Antonio Williams

PositiveRole0:18

Antonio Williams is a promising stash with upside to reach 90%+ route share alongside Stefon Diggs following Terry McLaurin's injury. Currently posting 17.6% targets per route run (lowest on the list) and 7.4% first downs per route run, he benefits from Jayden Daniels' 300-yard, 2-TD performance and has a clear path to increased volume once the Commanders exit their bye week.

Omar Cooper Jr.

NegativeValue0:39

Omar Cooper returned from injury and posted 7 targets, 6 catches, 103 yards, and 1 TD against the Patriots while running 85% of routes. However, the source cautions against overpaying on waivers (10–15% FAB bid recommended) due to the Jets' defense-first, run-heavy scheme that limits weekly upside; Garrett Wilson's shadow coverage struggles exemplify the offense's constraints.

0:00My must add waiver wire targets for week
0:01seven of the fantasy football season.
0:03German Bernard, this is why we have the
0:05rookie receiver report. He goes from 44%
0:06of the routes to 94% to 96% and across
0:09the board his numbers aren't amazing,
0:11but the role is great on a team that is
0:12top five in pass rate over expectation.
0:14He had 12 targets, 11 catches, 87 yards,
0:16a touchdown. 1.8 yard eight out, we love
0:18that to get up, but he is a PPR monster.
0:22Jacoby Lane has a 21% targets per route
0:24run and a 10% plus first downs per route
0:26run. That is really, really good. Of
0:29course, Rashad Bateman gets hurt, that's
0:30now going to open up routes for Jacoby
0:32Lane. In his first game back, he gets
0:34five targets, four catches, 40 yards.
0:351.82 yards per route run for a rookie
0:37receiver is about as good as it gets.
0:39Now, Omar Cooper is going to be the one
0:41that everybody is sprinting to the
0:42waiver wire to go grab. I wouldn't go
0:44crazy. On one hand, he's a first round
0:46wide receiver. He just put up seven
0:47targets, six catches, 103 yards, one
0:49touchdown versus the Patriots. He gets
0:51instantly back into the lineup from
0:52injury and goes 85% of the routes. I'm
0:54excited for him, I think he's a good
0:55player, but at the end of the day, it is
0:56a Jets team that wants to play defense
0:58and run the ball. You're not going to
0:59get every week where Garrett Wilson puts
1:01up like less than 50 yards because of
1:03shadow coverage from Christian Gonzalez.
1:04I think Omar Cooper will be good. I just
1:06do wonder what the weekly upside is of
1:09plugging him into your lineup and
1:10feeling good about it. I don't know if
1:11Mitchell's on the way back. Can you
1:13anticipate going to ramp up his routes?
1:14So, Omar Cooper, I would say right on
1:16the border of that like 10% to 15% fab
1:18bid. And then we have Antonio Williams.
1:19McLaurin gets hurt. Now, they do go into
1:21a bye, so Antonio Williams is purely a
1:23stash right now, but he is a promising
1:25stash. 300 passing yards, two passing
1:27touchdowns from Jayden Daniels. Antonio
1:29Williams is for all intents and purposes
1:3017.6% targets per route run, lowest on
1:32this list. 7.4% first downs per route
1:34run is not bad. Yards per route run,
1:36okay, but he's getting on the field. We
1:38can get that route share to 90% plus,
1:40where he's running essentially alongside
1:41Stefon Diggs. I think that he can be
1:43really interesting.
