06That's what the announcers were saying in the game.
71:09They were like, he's their best receiver. They need to get him the ball at some point.
71:14And I'm just like, wow. Yeah. There was a play that Bryce hit on the first two weeks that he did not
71:21hit this one where Coker, like, had a step for maybe even a long touchdown.
71:25And he overthrew it by one or two. And this was after he got stepped on.
71:30So that's, again, a pass that he hit in the first two weeks.
71:34And, again, Xavier Leagat also missed this game, too.
71:37So, yeah, just rough stuff all around. And like you said, while Chuba Hubbard's stat line looks fine from a yards per
71:43carry standpoint at the end of the game, the first half, it was non-existent.
71:47They couldn't move the ball at all. It was 10 carries for 18 yards.
71:52So, yeah, that's it. Okay. Hayden, we have to talk about a running back.
71:56And, unfortunately, it is bad news here with the Chiefs and the Dolphins.
72:00And I think we can all assume how, you know, this one ended in a huge blowout victory for the Kansas City Chiefs 24 to 10.
72:08But Devon A. Chan leaves quite early in this game as they put an awkward tackle, knee injury.
72:13Hayden, what's the latest news? What's the diagnosis? What should we expect from the backfield mates that stepped up in his absence?
72:20After the game, they said, quote, does not sound very optimistic.
72:23The fear could be an ACL or meniscus type of injury there.
72:27It was a shame because, like, immediately slot work.
72:29He gets a pitch in this one, a little check down in the flat, and then in the open field.
72:35Just kind of a really awkward play. He might have even done it the step before the face mask there.
72:42But just does not look good for Devon A.
72:44Chan. They did not have a third running back in this game.
72:48It was Ollie Gordon. Jalen Wright was limited, limited DNP with a foot injury before being inactive there.
72:53So it was Ollie Gordon. They were asked about why they don't have a third running back.
72:58And the reason is because they really like Malik Washington.
73:01They Malik Washington knows both positions. And Malik Washington, without Devon A.
73:05Chan, I think is going to unfortunately be a pretty important player.
73:09Like, probably enough so to be at least, like, waiver wire curious while Caleb Douglas is sidelined here.
73:14Did want to give some credit to the Dolphins.
73:17Like, they're not a good football team. They don't have enough good players.
73:21They did compete in this one. The first drive of the game was a 17-play, 91-yard touchdown drive.
73:26The Chiefs' offense was pretty dialed in here. But this was not, like, a complete blowout win here by the Chiefs by any means.
73:34And some, like, kind of ancillary players like Chris Bell, he had a dig route for a first down early.
73:40He nearly had a touchdown on a slot fade.
73:42His big explosive was another dig route yards after the catch.
73:46You can see that he has all the explosiveness.
73:48He's still a little bit tight coming off of that injury.
73:52But his, like, straight-line explosiveness is pretty evident. And then he also had a man coverage win against Mansoor Delaney on a third and six.
73:59More of a slant route for him there. So I think it was, like, a pretty encouraging game for someone like Chris Bell.
74:06But it's going to be, like, a lot of Malik Washington.
74:09He had a yard-after-catch touchdown called back on an illegal shift.
74:13So, you know, I don't trust the running back rotation because, like, we don't know what this is going to look like
74:19when Jalen Wright comes back, which I'm assuming is going to be this next week.
74:24Can I just say, though, like, it's a pointless offense.
74:27Like, I understand they're going to pop up for some yards here or there.
74:31But, you know, they have 13, 13, and 10 points for the first three weeks.
74:36And then they face the Vikings and the Bengals over the next two.
74:40Like, I understand someone has to get target share and market share of carries and all that type of stuff.
74:46But we're kind of at a point for, like, drawing a line through the Miami Dolphins as being a fantasy role of an offense, right?
74:53Yeah, I mean, Devon HM was going to be so important, obviously, to that team.
74:58And, yeah, I don't know how they're going to get real explosives here.
75:02Malik Willis is, like, taking some shots down the field, like, to, you know, a certain degree of success there.
75:08I just think that, like, Malik Washington has 10 targets in this one, 5-56.
75:12Like, I think that he is going to have, like, a PPR scam.
