Video: The BEST Week 7 Waiver Wire Adds
Omar Cooper is going to be the one that everybody is sprinting to the waiver wire to go grab. I wouldn't go crazy. On one hand, he's a first round wide receiver. He just put up seven targets, six catches, 103 yards, one touchdown versus the Patriots. He gets instantly back into the lineup from injury and goes 85% of the routes. I'm excited for him, I think he's a good player, but at the end of the day, it is a Jets team that wants to play defense and run the ball.

Strong return game, but Jets' run-heavy scheme limits upside—avoid overpaying.

Omar Cooper returned from injury and posted 7 targets, 6 catches, 103 yards, and 1 TD against the Patriots while running 85% of routes. However, the source cautions against overpaying on waivers (10–15% FAB bid recommended) due to the Jets' defense-first, run-heavy scheme that limits weekly upside; Garrett Wilson's shadow coverage struggles exemplify the offense's constraints.
