Tate's elite separation and contested catch rate overcome tough Bengals matchup.

Tate is the WR6 in ESPN's 'Open Rating' metric for separation ability and one of four former Ohio State players inside the metric's top-6 through seven weeks. He boasts an 89 percent contested catch rate, trailing only Puka Nacua this season. Despite facing a tough matchup against the Bengals' fifth-ranked EPA defense, tight coverage hasn't been an issue for Tate. He's likely to face a shadow matchup with ace Bengals CB DJ Turner.