75:16Like, could he do, like, a Wandale Robinson type of thing this year?
75:20Like, I would not be that surprised for Malik Washington.
75:23Just hearing the coaching staff talk about him, like, he's suddenly very important at work, which, obviously, if that's your offense, like, things aren't working well.
75:31So, good fight for Miami, but they're closer to, like, the ACC than, you know, like, the NFL.
75:36Well, let me ask you about the Kansas City Chiefs because I'm looking at the box score and the part of the
75:43game that I did see, Rasheed Rice had, I guess he slipped and then slapped the ball up in the air that led to an interception.
75:51But then I'm looking at his stat line, and this looks more reminiscent of what the Kansas City Chiefs offense was last year.
75:58A lot of Rasheed Rice and nobody else. Nine targets, seven for 88.
76:02I know Kelsey got in the end zone, and he had that big long run, catch and run in the game.
76:08But how did Rasheed look in this one? Maybe a couple more shots down the football field.
76:13Like, nothing, like, too deep, but it wasn't, like, super, super manufactured.
76:17He still is, like, blocking for Xavier where there was a holding call on him there.
76:22Like, the interception, and maybe the ball, like, on a different angle was a little bit behind him, but ball bounced off his chest for an interception there.
76:30Really fluky play. But, like, good to see Rasheed Rice, like, in a game where they have no secondary.
76:36Miami's like, their secondary is the worst in the NFL right now.
76:39He has to get home, and he does with seven for 88, a 35% target share.
76:44And this one, Kenneth Walker not nearly as dialed in as a receiver.
76:48Now, that said, a little play action, underhand, receiving touchdown at the goal line for Kenneth Walker.
76:53But a lot fewer, you know, checkdowns, a lot fewer, like, swing routes, a lot fewer screens to Kenneth Walker.
76:59I think that really is, like, the Rasheed Rice stuff.
77:02Like, if that consistently goes to Kenneth Walker like it did in the first couple weeks, he's got no chance.
77:08If this is what it looks like, I think Rasheed Rice could be a fantasy wide receiver 2-3.
77:14I don't think that we're going to get, like, Rasheed Rice as the top 5, top 10 overall wide receiver.
77:20But I think that he's going to hold the line.
77:23Yeah, I mean, I did want to ask you about Rice because, Hayden, the first two weeks of the season, it was
77:30two catches, 19 yards, and two catches, 83. So, while there was a bunch of negativity for Rasheed Rice earlier this season,
77:36we do have back-to-back 80-yard performances with, you know, four and seven receptions.
77:40I'm not saying that this is the wide receiver one-ish numbers that we were getting early on.
77:45But in the grand scheme of wide receiver 2-3 stuff, this is not, like, a totally bottomed-out fantasy pick as maybe it
77:52was made out to be after week one. In week two's 80 yards was very, you know, fluky.
77:57Like, they had, like, the 30 or 40 yards, like, at the end of the game.
78:02This was way more real Rasheed Rice stuff. Like, enough where, like, he's certainly going to be a top 20 wide receiver in my rankings next week.
78:10I feel like the big picture thing, zooming back out, is just, I mean, Patrick Mahomes did nothing wrong in this one.
78:1790th percentile completion percentage over-expected. 95th percentile EPA per play.
78:20That includes the interception that I did not think was his fault.
78:24On play action, 11 for 11, seven of those were under center play action, not, like, the little RPO play action, like,
78:30real play action stuff for 189 yards in this one.
78:33Travis Kelsey with a very interesting game. Wide open chunk play on the first play of the game.
78:39It was the exact same play that George Kittle had against the Dolphins last week where he starts off going right, comes
78:45back left, wide open, like, literally the same exact play.
78:48Wide open. Does nothing for the entire rest of the game until the last play of the game for them, scores a
78:55touchdown on a third and six, which he was the first retarget.
78:59So first play, last play, nothing in between. That's where Rasheed Rice was kind of more important.
79:04And then Kenneth Walker, like, starts the game, 10-yard touchdown up the middle.
79:08I mentioned the receiving touchdown at the goal line there.
79:11Like, even in a game where the Chiefs had 49 plays, Kenneth Walker finishes with 20 opportunities, scores two touchdowns.
