Do I start Tate or Casey Concepcion at wide receiver? I would go Cornell Tate. Problem that you have with Tate is it's a garbage offense, but it's not like that problem doesn't exist for Casey.

Preferred start over Casey Concepcion despite garbage offense.

Cornell Tate is directly recommended as a start over Casey Concepcion at wide receiver. The source prefers Tate despite acknowledging both play in garbage offenses, indicating Tate has better upside in this matchup. However, the Tennessee Titans-Cleveland Browns game projects to be the lowest-scoring game of the week, which provides unfavorable matchup context.
