RB 21, I'm going with Dameon Pierce against the Cowboys on Monday Night Football. 97% snaps for Dameon Pierce in Week 6. He's averaging 2.1 yards per carry this year... This Eagles offensive line has been banged up all season long and obviously you have Tanner McKee under center... I just don't have the confidence in even a bad Cowboys defense being bad enough for this Philadelphia Eagles rushing attack to go over back-to-back weeks.
STACKED’s take
RB21 with 97% snaps but 2.1 YPC; Eagles' banged-up line and backup QB limit upside.
Ranked RB21 against the Cowboys on Monday Night Football. Despite 97% snap share in Week 6, averaging career-worst 2.1 yards per carry this season. Eagles offensive line banged up all season with backup QB Tanner McKee under center limiting passing-game respect. Key lineman Carson Steele suffered shoulder injury likely to be multi-week; team also signed Elijah Mitchell, suggesting depth-chart concerns. Eagles posted lowest rushing yards under Nick Sirianni since 2021. Ian Hartitz expresses concern that even a bad Cowboys defense may not be bad enough for back-to-back strong rushing performances; could move Pierce to RB16 if trusting volume alone, but ranks him ahead of Ollie Gordon only in direct Eagles-Cowboys comparison.