79:17Pretty good. Yeah. This is going to be pretty easy for him.
79:20Nobody other than Bijan and Gibbs. I said it week one.
79:24Like, those are the only two running backs I'll take over Walker.
79:27And then, Hayden, I'm going to put you on the spot because people watching this show, thank you for watching.
79:33We know you are. They're feeling it right now, okay?
79:36Devon A-chan down. Brees Hall down. Travis A-chan down.
79:39We lost both A-chan boys. If you had to pick one of Ollie Gordon, Braylon Allen, or Alvin Kamara, because managers are pan...
79:46Listen, we're at that point now. They are like, man, I'm hurting.
79:50It's Braylon. It's Braylon Allen? Okay. There you go.
79:52Because they're going to spin fast. I think it's pretty easy.
79:56People are going to blow the budget to get one of these running backs.
80:00I think that Braylon Allen is a pretty solid pickup.
80:03If I was giving advice on the Waiver Wire show, I'm at...
80:07You can do it instead of me tomorrow night if you want to.
80:11I'm doing plenty. I got plenty of shows to record myself here.
80:14That's all you guys. But Braylon Allen, he's going to get all the goal line stuff because Isaiah Davis isn't going to get any of that.
80:22And the Jets offense has been confident for the three games there.
80:26And I think that Braylon Allen, among backup running backs, is he the best?
80:30No. Is he the worst? No. I think we know what we're signing up with.
80:34With Ollie Gordon stuff, good game from him because he was able to absorb everything.
80:39I just don't know if that's going to carry over when Jalen Wright is actually active for the game.
80:45And that is just a huge wrinkle that we just cannot account for with the new coaching staff.
80:50And I think the Jets score more points than the Dolphins.
80:54The Dolphins by double or triple it. Yes. Just quickly on this.
80:57Since Emmitt Johnson was such an active waiver wire pickup, he had six touches compared to the 20 for Ken Walker.
81:03So again, this is the gap is closing a little bit, but not really closing overall.
81:08It doesn't matter. Emmitt Johnson is a handcuff, a running back insurance play at best.
81:13Okay. Unfortunately, since Matt Harmon is not here, we didn't get eyeballs on four other games.
81:18So I'll just call attention to some stuff in the box score and see if any of us got any eyeballs on it.
81:25The first one is the Arizona Cardinals and the San Francisco 49ers.
81:28Arizona nearly comes up with this one. Only lose by six.
81:32Albeit, it felt like that the 49ers had nice command for most of the game.
81:36Brock Purdy, unreal on just 15 completions. Throws for nearly 300 yards and four touchdowns.
81:41Two of those to George Kittle. One, I guess is the Debo Samuel on a hook and lateral to Mike Evans, who
81:47then pitches that and he runs at 80 yards.
81:50I'm going to assume that Debo Samuel Hayden set the NFL record for most receiving yards, actually having an actual reception with 80 in this game.
81:58I did see a tweet. I think it was like since like 1960 something when they started tracking that.
82:04That's exactly what happened. I will say this on Debo.
82:07That was probably the fastest he's ran in quite a while.
82:10He hit the corner there pretty decent. I'm assuming it was a safety coming around and he just outran him there.
82:16So I think that was really encouraging. I did watch a lot of this game.
82:21Brock Purdy is the MVP through three weeks, like hang the banner through three weeks.
82:25But Brock Purdy pretty much has not missed. And I think the big thing that's standing out with him is the injuries around him.
82:33And we lost so many multiple soldiers here. Mike Evans leaves with a rib injury.
82:37I'm a car. It's like a oblique. Yeah, it's like oblique rib cartilage.
82:41Like that might be like a, you know, not something that you should get an injection in playthrough.
82:47Like that could be something that lingers. Trent Williams had a stinger in this one.
82:51He did not play for a lot of the second half in this game.
82:55So like they were running out of guys to throw the ball to.
82:59And that's where George Kittle gets left open a couple times in the end zone.
83:04Brock Purdy, it was also like running around like a madman.
83:07We didn't see, I think one of them got called back here, but you add another 34 yards.
83:13Like he is dialed in right now. So really impressive performance by Brock Purdy because this defense is so injured that, you
83:19know, a Cardinals team can put up 30 points.
