Now, we have Quez Watkins or Quez Watkins or Jalen Reagor. I would go Quez Watkins my friend... Quez Watkins phenomenal college player, gets selected top 10 picks in the NFL draft, has a great rookie season. And now he's hit the ground running and looks like a legitimate year two breakout, so. My base expectations for Quez Watkins were that he was going to be incredible.

Year-two breakout candidate; start over Reagor with Smith out vs. Dallas
Direct start recommendation over Jalen Reagor with year-two breakout analysis. Watkins was a top-10 NFL draft pick with a strong rookie season and is now hitting the ground running with legitimate breakout production. The source's base expectation for Watkins coming into the season was that he would be incredible, and he is meeting that expectation. Watkins also gets a big bump when DeVonta Smith is unavailable and faces a great matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.