83:22Yeah. Yeah. I was watching some of this too.
83:25Yeah. I was watching some of this one too.
83:27And just the play designs from Kyle Shanahan and just the efficiency is there.
83:32It does look like George Kittle's back. And there was a 50 yarder from Brock Purdy called back by an awful, awful holding call on George Kittle.
83:40At the three yard line, they threw that flag.
83:42Absolutely ridiculous. So Purdy should add another rushing touchdown in this one.
83:46I'll just say this. The 49ers lost Nick Bosa and I believe two additional defensive tackles prior to this game.
83:52And one of my bold calls was Jeremiah Love is just going to get fed.
83:57Like he's going to have a good game. 21 for 90 isn't, you know, it's not world beating.
84:02It's not Gibbs. It's not Bijon. But I thought Love ran well.
84:06The Niners kind of sold out to stop him.
84:08But I thought he looked really good. And we laughed about it last week.
84:13Get Tyler Algier off the field because he looked so slow.
84:16Only two carries for Tyler Algier in this one.
84:19Speak on it, Hayden. Yeah, on Algier, it wasn't an injury.
84:22He just got benched, you know. It's just as simple as that.
84:26And it was the right time. Josh, you nailed it with like the Brees Hall stuff.
84:30Like the first two games with LeFleur, with Brees Hall kind of gets eased in.
84:35And at that point, just like it's complete go time as it should with Jeremiah Love.
84:40There was a couple like spin moves from him.
84:43I still think that he looks awesome. But he's going to catch passes.
84:46He had five targets for five receptions in like cleanup mode here.
84:50And he's not going to come off the football field at all, rightfully so.
84:54I think that if we were redrafting today, I think there's a good argument that he would be a second round pick,
85:01especially like all the running backs that we just mentioned that got hurt this week.
85:06Like he would be screaming up draft boards, like maybe even like being passed, passing up like someone like Chase Brown to Ashton Gentty.
85:13Would you rather have Love or Ashton Gentty? Like I think I would rather have Jeremiah Love at this point.
85:19Yeah. The Cardinals are like they're a functionally bad team.
85:22Like there's some competency here with Jacoby Brissett in catch up mode.
85:25And I'm here for the fancy points. Yeah. Their next two games, I think, are actually kind of winnable.
85:31It's the Giants and the Lions. So maybe we'll get some friskiness here from the Arizona Cardinals.
85:36They're pass catchers in this game. Michael Wilson, 17 targets, 11 receptions, 89 yards.
85:41So one guy and Michael Wilson gets 17 targets and one guy and Marvin Harrison Jr.
85:45gets five targets. So if that doesn't tell you everything you need to know about the totem pole here with Trey McBride
85:52sandwiched in between for nine, for 75. I'm wondering what the 49ers even do at wide receiver.
85:57Like with every single name that they have missed, Demarcus Robinson added on to that.
86:02It was like Jaden Watkins popping up with two catches for 60.
86:05Is there anyone in the Rolodex that is like, are they even called Dante Pettis?
86:10What are we doing here? BTJ. Trade for that BTJ.
86:13Jerry Judy. I'm just saying they've had so many, you know, receivers cycled through there over the years that we can get like an AJ Jenkins call.
86:21Ray, that's a deep cut for you. AJ Jenkins.
86:24That is a deep cut. First round pick. First round pick.
86:27All right. In real life. Let's talk about, man, all these games I wish we got eyeballs on, but that's just going
86:34to make stats versus film even better this week.
86:36The Pittsburgh Steelers, 30 Cincinnati Bengals, 27. So I'm looking at it.
86:40Joe Burrow, three touchdowns, 282, zero interceptions, only one sack taken.
86:43That means Jamar Chase, 98 and one. T Higgins, 90 and one.
86:47Mike Kosicki, 37 and one. But really nothing in the Russian department.
86:51And I think this comes down to like the fumble at the end of the game kind of seals it for a
86:57Pittsburgh Steelers offense that might not have been pretty for the entire time.
87:01Aaron Rodgers yelling at his own teammates after they dropped some passes.
87:05But Jalen Warren pops up for seven and a half yards for pop at 17 carries, 127 yards.
87:10And then they spread it around almost evenly with yes, the big right tackle Darnell Washington, three receptions, 67 yards being this team's leading rusher.
87:18Who has a thought? Who has a question? Can I say Aaron Rodgers was dialed in at the start of this game?
87:25I mean, he looked at the start of the game, right?
87:28I know the final stat line was good. But I mean, there was a Ben Skoranek.
87:33It looked like they were going to insert him to block.
87:36They bring him in motion. And then he seeps free for a touchdown.
87:40Roman Wilson looked like trusted by Aaron Rodgers early in this game.
87:44I know DK Metcalf scored. But this was a shocker for me, y'all.
87:48I mean, Aaron Rodgers looked good in this game, all things considered.
87:51And maybe just kind of leaning on Jalen Warren to run the ball and open things up.
87:56I don't know how confident I am in them week to week.
88:00But I'll just say I'm intrigued by Roman Wilson.
88:03I would like to look at his deployment and how they used him a little bit.
88:07Because he's one of the few guys on that field that's got some short area quickness and some juice.
88:13I think my takeaway from this one is, you know, the Bengals defense looked awesome against the Texans.
88:19I think that's going to happen for every team facing the Texans.
88:22And like, I think that the Dexter Lawrence stuff is going to make an impact.
88:27But like, I mean, this defense is not going to be that good.
88:31Like, they're just still figuring things out at too many positions in general.
88:35Like, they don't like still look like consistently rush the passer in this one.
88:39So yeah, I want to go back and watch this one.
88:42The one play that I saw from this one is Jalen Warren had nobody in front of him for a touchdown.
88:49Jalen Warren had an awesome game. And then just got completely sniped and like just turf monstered.
88:54He doesn't finish with a touchdown. Otherwise, goes absolutely crazy in this one.
88:58He does not come off the field pretty much in this one.
89:01It's like a 92% snap rate for Jalen Warren.
89:04Rico Dowdle, it's a toe injury. So like, I think the Steelers offense showed enough here where Jalen Warren like was ranked
89:11as a top 15 fantasy running back. And like absolutely should have been.
89:15Every run to the left. Look at that. Run, run, run, left, left, left.
89:19Yeah. The Bengals are kind of one play away from being 3-0.
89:22And instead they're 2-1. They have the ball 53 seconds left.
89:26First and 10 at the plus 38. So in the Pittsburgh Steelers 38-yard line.
89:30At worst, that should be, hey, send it into overtime.
89:33And unfortunately, your boy Derek Harmon sacks Joe Burrow and the game ends on a fumble.
89:38So that must feel wicked for the Bengals fans on top of it.
89:42Okay. Another game that there is no chance I would have predicted this game being close.
89:47And especially a Washington Commanders win at home. 33 points compared to the Seattle Seahawks.
89:5131 points. Hey, Marcus Mariota. Three touchdown passes. 183 yards.
89:54I mean, I'm kind of looking at the stat sheet.
89:57And I don't know how the Commanders got 33 points.
90:00And I don't know how they won this game.
90:03With 183 yards passing. And then 82 yards rushing on 32 carries.
90:07And yet here we see the end result being the defending Super Bowl champions.
90:11Well, Janarian Price fumbling. That's one way to get good field position.
90:14That was a bummer right away in this one.
90:17But quickly on the Marcus Mariota side of this.
90:20I had a tweet December 2nd of last year.
90:23And it said, since 2024, Marcus Mariota is first in completion percent over expected.
90:27Seventh in success rate and 11th in EPA per drop back.
90:30And I'm going to have to update those. Because this is like another excellent game against the Seahawks.
90:36Without Sam Cosme, probably their best offensive lineman that's still healthy there.
90:39It's like a really impressive game from them. I'm going to have to go back and watch this one.
90:45Like the fact that Terry McLaurin got home despite facing Devin Witherspoon and Josh Jobe.
90:49With that state of the offensive line is like super impressive stuff.
90:53And I think without question, Marcus Mariota is the best backup in the NFL.
90:57And his passing numbers are almost identical on a per game basis to Jaden Daniels.
91:02Obviously, Jaden Daniels is five times more explosive than Marcus Mariota.
91:05But purely just dropping back over like the last year or so.
91:09Marcus Mariota has like been holding the line. So really awesome performance for him.
91:13Ray, I brought this up after week one. For the rushing attacks against Durante Jones's defense, who is a disciple of Brian Flores.
91:20We know those Flores defenses are tough to run on.
91:23Seattle has ran it on a bunch of people.
91:26And they only managed 44 rushing yards on 18 carries.
91:29Jaden Price five for 15. Emmanuel Wilson was even worse at nine carries for 14 yards.
91:34So maybe this is something we need to keep in mind with this commander's defense.
91:38Albeit not as good as the Vikings. But they do so many similar things that maybe they are just as difficult.
91:44Or not just as. But fringing on close to being difficult to run on.
91:49What's so frustrating about this is Seattle is giving Jaden Price every opportunity to be the guy.
91:54Every opportunity. And that once he got fumbled, they said there was a tweet out there that he's just in a raincoat on the sideline.
92:01For the rest of the game until they got down late in the third quarter.
92:06Sonny Stiles was awesome in this game. The rookie linebacker for the commanders running stride for stride.
92:11With Jaden Price down the field defended him. It would have been a long touchdown catch for Price.
92:16Yet this rookie linebacker is just. I mean, he's running stride for stride with Price.
92:21But five carries, 15 yards. And we talked about it last week.
92:25And I was like, hey, he got hurt in the game.
92:28Josh, I know you went back. You watched it and said, hey, I think that those 14 carries would have gone to
92:35Price had he not been injured in the third quarter.
92:38But if he can't be trusted to take care of the football, they can't run it.
92:42Like, it's not George Helani. It's not Emmanuel Wilson.
92:45They want it to be Price. He has got to step up in a major way.
92:50One of the interceptions from Sam Darnold, I mean, it was tipped up in the middle of the line.
92:56Defensive, the defensive linemen just got their hands on it and it popped up.
93:00Jackson Smith and Jigba tied for the league lead with six touchdowns through three weeks.
93:05Just unreal. Nothing that we really need to dive into.
93:08But just unreal player Jackson Smith and Jigba. We'll go through that one much more in stats versus film.
93:13And we'll close out here with the New York Jets.
93:16They're actually two and one as they beat the Tennessee Titans 12 to seven in weather.
93:21I mean, there's really no one to point to here that's fantasy relevant.
93:25The Giants did not have an offensive touchdown in this game.
93:28Cam Skadaboo was the leading receiver with three catches for 40 yards and the leading rusher with 20 carries for 60 yards.
93:35Um, Malik neighbors only five for 26. Maybe that goes to show you where they're at with James Winston at this point,
93:42along with us being on quarterback trade watch as all the national insiders have been talking about that all day on Sunday.
93:48Uh, bomb the Titans in like Hayden, Brian Burns plays in this game, but he exits and a lot of pain.
93:55It kind of sounded like some of their big time defensive players didn't make that big of an impact.
94:00And yet here we are with Cam Ward on 36 attempts, just getting 181 yards.
94:05And with a couple minutes to go has a chance of outright winning this game and throws a lackadaisical interception on first
94:12down in the red zone, despite having multiple timeouts.
94:14And the game is over and that's it. It's almost time, man.
94:18Like it's, it's almost time to do a Bryce young and sitting down for, for a little bit.
94:23And it's almost time beyond that for the Tennessee Titans to like really start looking at this incoming quarterback class.
94:29Like it just too many, too many of those same mistakes.
94:33They couldn't run the ball. Obviously they've never been able to run the ball, but beyond that, like just the cam ward, like he's so lackadaisical back there.
94:41Like, and he's not accurate enough. He's still throwing the ball right at defenders.
94:45He went to the podium after that game on that brutal interception.
94:49And he said like, he wasn't fooled. Like he just like did not throw it with enough height.
94:55And I'm like, he said it was a good throw.
94:58You just needed to get it up a little bit.
95:01Okay. I mean, yeah, it does need to get it up a little bit.
95:05Your numbers got to get up a little bit or you're going to go to the bench.
95:10And here's the problem with the Tennessee Titans right now is the next two games.
95:14They're in Baltimore against the Ravens with Jesse Minter, who throw a bunch of curveballs at you defensively with aliens back there in the secondary.
95:22And then you get the Houston Texans and those tackles are not going to be able to survive.
95:27So like it's only going to get worse for cam war these next two weeks, most likely.
95:33And we're getting very close to the point where like, should they bench him now to avoid those games or should they get through those next couple games?
95:41And then Titans fans and the Titans organization are like ready to turn the page completely on cam war.
95:47There's just like not been nearly enough good to overcome, like which is like every single week way, way, way too much bad.
95:54I, I've been talked about on X as being this big time cam war hater, but I'll just say this.
96:00There was some really concerning stuff that I heard from him coming into the season.
96:04I'm watching that show quarterback and he talked about midway through the year last year, he had to go back to his,
96:11you know, quarterback training coach because he knew his mechanics were off and he was lazy in the pocket.
96:17And then he also talked about never having to study film until he got to the university of Miami.
96:22He said he didn't do it at incarnate word.
96:25He didn't do it at Washington state. He just, the first time that he watched quarterback film was in his final season
96:32at college at the university of Miami. And I'm watching that play and people are like, Oh, look at his aura in
96:38the pocket where he just kind of stopped moving and stood there and threw the ball.
96:43It was everything about how he's playing right now.
96:46Just does not scream long-term NFL starter. It does not give you confidence in them or that team.
96:51You look at the stat line. Tate was fine.
96:54I guess Wanda Robinson scored. What I heard and read a lot, Josh and Hayden was Najee Harris didn't look bad running the ball in this one.
97:02What you do with that information, I do not know.
97:05But Jameis Winston released a commercial yesterday with him grabbing crab legs.
97:09And I'm thinking to myself, I know it was filmed before yesterday, but I didn't feel good about Jameis Winston before the game.
97:16I don't feel good about Jameis Winston in the offense after the game.
97:20I don't want any part of Malik neighbors. I don't want any part of Isaiah Likely.
97:25They need to find somebody else pronto or maybe it's just like, how can you feel good about anything in New York?
97:31Malik neighbors included. Yeah. I mean, the Isaiah Likely week one stuff is like way behind us at this point.
97:37I feel like there's a lot of those week one performances that look a bit different after, after week three.
97:43They do have the Cardinals next week. Again, this is this.
97:47Stanza of the season for the Giants where they should win games, Cardinals, commanders over the next two weeks.
97:52But how do you win those games? Is it going to be yards?
97:56Is it going to be points? Or is it again going to be ball control and we win defensively and we win the margins?
98:04Kind of like this one. I can't remember who said it.
98:07Either Cam Scadaboo or Javon Holland. Someone said, hey, if this was us last year, we would have lost this game, but we won it.
98:15And I think that was a direct shot at the offensive coordinator of the opposite sideline in Brian Dayball.
98:20There's a lot of overlap in this game. I will say this.
98:24Devin Singletary was a healthy scratch in this one.
98:27And that is pretty helpful for Cam Scadaboo. Like the fact that he was like the leading receiver in this one.
98:33It's like that's pretty promising because after week one, he wasn't pretty much involved in that capacity at all.
98:39And it's his back to back games where he's at least catching three plus passes.
98:43So maybe we'll go back and watch this game.
98:46And it was like just like too much of a rainstorm or whatever.
98:50I know there's some rain in the forecast. But to your point, Ray, the Cam Ward and Jameis Winston, like there's a
98:57little bit too like unseriousness for like what we're expecting out of starting quarterbacks at this point.
99:02And I think the results are speaking for themselves.
99:04All right. That's going to do it again. The games we didn't really dive into circle back here during stats for his film on Tuesday.
99:12We'll have watched all of those. That's for sure.
99:15Along with Matt Harmon joining us on that episode.
99:17And again, keep in mind, Monday Night Football, as soon as it hits triple zeros, we'll have the week four waiver wire
99:24on the channel for all of you. Lots that I've been to because of all these injuries.
99:29And we're going to spend all day tomorrow looking into it and recording so we get it right for all of you.
99:36Ray, thanks so much. Hayden, you as well. Production behind the scenes.
99:39Shout out to all of you for watching. We'll see you next time.
99:43See you.
